So, how do I get in contact with someone from this company since they have closed? We purchased a maintenance plan on an instrument and were not able to utilize due to the abrupt closing of this company. We do not feel as if we should have to pay that and now the account is being sent to a collections department because we were waiting for someone to respond to our emails about this.
It was alot better when they were on Hywy 80! Bought my first Bass and Amp from there! When then moved to Ridgeland they lost that personal connection to the public and the people who supported them all those years in West Jackson!
Called 4 times trying to get someone. The phone rings off the hook. When I leave a message, no one ever calls me back. Called again today and the message said. "Sorry this mailbox is full.... goodbye"
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! First when I walked in I spoke and neither of the two employees spoke back. Second when I walked back to the drum dept the employee was sitting there doing nothing and NEVER tried to help me! Third the Sales clerk told me he could not sale me what I wanted to buy! Terrible customer service!
Nice place, extremely helpful for a newbie and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing alot.
