I got a fraudulent transaction and I don't even live in the US

Really like their ProMed Xpress EARTHLITE Massage Oil.

I got a charge from them on my card but the bank flagged and declined it for a wrong security code. I never ordered anything from here and now I have no bank card because the bank locked it and is mailing me a new one because they said this company is known for fraudulent transactions.

On the positive side, the majority of my orders for supplies have been completed as one would expect. The equipment purchasing side of the company is less than desired. I purchased a $7500.00 Omni table from Scrip through it's sales agent Doug Schultz. The drops haven't worked from day one and no matter how many attempts to contact Scrip's equipment side of the business has yielded with no positive results. I would advise caution regarding purchasing through Doug Schultz as he's great to work with pre-purchase, but after the sale there is little to no follow through on handling problems with defective equipment. I'm still waiting on a call back from his manager 3 weeks later.

They poorly represented a product,..took responsibility for it after a very long ordeal for me on the phone,..and then didnt reimburse me for the entire amount like they said they would, so I had to have another ordeal on the phone,.. finally after much hassle they agreed to the full amount, I will not order from this company again,...I have been a chiropractor for 33 years, and ordered product this entire time, and have never had such a hassle before this.

Very disappointed in company and how I was treated. The 2000.00 machine I ordered came in broke and incomplete (no electrical cord to charge the machine). I called and emailed the company over and over again to no avail. As a small business owner of 22 years, 2000.00 dollars is nothing to sneeze at, so now Im out the money and dont have a workable machine. Can not get company to help me, give me a refund so i can buy another machine, nothing!!!!! I do not recommend this company at all, unless you want to throw your money out the window. Also check the BBB reviews, not one had over 1 star...........Shamefull
