Not more than a week ago, i walked into the dodge of scranton dealership and was introduced to a man by the name of phil. Knowing my credit was bad i had little hope i would be able to find something in my price range , let alone something i would be happy with. After a few minutes of relaying my situation to Mr. Santiago, he pointed me into the right direction. After all was said and done , after all the phone calls back and forth, after all the paperwork we had to do, i gotta say i couldnt be more grateful for how it all turned out. I walked out of there yesterday with a great car and a great deal. I know if it wasnt for mr. Santiago i would have never gotten the deal i got nor the patience from any other agent. He handled the entire process with professionalism, respect, genuine consideration, and the most important in my eyes , honesty. For service like this i can truly say ill be going back in the future for my next car , and would recommend this to anyone with any type of credit. No matter what these guys will get where you need to be.

Couldnt be more happier with scranton dodge and mr. Santiago...... even though he's a cowboys fan hes still good guy lol

and a notable mention- mr. Fissler was also very kind and helpful with refering me to the perfect insurance agent that got me full coverage on my vehicle without breaking the bank.
