Armadillo Enterprises Review

The sound of the The sound of the high tide 8-string ukulele is great. I loved playing the instrument.
Unfortunately the bridge exploded off the instrument. I understand that some instruments have problems and that's why there is a year warranty.
I returned the ukulele in September 2020 and it is now March 2021 and I have gotten no replacement.
Repeatedly I have been told there is a problem with the shipments. The customer service representative is no longer responding to my calls or emails.

I went on the Dean Factory Tour and it was amazing. The employees there are very enthusiastic and have real passion for what they do.The guitars are awesome you can see the quality that goes in when you tour their woodshop and set up room. You can get up close and personal with some iconic guitars. After the tour I purchased a prototype they had for sale. Even though it was only a $300.00 purchase they treated me like I was buying a $3000.00 guitar. I'm just an amateur guitarist but the care,service and quality at Dean guitars has made me a fan for life. Thank you Dean Guitars

Products are amazing, but u can't get a hold of anybody

Hello. I need help. They brought a guitar from Canada 20-25 years ago, as I was told. But I don't know if it's original or not. The number on the last fret of the neck is 10037.

I went here with my daughter to take the Dean Guitar Factory tour and I was so amazed at all that goes into making guitars. I thought that every thing was done with machines these days but surprisingly most of it is done by hand, so you know your guitar was given some TLC during the creation process. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone who is even remotely interested in seeing how guitars are made plus it's free so why not.

I ordered a guitar from deanguitars.com over a week ago and I haven t heard anything about the order, they won t respond to emails or phone calls. If you are thinking about getting a Dean guitar (or Luna guitar) then I d highly suggest getting it from a retail store of some form (website or brick and mortar store).
