Seems like a very unorganised company. Phone interview was cancelled once and was late the next time. No apologies whatsoever. Information given through phone interview and forwarded through email was different from what was expected during the actual Zoom meeting. Complete waste of time.

The money I have staked does not get paid within my phone bill until the end of the month but intouch want a bank statement to say that I ve paid my phone bill or they will not release my winnings. Had accounts with them and tried closing them. Oh it's not easy I gave them all the information they needed but they wanted more then said some info was wrong but I know it was correct. I complained and got a call about it handled professionally or so I thought. They haven't closed the accounts and today I have received 3 text messages telling me my cool down period (not what I chose) is over tomorrow. So they are still ignoring my request.
