Caf de l'Ardèche Review

I lived in different regions of France so I was a recipient of several caf. The caf Annonay is the worst of all! Ladies and Gentlemen, you will always be wrong with them. I have all tried, even to appeal to justice, it was even worse! The defendant of rights let fall, it is not better that his liars, attackers who exclude you from your rights!

Always because of a large number of calls, all the lines are busy .... in short the worst is that we pay every time!

Personally I do not try to reach them by phone, I go there directly. For the CAF side (left) the people at the reception are very available, they answer our questions and if they do not have the answer, they offer us an appointment with a person from the caf (go usually shortly thereafter). We also have the opportunity to meet a social worker from the caf and there are computers available for people who do not have to look at their cif account.
Right side is social security. So already it's very convenient to have the two together. There are often quite a few people waiting in line, but the wait does not usually last more than 15 minutes. The people at the reception are very dynamic and answer our questions the best, they provide us with the documents we need in our procedures and give us an appointment if necessary to help us make our records. There are also computers and a terminal that allows you to update your vital card, print certificates of law and refunds including. There is also a lift for disabled people and children's pushchairs. I think we are lucky enough to have everything in the city center and the premises are clean.

for my part, same problem at the beginning of 2017, complete file for shipping and incomplete at reception ... no news to warn me ... qd I went there, the reception agent answered me by surfing on his such and sailed on FB ... and we are asked to respect them ... so I returned the missing paper and come by chance, it was missing another the week that followed ... short yes not cool

Do not answer the phone when calling during opening hours. Total contempt of users by telephone

I moved there is now 4 MONTHS from Ardeche to go to Isere to do a civic service (I earn 600th per month and I am entitled only to APL). I made a request for APL that has not been processed because of the caf of the Ardeche who did not do the transmission of my file in the Isere. So I had to call them to ask them to do their job that should have been done 3 months ago. More incompetent there is not.

The pinnacle of incompetence and deaf dialogue .. and in the end since the person of the caf does not know how to answer my simple question it cuts the communication and I hear the caf thank you for your call .. idnamissible .. but as we do not know who we are talking about identification of the interlocutor it is easy to hide .. lousy !!

5 months that my roommate and I are fighting for our LPAs. CAF Aubenas lost all our papers a lot of times and we had to send them back, call them and send them emails dozens of times. Each time we were told that the file was complete and without news several weeks later we were reminded to hear us say that they had lost our file. An incompetent staff who forced us to contact the court. A shame for France.
