While this is an all age space I think the younger kiddos will like it more (3-7 would probably be the sweet spot there). Very intimate setting. They used to have a playground for the younger kids but they are re-doing that area. My 2 year old remembered it and was sad they didn't have it.
Took my niece, her husband and her daughter, my great niece had a wonderful time. Lots to see and even a tank where the kids can touch starfish, horseshoe crabs and other sea life. There is a tunnel the the sealife swims above and around you. They even have a tower that you can hold or let your children climb up into. The gift shop is nice as well.
Awesome aquarium close to home! Everything seemed clean and the staff seemed very attentive to the fish. Buy your tickets online for a discount!
I really enjoyed Sea Life. When you go make sure to buy your tickets prior to arriving to save 20%. I was a little sticker shocked when I was told my total for my family of three. Money aside it is a great place to take your kids, and it is way better than the Dallas Aquarium. Over all it was a great place to go and hang out for a few hours.
Good place to take your family and friends to look at all the animals here and learn about them and workers are friendly will recommend!
Great! Lots of different marine life from stingrays to crocodiles.
Great time. Cool sea life. Recommend for all ages
It was very nice place to bring the family. I don t think they feed the fish enough tho bc we literally saw a puffer and hawk fish eat a clown fish.
Amazing place to take the kids. Interactive way to go through an aquarium. I was skeptical of it being in a mall but I had family confirm it was worth it. We were not disappointed.
For the money, I expected more. No stingray petting zoo. Not very many fish. But, they did have a few I hadn't seen before.
We enjoyed this very much, but I would suggest going when it isn't crowded. The girl taking our photos at the beginning hollered all of her instructions which wasn't necessary!
It was fun. Nice exhibits, more exotic animals than expected. Very short walk through... but my 4 year old enjoyed himself.
The atmosphere is amazing. The employees are so welcoming. My children ask a load and it is no different for my youngest son. So, on our trip he asked a million questions and they answered them all without hesitation and with complete patience. I will visit this location as often as possible.
Nice little aquarium at the mall. Great place to bring little one's while shopping.
My girls so loved the sea life and the staff was great.
Only reason it's not a five star is because it is overpriced, but great for kids.
Fun place, way better than sea quest at ridgmar Mall
Kids loved this aquarium adventure! The staff was very knowledgable, encouraged questions and learning. Great gift shop with fair pricing.
We had the privilege to be with our grandson and my son in such a wonderfull place my wife was very happy
This place is definitely geared towards families and children, but as a 30 year old who's fiance took him to see what kinda life I might see while scuba diving: I still had a blast.
The tanks are super well maintained, the staff in the "petting zoo" were fun and friendly, and they have such a diverse collection that you could go a few times and see something you missed every time!
Scott was amazing and very informative about the crocodiles. This place is beautiful!
Wasn't here, just walked by here to get to the food court - but I here it's really awesome.
Have a annual membership here and we love it. Come at least once a month.
So much more and better than I expected. I can recommend with smaller children up to about the age of 8.
Waste of money for a hole in the mall... It was too crowded. Pay for tickets online to "guarantee" time in and still had to wait over 15 mins while people who didn't pay online was able to just walk in and pay. This is exactly like seaquest in Fort Worth.
Brought my family here for a day out. My twin toddlers loved it. I've never seen them run around so excited before. They even got to touch a star fish at the end. Staff were very friendly. I was surprised to find such an awesome place inside a mall. They have some pretty large tanks. I was very impressed, well worth the money.
We have visited it 5 times and my children never tire of going, what I like the most is the tunnel in the fish tank
A beautiful aquarium filled with fun facts. So beautiful, you'd forget you were in a shoppping mall.
Good one for kids. Staff there are ready to help and explain. There is a 360 degree tunnel which will be the topmost attraction for kids.
The facility was smaller than expected but an enjoyable visit. Potentially a couple of hours to see everything (if you spend time watching and enjoying the animal behaviors). There were several educational stations for potentially younger visitors which we didn't do which could lengthen the time spent. Good variety of aquatic life. Pretty well kept up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cost perhaps a bit high for amount of time spent (zoo visits would provide more bang for your buck). Look for $5 discount coupons in visitor brochures. While facility is member of zoo association, they are not part of any reciprocal discount agreements. I can recommend based on our experience and taking into consideration above comments.
Pretty interesting but not a lot to look at. If you happen to go on a none busy day, worth it. If not done going throw in like 30 min.
Highly disappointed, it was way over priced for the experience not enough exists way to small. the Dallas aquarium is much larger and a little cheaper, I spent over 60.00 and it only took us about 45 min to go through the whole aquarium.
Tons of fish. Grandkids loved it, they had interactive displays. The fish were awesome.
This place is a lot bigger than looks like can fit in a mall. Lots of different stations with aquariums you can crawl into.
Lots of fun. I will go back. Like everything around here really busy.
I would not pay full price to go here. Took two of my grandsons on toddler Tuesday so for $15, one adult & one toddler under 4 can get in. Toddlers 3 & under are free. Wish the staff would have mentioned that when I initially asked. They didn't so thankfully I looked online real quick & found the real "deal". Many of the hands on experiential things didnt work but being able to touch the star fish was really cool.
Not bad. There are some very unique exhibits, and some that are plain. The turtle exhibit is cool.
Sea Life was worth every penny. Awesome experience for any person or family. Who knew that it would be located inside a mall and directly across from Legoland.
Awesome aquarium, especially for kids. It's very clean and lots of fun animals. The staff is super friendly and it's very easily accessible. It's great that they participate in conservation programs and captive breeding programs to reduce the impact on the environment.
We had a lot of fun! Great place for little kids! :)
I'm in love with this aquarium.
The kids love it too! I only wish it were bigger!
Purchasing tickets online is cheaper than in person and they have combo tickets for Legoland as well.
Staff are friendly and you get to touch the starfish!
It's located inside of the Grapevine Mall.
Very nice experience especially with a dub ticket to Legoland..
Lots of fun for little kids. Several of the aquariums are interactive, and it's a great place to go as a family.
This place is great for adults and kids alike. Children under 3 years old are free.
Plenty to see, very crowded send chaotic for the spring break crowds
Quick and charming visit, the best is the tunnel where you have the sensation of being inside the water, you can admire the fish from another point of view.
Great place to take the family to see marine life and learn.
We had so much fun and it was so educational for the kids. The staff was super nice !
This place was a great experience for my 6 year old. Very surprised at how nice it was considering we were technically in the mall
The kids had an absolute blast going through this place. They are 5 & 3 and are very inquisitive, they enjoyed learning about the different animals in the ocean and the interactive shark screens were a nice touch as they could go through and learn about each shark. They got to touch some animals as well. Unfortunately some of the experiences are closed, which is understandable given the current health crises. Minus a star because we purchased the Sea Life Ranger Mission Pack and my son was not able to complete the experience to become a Sea Life Ranger. Why sell the packs if you aren't currently providing the Sea Life Ranger experience. At least both my sons got the free gift for completing the free stamp location hunt.
I love this place, when we moved to DFW from Charleston SC I so badly missed it and the ocean, and this was the first place my family and I went it's been two years and we cannot give up our membership, it has a great feel and atmosphere and always reminds me of the ocean (it has that ocean smell) my 4 year old still loves it. All the front dest are amazing Hunter and a sweet girl who helped us yesterday (i didn't get her name but the evening of 1-27-20 (sunday) was so nice! All the people who work there are wonderful and my son knows so much about protecting the ocean, its very educational. Definitely check it out if you are in the area!
It s very fun and entertaining. They have a free scavenger hunt with a prize in the end and that makes the kids excited. Would definitely recommend!
We went to see the limited time mermaid exhibit. Everyone had a great time. Except one of my kids who decided it was the worst say is good life for some arbitrary reason. That's not really the aquarium's fault though, kids are just weiners some times.
It was fun and the kids loved it. It was a little small.
This Is a very small local aquarium. It's very pricey but interesting for it being so small. This group states they have saved many species and the information posted lets your family gain along of information about the species in the display.
My almost two year old loved it ! Very interactive ! We will be back
My grand kids loved it! They are 3, 1, & 1. They really enjoyed it.
Me, it was fun watching them, but I'd never go without little ones.
It is father the place not what I expected but come
Fun place to go and learn! It seems so much bigger when you re walking around and exploring. Fun for kids!
This is a hidden gem within Grapevine Mills Mall. It is a full, two-story aquarium full of amazing creatures to see. It is well maintained and has an excellent staff. Great for little ones and adults!!!
Awesome aquarium to take your kids to. I didn't even know this place existed until the day before we went. We went to lego land discovery center right across from sea life and bought a combo ticket for both attractions.
The facility is way too smaller than Dallas world aquarium. It is inside of the grapevine mall. Basically, their collection is fishes, only two small alligators, and one snake. $22.85+ taxes is the per person charge. But, overall it is enjoyable to visit.
The aquarium itself is really cute but it's not worth the price unless you're going alone. You can easily walk through here in about 45 minutes. There are some unique activities for the kids, my daughter was a huge fan of the 'turtle rescue.' There's a station where they have these plastic turtles the kids can rescue and they can go over to a little computer and name them while learning about them as they are 'rescuing and preparing them to go back to the wild.' I don't dislike this place, I just think it's overpriced.
Great for everyone! Inexpensive and lasts about a good 45 minutes. Go at your own pace and really creates the experience that you're in the aquatic world! About 4 parts that were really really mesmerizing.... Overall, great experience for my 6 month old, wife, and myself.
