Purchased a 2006 charger and it has a defect in the paint job under rear wheel well.
Every inspection my vehicles fail. Both have less then 60k. Amazing its after the warranty expires. Both vehicles purchased from them.
Very excellent and satisfying the people there are very friendly and helpful
Great first time experience! No pressure salesman. Professional and courteous.
I had been in months before for a recall, after waiting an hour, they advised me the part wasn't in stock. I returned recently, the Customer Service Rep that had helped me before, was no longer there and he had kept my recall notice. Clint Bednar to the rescue! He was able to look it up, they had the part and I got the vehicle serviced to boot! Great experience with Clint. We have been buying trucks and Jeeps here for twenty years. Looking forward to my next Jeep purchase from Scott Columbo!
Not more than a week ago, i walked into the dodge of scranton dealership and was introduced to a man by the name of phil. Knowing my credit was bad i had little hope i would be able to find something in my price range , let alone something i would be happy with. After a few minutes of relaying my situation to Mr. Santiago, he pointed me into the right direction. After all was said and done , after all the phone calls back and forth, after all the paperwork we had to do, i gotta say i couldnt be more grateful for how it all turned out. I walked out of there yesterday with a great car and a great deal. I know if it wasnt for mr. Santiago i would have never gotten the deal i got nor the patience from any other agent. He handled the entire process with professionalism, respect, genuine consideration, and the most important in my eyes , honesty. For service like this i can truly say ill be going back in the future for my next car , and would recommend this to anyone with any type of credit. No matter what these guys will get where you need to be.
Couldnt be more happier with scranton dodge and mr. Santiago...... even though he's a cowboys fan hes still good guy lol
and a notable mention- mr. Fissler was also very kind and helpful with refering me to the perfect insurance agent that got me full coverage on my vehicle without breaking the bank.
Thanks guys
Go Giants
Love Rich Fissler in sales! The service department is a little slow. I usually end up there for hours when I need service.
Great Experience Purchasing my Wrangler Unlimited from them. I did a lot of research on my own to find exactly what i was looking for, as anyone should do for themselves before any large purchase. Knowing exactly what I was looking for Scranton Dodge Chrysler and Jeep just so happened to have the perfect vehicle for me. I inquired about it online and soon after Jim O'Malley was in touch with me to set up an appointment. Needless to say the next day I was on my way with my new car. Given my current situation with an ignition interlock limited license Jim went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as it could be.
Thank you once again, Rolly.
My salesman Gene was fantastic. Everyone at Scranton dodge that was involved in my purchase of a Ram truck were fantastic. I will definitely return here when it s time to upgrade.
Scranton Dodge is a very fine dealership very fine salespeople and a very fine service department I think they are the best in the area for Chrysler Corporation for Jeep Corporation and whatever they sell....
Took my truck in for recall work had 8:30 am appt didn t get truck back til next day (def an inconvenience) no courtesy vehicle offered. I had no issues with employees treated me well and kept me updated as to why the truck wasn t gonna be done.
Bought a pre-owned car from Bill Adams. Although there were a few issues up front, I got a great deal and Bill took care of every detail until I was satisfied. Been going there for many years and will go there again. Thanks Bill.
Fantastic service on a Ram truck- passing through area and experienced a critical issue involving factory recall which was handled by heavy truck dept, could not have been done better !
Top shelf dealership.very friendly and helpful. Salesman Scott columbo was great.
As I gave them a terrible review previously, which I believe was warranted, I have to say Ray Novak of Scranton Dodge reached out to me and did the right thing. As angry as I was, he remained professional and respectful. But most importantly, he took the vehicle back in to have it fixed properly and gave me a loaner car at their cost. I cannot say for sure if the electrical problem is fixed only time will tell. But for now, my dashboard does not look like a Christmas tree all lite up when I'm driving it. I thought it's only right to give them another review; a positive one. So, thank you Mr. Novak for all your efforts and professionalism. M. King
My salesman Jim was excellent! The problem was with the management. Their price was considerably higher than the 2 other local Jeep dealers, for the same vehicle.
About six months ago I bought a truck from Rich at Scranton Dodge. The truck had about 96,000 miles on it, so I knew there would most likely need to be some maintenance, but what I did not expect is the post-sale service the dealer provided. About two months after my purchase I experienced some moderate engine trouble that I thought would cost a small fortune to fix, but I told Rich what happened and brought it in the next week. It turned out I only blew a spark plug, but the maintenance staff replaced it for free. The next month I had another spark plug blow and they fixed it AGAIN for free. They did all of this despite the fact that my warranty expired. Now, every couple of months a get a call from Rich just checking up. Scranton Dodge is truly a dealer that cares about their customers and treats everyone like family.
We would highly recommend Morgan Green as a salesperson and Scranton Dodge as a dealership, if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. They were all fantastic!
My husband and I found ourselves at Scranton Dodge after visiting many dealerships in search of a minivan. Morgan helped us buy our Dodge Grand Caravan. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and took a very low pressure approach with us, which we greatly appreciated.
From beginning to end, he, and everyone at the dealership, made us feel like valued customers, answering every question and attending to every last detail. We were so pleased with his service, that my husband was back two weeks later to buy his Dodge Avenger.
We are very happy customers.
Some of the worst service I ve ever experienced. First time here I had an oil change and no one called to tell me my vehicle was ready. Second time here getting an inspection and I dropped my car off at 10am and it took 4+ hours past the appointment time. Whenever I tried to call and speak to someone about the status of my vehicle it rung and went to voicemail everytime. Very poor service.
Ray and Eugene are top notch!
Very pleased.
No pressure, No gimmicks, Very forthright and Very down to earth.
Will recommend to friends and family!
Came to buy a challenger that was listed online and when I got there no one wanted to help me or my girlfriend. We waiting for about 13 minutes before we spoke with anyone about the car. Then we were told the car was a customer order, why would you have a customer order online to be sold? So since we couldn't get the car we wanted we decided to get a Mercedes AMG.
17 days to get my car back. They had every excuse in the book. I wouldn't go back. Not even to purchase a car. If you can't bring it back for servicing why bother purchasing there. I suggest all disgruntled customers call and complain to there corporate office.
Nice but a little pushy on a vehicle that may wrong color or options you are not looking for.
Had some issues getting my Jeep looked at for warranty-based problems. I called Jess Wagner and she was able to accommodate my needs and get everything taken care of. I was in within the week and a loaner care was provided. Jess made everything run smoothly. Great attitude and customer service.
Sorry to say my brother took his 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee that he was having some problems with into Scranton Dodge to have it looked at. Well they told him that his thermostat housing was old and leaking antifreeze. TOTAL LIE! It was brand new! I had replaced it just 3 months ago. They never even pressure tested it. They also told him his ball joints were bad and that he needed the CV joints in the front drive shaft. Which means he needs a new front drive shaft. They had already replaced the front drive shaft in September but denied ever doing it. So needless to say he had them do the drive shaft and ball joints than tried charging him $1,900.00 after quoting him $1,400.00!!!!! I pressure tested his coolant system after he got it back and there are NO coolant leaks WHATSOEVER! STAY AWAY from scranton dodge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scranton Dodge is the best! The customer service is above the rest!
Scott Cloumbo just received ur follow up letter thank you very well written thank you remember postal service is slo 4/5 days to mail something from Wilkes-barre main to Scranton everything is fine Caliber running well as is,the 300s again thank you
Amazing at communicating, they let me know everything right off the bat, thank you so much Kayla and the rest of Dodge you guys did wonderful on my car and I cant wait to have my car fully done by you guys, stay awesome!
I stopped in just for some information and told Richard Fissler the Dealer right from the beginning that I wasn't ready to leave with a vehicle today. He was very kind and helpful and showed us around the vehicles of our interest without being pushy for the sale. He provided us with all the information we were looking for. I called a few weeks later for an additional question and he remembered me and answered my question again without being pushy at all. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and would definitely recommend seeing him for your automotive needs. When I am ready to move forward with the purchase, I will be contacting him!
Excellent sales team and great vehicle service. No hasseling!!!
I have never had such a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle then I had with Scranton Dodge. We were greeted by Bill Adam's, who didn't shove anything on us. He gave us time to look and had complete knowledge of each vehicle we looked at. He didn't make us wait to get that great low price either. I drove out of their with my vehicle, which was washed and gassed. I will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Scranton Dodge. Special thanks to Tom as well.
Recently purchased a dodge from GENE....in short he was AMAZING!!!!!!!
The person I worked with was John Epp. Everything was a great experience. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. He made the process easy and stress free. I truly felt he was there to help me find the best vehicle for my lifestyle and not to just sell a car/make money. I would highly recommend him to others and without a doubt it was all a great experience and I plan to continue to go back to him in the future.
Excellent sales .. waiting for the service part to kick in ...
Well worth the 2 hour drive up !! Thank you Josh we love the truck.
I had a great experience buying a brand new Dodge Dart SXT for an affordable price. Derek Evans was a lot of help, along with the help of Frank. I definitely recommend Scranton Dodge.
I worked with Frank to buy my 4th Grand Cherokee and had a wonderful experience. Our first contact to drive off was just a day, and I couldn t have been happier. They were very fair with their appraisal of my trade in, and were very transparent with the pricing of the new vehicle. Much better service and a better deal than Motorworld. I highly recommend purchasing a Jeep from this dealership.
Between the great work they do on your cars also great customer service..I want to give thanks to samantha at the service deck who helped me with the best customer service I've ever experienced also to the manager.
Every time I go there for service it always gets done right and fast would recommend it for any Mopar services.
The sales, parts and service personnel are friendly & very helpful at Scranton Dodge. Great place to do business.
Will try to rob you blind if you don't own a Chrysler vehicle
I recently purchased the all-new 2019 Ram 1500 Limited from this dealership. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and kindness extended towards me throughout the entire process. I mean, I know it's their job to be professional and kind, but these guys went way out of their way for me. I had the pleasure of working with Phil Santiago who literally jumped hoops and climbed mountains for me to make sure I got everything I wanted. He made himself available 24/7 by giving me his cell phone number and texting back and forth with me about the details of the sale so we can get it finalized. Phil is a kind, carrying and VERY patient person. He provided outstanding service and I can t thank him enough for working extra hard for me. It s hard to come by someone who has been doing their job for 20+ years and isn t burnt out. Phil bring passion and energy to the job every day. I can't thank him enough for all of his help. I also worked with the manager, John, and Owner, Dave, both of whom are a class-act gentleman and the sale would have been impossible without their help. I highly recommend Phil and all of the team at Scranton Dodge. It was a very good car-buying experience and I already plan to get my next vehicle here. (Phil, I'm keeping your cell phone number! Ha!)
Everyone at Scranton Dodge Chrysler, especially Phil Santiago, Mike McConkey, and John Ebb, are incredibly helpful and were able to find me the best deal possible for both my trade-in and my purchase. My family's been coming here for years and it's just been great service every time.
I m not happy about the condition of the new truck i purchased .And after months of waiting -nobody even took the time to apologize or even try to show good faith.
I have made my views very clear - and they simply don t care to do the right thing or even attempt to do anything
That s what you get when you spend over 50k at Scranton dodge
I bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Phil Santiago and I highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle to contact him. He went above and beyond and got me the vehicle I wanted. This was the easiest car purchase that I've ever dealt with. He took care of everything and evened followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy with my new ride and to see if I had any questions. Great dealership and Phil is awesome!!
Salespeople are great but you have to watch their service department. Tried to tell my daughter she didn't have a warranty and then tried to charge her more than her $100 deductible. Also charged her for labor on her oil change, which was supposed to be free bc she has the elite service plan. Not very happy with them. My daughter is calling today to complain to the sales rep who sold her the car last year.
I have bought several vehicles through the years from Scranton dodge, The people that make up that dealership are truly professional, and make Scranton dodge a pleasure to do business with.
I had been searching for awhile to find a good deal to get me out of my 2012 Nissan Rogue without creating a much higher payment. The salesperson(Eric) I dealt with explored a bunch of options for me and listened to my story so he knew what I needed. After research and the help of the General Sales Manager (John) i am excited to say I got the perfect vehicle. A beautiful 2019 Jeep Cherokee limited!!
The salesman that worked with me was Dave Deacon, he was awesome. Felt like our conversations were genuine and he was very professional when we were discussing pricing for my vehicle. I bought a used 2015 Toyota Corolla and it has exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with my purchase, I thought it was a fair price and they went above and beyond with their customer service after they knew they had secured a deal.
I have taken my Jeeps here twice for service and have gotten exceptional service both times! Can t say that about other Jeep dealerships in the area. These people work hard. Thank you!
Beyond useless. They charged me to look at my car and lie to my face about there being a problem. The problem has been consistent for two months now. So it magically not happening on the one day they look at it? They're either liars and thieves or blindingly incompetent. Go anywhere else before you waste your time here.
SLOW SLOW SLOW service - waiting area is basic and there is no sense of urgency to get people in and out . Purchased a new Jeep that needed the pull forward seat handle replaced -
I am sitting here almost 2 hours after my appointment and the Jeep has not even been pulled in . In a waiting room full of irate people in the same boat.
New purchase survey? Please give us a excellent rating ? I think not!
Great job as usual!! Knowledgable, helpful, and courteous.
I bought a 2018 RAM 2500 Laramie 6.4 Hemi from Scranton Dodge. They got it for me out of Binghamton. These guys were very professional an knowledgeable. We were very well taken care of an would definitely do buisness there again. If your looking for the best deal on any vehicle in or out of the area...Ask for Scott Columbo. He will make it happen!!
Last week around 1pm I called this location looking for an old part for my 2003 Dakota, and a young man on the phone was incredibly helpful and gave me all the information that I needed. I was very satisfied and when I am searching for my next car I would be more than happy to give them my business again. Also I just moved into the area from Canada, and the service made me feel great in my new home.
They have nice cars and people. However, there service department is bad. I took in one car and they misdiagnosed it, charging me $600. Then told me it was another problem and that would be $800 more. Claiming it was brake calipers and that dodge redesigned them. They did not. Simultaneously, I took in another car and it needed a new computer. That, plus work and programming would cost nearly $1,400. I bought the computer programmed with shipping for $341 and I installed it in 5 minutes. I guess their mechanic would ve made $1,000 in that hour . Sometimes it pays to look around or do your own work. Severely disappointed in them. Shady as heck. Good luck to you all out there.
Had car brought in after recovery from theft. Clint took care of my needs thoughly and efficiently making me. very happy
Been here for 4 hours now for a tire balance and tpms sensor programming. They said 1.5hrs when I got here.
I don t normally leave reviews, but today I felt like I needed to. I ran into an issue with my Jeep Wrangler and immediately brought to the dealer to see what the issue was. Clint, the service advisor who helped us, went above and beyond to make this visit a little less of a headache. He squeezed us in last minute for diagnostic testing, gave us a pretty accurate estimate, and even worked with us on the final price of parts and labor. Within 24 hours my Jeep was good as new. He was very kind and definitely knew what he was taking about. High five and thumbs up to this guy for being awesome at his job. Thanks Clint!
My car buying experience here was just about the same as anywhere else you would go.
Inquire about the vehicle and ask the best price, and get hounded about when can you test drive it and all that happy garbage.
My issue was how my car was when I did purchase it and go to pick it up.
1. the car was taken to the car wash to get cleaned, and was still wet even when I picked it up. they were nice enough to fill the gas tank though..............
2. I was told that the radio was XM capable. Checked the other day, and turns out, NOPE!
3. there wasn't any carfax or history reports on the car. it was a govt vehicle in the Dominican republic. that being said, I noticed that one headlight was yellowed, and the other looked brand new. considered it having been in an accident, but the body looked fine.
went to trade my car in recently, only to be told that the vehicle had clearly been in a major accident and was repaired, and that any competent garage worker could tell that. So either the people that inspect the vehicles aren't competent, or they decided that it wasn't necessary to disclose this information (which yeah would have hurt their chances of selling the vehicle), but having known that, I definitely overpaid for this car.
was not satisfied with the overall experience, and would be hesitant to go back for another vehicle.
Great costumer service droop my pick up Monday for service, Jessica was very professional and happy to help -quick info and job done, Thank you. On the other hand when I stop next day for pick up my vehicle gentelmen who ask me for help was Death On Arrival no introduction, no life, and no personality to tired for work, soory but this days we not only pay to fix our vehicle but customer saervice its part that job.
Thank you for great job fixing my truck.
Oscar Malec.
Great place to do business with. Lots of good deals.
Hello! I had been in a pickle with my Wrangler, I usually have smaller garages handle my car but decided it was time to take it to a dealership. Let me tell you, my experience was hands down the best. I would like to thank Karly who had answered my initial call, for going above and beyond between running around finding out prices for me, making sure to call me right back (so I didn t have to listen to the hold music LOL) and she was honest if she was unsure of something, and asked one of her coworkers instead of guessing! And most importantly squeezing me in so last minute. We communicated multiple times that day, and as pesty as I m sure I was, she had an AMAZING attitude and was so bubbly, I made sure to get her extension for future scheduling.
I then dealt with Clint, who was on top of his game. He s fast, so knowledgeable, and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. I also respect people who do not talk down on me, as I do not know much about cars. He made sure I understood everything!
I appreciate all of the help here, I will definitely be back for future work. Thank you!!
Very professional. Quick and easy, no hassles. Josh treated us very well.
Technician was the problem. Not sympathetic with our warranty covered transmission problem. Will never go to Scranton Jeep again.
This is the first review that I have ever written. I feel compelled to share my experience with this dealership. For a few days after completing a sale, I had concerns that I had previously brought to their attention and wanted to discuss further. I did not hear back from the manager until he knew that I was trying to contact the owner. I tried contacting the owner (Matt Pompey) via email and voicemail and have received no response. I am sure that had my calls been about a prospective sale that I would have received a very timely response. I found this dealership to be incompassionate, to lack integrity, and to be only concerned about a sale. I know that I am only one person, but if this review helps just a few people to make an informed decision it was worth it.
Schedule a recall appointment a week prior to the appointment. Arrive at the dealership at 9 a.m. for my appointment just to be told that they don't do recalls at that location. Couldn't have told me anytime before hand ordering the scheduling call. This dealership is wasting my time and it's completely unprofessional.
Excellent service...staff very helpful...loaner was AMAZING
Had my van there a few times. It always took a long time to figure out whats wrong or was told well we cant re create the problem. This time took it there for an issue. Was called back and said i needed three things fixed. I said im not sure why the breaks pads and rotors went bad and id need to show them to my regular mechanic, then it became i do need calipers, i can see your rotors are new, but was suggested to get new breaks. I paid $100 For them to take my tires off. Took it to another mechanic, he said the issue was on the other side of the car not even the side i was shown and does not think i will need all 3 things replaced. When i called back to voice my concerns i was told well hunny im not going to argue with you by a service rep. Wow how unprofessional!
Went online first..did get a response from Phil Santiago. Met with him, told him what I wanted. I still had a balance on vehicle I wanted to trade. He said he will do his best to help me out and he came thru as he promised. I got a great deal and great rate. Smoothest car buying experience ever. I bought a 2020 Jeep Compass and I love it. Thank you Phil Santiago...you should be employee of the year.
I'm in the market for a new suv. We test drove a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. It was great. When we went back to the office the salesman put some numbers together for us. It was a bit on the high side. We continued to ask questions, advised we went to Mazda and Ford, the Jeep was slightly higher than the other Suv's we looked at and the monthly payment would have doubled. It didn't make sense. The salesman didn't push, didn't inquire into the price hike and quite frankly I didn't feel like he was trying to make a sale. I will say he was friendly and I guess some people can appreciate not being sold so that is why I am saying this dealership is ok but I will be buying elsewhere.
Would be less if I could. Brought a vehicle in for brake service, then received my "fixed" vehicle attempted to leave and brake pedal went to the floor. Questioned service manager who was very unapologetic. At which point I said I won't bring my vehicle back and he replied I don't care at all about you or your vehicle. I'm an exmilitary man who has traveled the country, the employees of this dealership are the worst I ever encountered. Would never recommend anyone to buy or get anything serviced by these unprofessional people.
I bought a Jeep Trailhawk yesterday from Scranton Dodge and had a great experience. I worked with the salesman named Fred and he was very pleasant to work with. He wasn t pushy at all and met all my demands needed to get the deal done. I was in and out start to finish in a few hours and the finance specialist was prompt with getting all the paperwork done. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this dealer.
Best car buying experience ever! Jim O'Malley was great to work with, never any pressure, took care of every detail ....just a great deal. Highly recommend going to see Him at Scranton Dodge!
Never going back to Scranton Dodge. I had a vehicle that was overheating at random times. I was told to come in for 9:10 in the morning. Drop the car off at 9 and told him I would be waiting for it. After 6 hours of waiting, I finally asked how my vehicle was doing. I was told it wasn't even brought in yet because higher priority Vehicles were first. Why you tell me to come in at 9:10 in the morning if you're not going to take my vehicle anytime soon? After another two hours of waiting oh, I was told all of the problems were caused by a loose radiator cap. Then, I was charged $140. Yes, $140 to tighten a radiator cap. Oh no, wait. I'm sorry. They also added $20 worth of antifreeze. I lost an entire day's worth of wages for what? If you have something wrong with your car that needs to be checked out, do yourself a favor and go to Tunkhannock instead.
Service department here is fantastic. Online appointments are the greatest thing. No more calling and waiting on hold.
Service department is knowledgeable on all issues and if they don't have the answer they find it out for you. Il
I bought my Jeep somewhere else but I bring it here for the incredible service
It appears the problem was diagnosed and repaired properly but the cost was a little high. I will update this post if things change.
I spent almost 3 hours with a scheduled appt for an oil change there. I was notified when I got there that there was a recall on my truck and that quick lane was backed up. I waited over an hour before my truck was pulled in for service and 1/2 hour after it was completed to check out. I am a diamond club member and last time I requested a loaner I was told I had to schedule one in advance. I would have today if I had known I needed a recall and would have to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change. So what the elite diamond club does for me is nothing. Nothing elite about it. While the service advisor was appologetic, my morning plans were ruined. Excuse was there are 2 people on vacation and the quick service was backed up. I guess a poor excuse is better than none. I will not be going back there unless there is a recall and will have my truck serviced with the mechanic I always went to. Good luck to others and hopefully you will not have the service problem I had. The mechanic never put the sticker on for my next oil change and there was grease in 3 spots on my truck. I rated 1 but this was generous.
Brought our truck in for the airbag recall. Personnel is very friendly and our truck was done within an hour and a half
Bought a great van for a great price while having the worst sales experience ever.
Thank you Matt for taking care of my truck. Very Happy Customer.
I called Scranton Dodge to let them know I was very interested in one specific ram 1500 Laramie and that I was coming from 100 miles away to see it. Got there at 1:00 pm and my salesman (Jim) went to get it. 15 minutes later he came back to tell me the dealership owner had it out and would be back in an hour. They lost a sure sale today. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Would not listen to what our vehicle preference was. "I want a 2017 Town and Country. Not black". "Ok sir. We have the brand new pacificas over here. We also have this black Dodge." Would not budge on a price after we were directly to a vehicle of our liking that followed our requirements. Even with money down they wouldn't move. Ended up getting a better deal at Toyota or Scranton, lower than what we were willing to pay, with a warranty upk to 90k thrown in.
I bought a new key that had autostart. Have nothing but problems heater works then and engine light is on a day later everything works I will NEVER buy a Dodge again trading it in for a friggin working vehicle GOOD LUCK DODGE
Poor customer, service, bought a car not even a year, ago and had to invest over $1,00.00 before my first inspection. We checked CV joints out. Only to have mechanic from there tell us we need new CV joints ,that one was torn one was, leaking, which we knew a week before NOTHING Was wrong with them.
UPDATE:::::: HAPPY to say got rid of that piece of s*it!!!!! Forgot to mention the gas sensor was screwed up from day 1 as well!!! And it took almost 4 hours to get a State inspection and emissions done!!!
After realizing all that went in to doing recall work, and for Scranton Dodge to have to rely on Dodge Headquarters to supply them with the specific parts to complete each job, I admit I was hasty with my original review. But in fact, Scranton Dodge completed one of the recalls and needed to check my truck before they were allowed to order the part for the other recall. Furthermore, they spotted a problem w my rack and pinion that I would have not otherwise have known. They were very helpful in helping me understand all that is involved and once I realized this i felt bad for the way I acted. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A big shout out to the receptionist Kayla who was so very helpful as well. I would recommend SD to anyone.
