Always a pleasure doing business with Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Scott Colombo always takes great care of me. I've purchased 4 new vehicles from him, and will never shop anywhere else. He's very knowledgeable of his inventory & gets me the best deals. Highly recommend!!

Terrible experience every time! I leased 2 cars here. They are great when selling you a car but after that things go down hill. Always a problem on the service side and policy changes that I was not notified of. Specificially requested a loaner car comparable to what I drive then when I get there they only have a dodge ram pick up truck. I called over a week ago to speak with the salesman and have now left 2 message and have yet to receive a call back. It is almost two weeks since I called. This is unacceptable. Terrible experience!

Service is pretty quick. Waiting area is comfortable.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has done nothing but jack is around. A couple years ago our Dodge broke down on the side of the highway and we had it towed to the dealership and they told us they may be able to look at it sometime during the week but no guarantees , and they offered no courtesy vehicle. This is a work vehicle and is needed every day! Then we needed the mirror replaced and we went 2x with appointments and both times we already dropped the truck off and left only to be called a couple hours later saying they didn t have the mirror. Finally the third attempt they finally had the mirror and then wanted to charge full price after everything they put us through. We will never purchase a Dodge again because of how terrible the customer service is. Do yourself a favor and buy your car or truck somewhere else. The service department is an absolute joke.

Update...... both my husband and I have tried to contact Matt. We have left messages and have not received a phone call back. We will be purchasing a new vehicle in the near future and it is safe to say we will not use this dealership nor purchase a Dodge/Ram due to their lack of customer service.

Kurt in the service department office went above and beyond while my car was in for service. The ability to text was fantastic. I was very pleased with the whole process.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Richard Fissler. Most of the sale was done over the phone. He was very accommodating. Had everything ready when I showed up to do paperwork for a quick and easy process. Had an issue with the vehicle right after purchase and was taken care of with no issue. Very helpful.

Scranton Dodge got rid of their quick lube and now you have to go through the service consultant. I've had to wait an hour and a half for my last two oil changes. Unacceptable.

Bring back the quick lube. The staff was always friendly and the service was great and expedited.

I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler and had a top notch purchasing experience. Sales Professional Josh Symuleski and Manager Mike McConkey were great to deal with and their follow-up after the sale has been solid. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to stop in to see Josh and Mike. You will drive away feeling very confident & satisfied. A 5-Star Dealership all the way!

Always have the best and easiest experience here. Bill Adams is a great sales guy, still taking care of me almost 2 years after my initial purchase. Kurt was right there with him making sure my service was timely and any issues communicated personally and promptly.

Quick responses to our inquiries about available vehicles. Answered questions we had immediately. Offered different suggestions but at no time was pushy or pressing us for a sale which we greatly appreciated. We were in the midst of a family emergency and both Eric Fumanti and Scott Colombo went out of their way to accommodate us for which we are grateful. Both men are a great asset to your team!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Scranton Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Ram. Both times I worked with Jim O'Malley. Jim always goes above and beyond to get the vehicle I want. The first was a dealer locate and the second was a special order. Unlike other dealerships he did not try to talk me into something on their lot. He realizes I know what I want and he makes it happen. From walking in through the front door and being greeted by a friendly receptionist to signing the paperwork the entire process could not be better. Plus I love my new Jeep!

Terrible experience. Had contact with one of the dealers there, Max Broden. Knew I was driving all the way from Ithaca to check a used mini cooper. Agreed during the week I was coming on Saturday morning. Called the guy on my way there. Arrived on the lot to learn that they just sold the car. Had driven for nothing. No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Typical car dealer behavior?? In a way I am happy that I did not end up being one of their customers.
