Great accommodations all around... Clean, great rooms, great breakfast... Just awesome

Good or bad business hotel. It is wide next to Japanese hotels. It is far from the lobby and entrance when it comes to the end room. The room is large but old. Breakfast is free and is an American food.

It was a professional dine out. Staffs were great and food was good.

Room is amazing but the chanel card is inaccurate and there is no room service menu

BEWARE PEOPLE WITH SENSITIVE SKIN. They add chlorine to their water was breaking out all over all day. Their sheets all washed in it too. Also had spiders and ants in my room. Friendly staff though and good breakfast.

Nice rooms. Went to the Bar in the evenings. The bartender Christina was excellent. Christina remembered my name from the night before, and we had a wonderful conversation with her.

Nothing close to what's expected from a 3 star hotel

Paid 15$ for 3 shrimp very very disappointing will not stay of eat here again and 15fraking$ for a green tea shot this out of know where place is charging wayyyyy to much$$$$

Had a very comfy double bed room on the second floor, easy access from front entrance and the room and bathroom were very clean. Mini-Keurig and a mini frigde in the room. Outdoor pool was also available, which was well maintained. They also have a big coffee machine available in the business/conference area. Parking was easy, there are plenty of spaces in the front and in the back.

Love the staff. We stay here often for business and they have always tried to help our stay be a great stay.

My room was clean, but dated. It had a chipping bathroom door and no shower curtain. The safe was inoperable, the TV was slow. I used the coffee machine for tea, and the water (post heater) made me sick. The staff was extremely friendly. My biggest complaint is the train that goes by throughout the night.

A wonderful place.. Polite staff and great atmosphere.

Wouldn't stay again, mold in the room dead bugs on the counter sticky carpet and a funky stain on the blanket, called front desk they said they had no rooms, when I talked to the front desk at checkout and she said call corporate.

The was a 2 inch gap at the top of the room door, I could see into the hallway

Staff at the reception who does not speak Italian. Cold shower. Bathroom for retirement. Slamming doors. All for 120 dollars. We hope that at least breakfast is up to a Holiday Inn !!

Nice, clean place. However, as you check in, the front should let people know when and where the breakfast is free. For example, if you're an exclusive member or not. Don't placard "free breakfast " over the internet if you're not indeed free. Free only if you book through certain booking sites or if you're an exclusive member.

Room stinks like sweat.. like a man's room with a hamper of dirty sweaty clothes.. The tub looks dirty... Place had me paranoid for any other possible nasty findings

This is a motel. Mostly pensioners live. There is a highway nearby, so it s noisy.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

Wifi needs to be more stronger... very weak wifi unless your room is closer to main area

We booked here for the pool for quick getaway. No online mention that pool was closed. Showed up, and the pool is closed. Agent at front desk refused to discount and refund. Sloppy and unprofessional.

This Holiday Inn was OK. It has some age on it, things were clean enough. Staff was relatively friendly, but I had to wait a considerable time for the bartender who seemed a little absent-minded. I would stay again as the rate was very reasonable considering the location, but it certainly would not be my first choice

Decent. Would have been 4 stars if it had an indoor pool. Definitely not worth the price you pay for a room. Then again I am from the south and the cost of living is cheaper there.

The hotel is falling apart and it is in a very good location and staff is superb but the hotel isn't cutting it.

The staff is friendly and attentive and everything is clean, organized, and well kept.

It's good place if you like comfortable but, it's an old hotel....needs an upgrade..

Great pleace to sleep and relax! Beds are comfy and the room is never too hot or too cold.

The rooms are outdated and smell like mildew. There is no complementary breakfast. You have to pay almost $10 for cereal. I would only recommend this place if you are only here for one night.

For the price the Holiday Inn was good. I stayed here because it was cheaper then the alternative by $40. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was horrible. It supposed to cost $13 but I wouldn't have paid $1 for it.

My window didn't shut the whole way in my room. It could use some TLC from the maintenance department.

Very nice architecture of the room. Clean and spacious. Had a wonderful stay, except hard to find the short way to the parking space from the room.

I gave my review 4 stars because the hotel is nice, the bar is pretty good, has a nice pool and the staff has always done a good job when i stay. My only suggestion would be to improve the buffet breakfast. Its on par with the "express" version of Holiday Inns.

Check in was very easy. Relieved free room upgrade because they were slow. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant and bar, we had appetizers and drinks. Service was great. Breakfast was full of options a d fresh.

It's very clean, staff if friendly. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the beds a little hard for my liking.

Good hotel with competitive rates, complimentary breakfast, close to a big mall, many restaurants, and 30 mins from NYC.

FYI: The rates are $20 more than listed on the website.

Great staff, clean rooms. I did not visit the pool, though a pool and gym are available to guests. WiFi was reasonably fast and reliable during our stay.

No microwave in room but you can get it if you are staying more than one day coffee too far to walk to

Our room had baby roaches and hair all over the bedding. Poorly lit room.

Ok Holiday Inn. It has a restaurant attached, so no breakfast included unless the front desk gives you a ticket. My bed was kind of worn, with a dip in the middle, but comfortable. WiFi was good. Housekeeping hadn't done a great job vacuuming, but not it was still clean.

My room is alright needs a bit of work, but the biggest issues are the lack of kids channels, terrible internet connection with it dropping out on a 5 second interval. The crib was alright but is a pack and play size and comes with a blanket and no sheet.

Very nice place, however my credit card was skimmed there at the bar and two weeks later some thief was making charges in Jamaica, NY to my card.

Very nice place, very quite. All the requirements are within the room. Coffee maker, water bottles are also provided.

They had an open upgraded room and let us have it. They also had a wonderful breakfast and very nice bartender

Easy to get to, service was friendly, room was clean, nightly rate was good. Everything I'm looking for in a hotel!

Good location. Nice room. Front desk was nice.
Cleanliness is the problem. When I check in, I found some left over from prior guest. Some of them are on the floor and stayed there after I left. They definitely didn't vacuum. The bathroom floor was wiped but left something oily. Forgot floor towel one night, makeup remover another night, etc.
