The transfer is very fast from one place to another.
Older adults, cars, and any difficulty walking are mitigated with those aisles

Pros Free Wifi. Free trolley. Large duty free shop. Cons: showing old age, custom queue long, no tourism materials, extra "revenge" fee for Aus & Mexico citizens. Also for those car renters returning the car at the airport, there is no petrol station at the airport.

Free Wi-Fi, but stay tuned because it disconnects at all times. The harassment of taxi drivers in the Arrivals Hall is very unpleasant and there is no inspection. Small airport and Duty Free better on boarding.

Santiago Airport proved to be efficient in its operation, except that for everything you can walk a lot, which can compromise the experience, immigration was agile, both on arrival and departure, when you arrive in Santiago you must fill in a form, take home pen, because we had difficulties because the airport does not have, avoid the airport taxi, are very boring, insistent and thick when you say no, besides the reports of charged extortionate and unmatched, if the night comes, go with the closed transfer, usually the hotels have this service, if you arrive by day, I suggest taking the Centroporto bus that is just outside the international terminal that takes you to the center for 2000 pesos / person, when disembarking call for uber.

The new facilities are clean and modern, but the old ones, leave much to be desired, especially in the bathrooms, we must remember that this is the first country image that is given to the foreigner, it should be improved in that aspect

Expedited attention, but with the extension there is a delay in arrivals, since they are remote, a bus will pick you up from the plane and they are not always available immediately when the flight lands.

Security is fine since it affects us all only in the part of going to check you at Minsal, the lines could be more separated, it is never too much about assessing our security I think there is enough space to achieve it and show that we can.

A super large airport and it is still expanding

It has abundant place is to eat

ABOUT THE ACCESSIBILITY: it has ramps in the accesses, elevators, spacious bathrooms with grip, among other features. The assistance service at the airport is very good, the staff accompanies the passenger with special mobility needs throughout the process; what is super important for seniors, people in wheelchairs, crutches or with walking difficulties

Airport with good offer of restaurants and shops (with expensive prices as in most South American airports so come prepared). The pre-immigration waiting area (where check-in locations are) does not have many chairs and no outlets. So if you come too early before your flight get ready to suffer. On arrival in Santiago avoid taxis approaching passengers and take a turbus (green bus) to the bus terminal in the city center. It's much safer, more comfortable and cheaper (on 11/15/2019 I spent 1,900.00 CLP).

A relatively small airport with excellent signage, stores operating early. Clean, procedures are generally done expeditiously. The parking lots are safe and large, in addition, it is ensured that people do not stay parked where they do not belong.

The parking lot is sooo badly marked. In many places it does not allow return and there are no clear signs. In addition, there are no personnel to take care of and guide you out of the parking lot, so I suggest considering extra time to get to the airport

It is quite wide and the treatment of the staff is very good.
My experience in the place was satisfactory without inconvenience of any kind, such as delays in the dispatch of luggage and others.

I was not at the airport, but my parents were, and I needed information about their next flight since my parents could not communicate with me because, as Wi-Fi is known at that airport, it is a disaster and there are no phones to serve. Enter the page, look for the phones, one is to write on WhatsApp I wrote and never had an answer, call x wifi and I never had an answer, start a chat that tb is on the page and who wrote from there did not have the minimum intention of helping . They are a disaster.

If you Australian , you have to pay so much just to get out of the airport , the conections are terrible , you have to way in there per hours ,no even able to get out to check around the city because to save the money especially traveling with kids , is crazy to pay that kind of money for few hours , better get stuck in there , a least they should add some cheap accomodation for people traveling from so far and need to wait for their terrible conections

All very clean, organized and responsive. Opposite end of Brazilian airports. Beware of clandestine taxis that approach foreigners in the lobby, they charge twice the price of official companies, and no one can guarantee that in their private cars they will leave the passenger at the agreed destination.

Very good place, well marked the entrances, in Spanish and English, the bathrooms are clean and the helpful staff, free WiFi within the immediate vicinity. It has a wide variety of shops both food and souvenirs from different areas of the country

I had the worst service of my life with LaTan at this airport. They did not understand what he was talking about. I tried in Spanish, Portuguese and English and nobody answered with objectivity and simplicity. They will call 3 people and afinal notified ways that we would have to wait 3 hours (midnight at 3 in the morning) to solve.
And the worst, there is no claim book. A total break with the consumer.
