Whichever venue we decide to visit, we always have great time here. It's a great place to spend a day with the kids or a night out with friends. So many possibilities to grab a bite and to have some fun - there's something for everyone. I keep discovering new and exciting things upon every visit and I can't wait for the next one. Whenever friends from abroad visit me, I always make sure to squeeze this place into their schedule, maybe a bit selfish of me as I enjoy it so much but they all like it as well as it appeals to people of all ages and interests.

On June 26, 2000 filming started for Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones at Fox Studios, Sydney. Fox Studios, Sydney (which occupies the site of the former Sydney Showground) is a major movie studio located in Australia. Since opening in May 1998, the studio has been involved in the production of a number of blockbusters, including the final film in the prequel trilogy, Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, as well as The Matrix trilogy, Moulin Rouge, Mission Impossible II, and Superman Returns. Located ten minutes from the Sydney city center, the 132,000 square meter (32 acre) site on the site of the old Sydney Showground, includes eight stages, production offices and heavy industrial workshops, and a community of over sixty independent businesses. These businesses provide services such as equipment hire, travel and freight, casting, postproduction, and explosives/pyrotechnic factory, adjoining residential properties. An adjacent precinct provides restaurants and cafes, a retail complex, parklands, entertainment venues, and sporting facilities. The adjacent precinct was previously known as simply Fox Studios; however, it has since been renamed The Entertainment Quarter.

Fox Studios is a great place for events, here's a tip straight away, your GPS will likely take you to a big carpark on the southern end. Don't rush back to your car after a big event, and if you do plan ahead, park near the exit or at least near the 'down' ramps so you can get out of there fast. Pre paid tickets before you get back to your car will also save you lining up for the machine.

Now the area is great with lots of places for food, before and after and the bowling and cinema make for a night just on their own.

the markets I've been to here were not the greatest, nor was the comedy nights when it was not a headline act. It still is a great place for when the big shows setup and hence I've marked it as "ok" because any other time its a ghost town.

FOX STUDIO Another interesting place with fun and exciting games.
Many things to see.
The fun is thrilling, it swings.
Particularly impressed
TITANIC movie scene highlights
Items here must line up as well.
Depending on the time of the people
Sometimes it's not a lot, it's a little queue.
Can watch fast, enjoy like in a movie
There is a photo service before leaving.
Let us choose to compress Keep it as a souvenir, the price is high, but it's worth it because
We don't go often, it's interesting.
There are restaurants to choose from.
There are stores to collect things to collect.
It is another place to come to check-in.

very quiet on a weekday and lacks a bit of atmosphere. But coming on the weekend, there is more life and feels a bit more lively. Good location for a movie as there are lots of parking space with the carpark. Most people I think come here for the Hoyts cinemas and other shops will feed off from that especially the food places.

Involved in the production of a number of blockbusters including The Matrix, Mission Possible II and Star Wars II, this famous film and TV studio, located just about 3 km from the city center, has become a must-go destination for adults and children. The main feature is the Fox Studios Backlot, where visitors can go through the once-in-a-lifetime experience of film production.

With all that this site could have become, it's a little bit meh. But then, that's kinda what Fox Studios have become innit? Legacy entertaintment quarter. Pricey outlets who no doubt get hammered on rent. See a movie. Get drunk. Shop. Eat.
Keep an eye out for special events, which liven the place up. Also check out the markets... monthly... Locally sourced fresh food and organic and locally made. Kids facilities.

Great place to spend a day. Take the bike and ride around the park and then spend time in the markets and the stalls. Delicious choice of food and treats.
Tours are held daily and there's great entertainment.
Parking close by and plenty of things to entertain the kids!
2 minutes from Centennial Park!

Fox Studios are great for a good night out, whether you go to the movies, to a nice restaurant, a comedy night or a concert - there's heaps of possibilities. For some reason I always get a bit lost when trying to find a certain venue but that's just me. Great range of food, shops and entertainment and lots of parking space in the car park. Most important thing that needs to be improved: Access to public transport because there are only a few busses to catch and that involves a fair bit of walking too (very unhandy in rainy nights)!

It was okay when it opened, it is now just a depressing backlot with a few shops that struggle to make ends meet, where you walk around and reminisce the cool flashbacks of the Easter show and an empty show ground.
