If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Run do not waste your money or time. I had a beach trip planned for months for my first vacation of 2022. When I checked in the front desk it look nothing like online. It was a very small area. But that s not the worse part! When I got to my room with my kids one is 2 years old, I went to the kitchen open the drawer and a roach jump out!! It crawled under the refrigerator! Then I pulled the sheets back on the beds and there were crumbs ugh! As I was walking in my first give away was the water park way smaller than the pictures and the snack/gift store had a paper sign on the door saying they were closed. To each their own, the only good thing about this place is the front desk was understanding and refund me in full!

Overall, decent experience.

Overall, decent experience.
Con: There is no internet. Management is aware and is lack luster about when they might get services. The internet has been down for over 3 weeks. They offer a refund, however if you're on vacation how likely are you able to book another hotel during vacation season on short notice. They are not willing to accommodate this inconvenience. Once they get your money, you're S.O.L. If you book through a 3rd party, the specials do not apply to you, and your refunded amount will need to be processed through them, which means a 7-30 business day for any refund you might get.

Pro: friendly service/staff. Accommodated poorly cleaned room, Kim was helpful and we were able to get a cleaner room with more space. If you are traveling with family/kids, spring for a high rise view. It's work it more space, large kitchen, and living room area. Decently priced, and right on the beach, a lot of pool areas.

This place is awful for being labeled as a resort.
Upon our arrival the rooms were dirty and bed sheet had stains on them. The toilet door and floor had blood stains on them. The information screen had cheese on it. The wall had tape. this was very unsanitary. Requested services more that one time to clean they will not respond. Had to clean my room. We had a group of school students. We had reserved 4 rooms and had no option to cancel the reservation as we tried requesting that. The elevators are filthy and not covid clean. The resort is not a safe place had to call receptionist to inform them of suspicious activities in the parking lot and the building. The security did not do their job. We did not feel safe. Services will not work with us to make us comfortable or compliment our stay. Additionally, the internet was not working as promised by the resort. The room phones kept going on and off making it very difficult to feel safe and comfortable.

It's not the Ritz, but it is a fantastic place. It has so many options for budget friendly family vacation. You get so much for your money here. It is within walking distance to so many things as well. When we go, we park the car and really don't have to drive anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have been here twice and the next time I go to Myrtle Beach this is where we will stay. Love it!

The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms are nice, the pools and jacuzzis are great, and the closeness to the beach was fantastic. The ocean view room and ocean front room both had out of this world views. The only complaint that keeps a five star at bay is the fact that there other people in neighboring rooms who packed common courtesy for other guests...they were loud in the halls, slammed doors non-stop, and they were belligerently drunk/high using fowl language and fighting. The manager was very apologetic about the situation, however, they need more security that possess more authority when addressing such issues with guests.

When I hear "resort" I expect certain things. Not necessarily room service, but at least a restaurant on premises. They don't have one. Corner store has 15 variations of canned hot dogs and nothing fresh to eat.
On a bright side, our room had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and stove with an oven. And a microwave.
Best feature of this "resort" is its location.

Beautiful. Great views. Staff 100% customer focused. 8 pools onsite, hot tub. Kids water park on site. 3 black diamonds rated. Reasonably priced for tourist destinations. Kitchenette suites available. Loads of opportunities for daily excursions and adventures. Jet skis, para sailing, dolphin tours on jet skis, alligator tours. Piers to fish from. Beach just out the door, who could ask for more. For all those professional golfers you will find putt putt courses on almost every corner. Loads of shopping and seafood restaurants, ice cream and so much more.

Terrible! I'm not even going to waste my time writing a lengthy review. If you have kids and can manage to find a cheap rate, go have fun. If you don't have kids, DO NOT STAY HERE! It's a dump and the employees are ridiculously unfriendly and almost rude!

Everything was great. The rooms was nice only thing is make sure they give you plenty of wash rags. The hot tub in the inside near where you come out the elevators to go to the bar was extremely warm matter fact cool which people was complaining and it was dirty like they don't clean it.
