Excellent Airport The Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport (AMB), [3] also known as Santiago-Pudahuel Airport, (IATA: SCL, ICAO: SCEL) is the main airport in Chile, located west of the city of Santiago, in the commune of Pudahuel - from which comes its old name, Pudahuel Airport. The terminal is also one of the settlements of the II Air Brigade of the Chilean Air Force (next to the Colina and Quintero Air Bases).
It currently has 35 boarding bridges, 26 remote and cargo parking lots and two landing strips (17L / 35R and 17R / 35L) capable of receiving even the modern Airbus A380 aircraft, also the cargo operations of the Antonov 225.

Although we missed the flight to Florianopolis due to bad information about who checked us in, the airport facilities are very good, the cleanliness, the air conditioning system, the bathrooms, among other things, excellent.

They don't have drinking fountains anywhere and the water is not potable (I asked about 20 different people working in the airport). You are forced to buy expensive bottled water. Bad for the environment too!

Decent airport, lacks sufficient clocks & flight information panels, does not have a map of the terminals.

Dear administrators of the terminal, this Monday I was on the grounds of returning from a vacation trip with my family via Aeromexico and when I stopped in Mexico, at the airport I was very attracted to the proud feelings of their athletes who were in Lima 2019 representing them since on their screens every so often they showed them to all those who had received medals and I thought that this could also be done at our airport because in these games our country was very good and we should make it known to thank them corresponding to our athletes who with so much sacrifice and pride represent us.

Very well organized airport, security checks and excellent passport controls.
Many shops and restaurants.

Very good customer service and good food places. I did not stay long but it is worth walking around its freeshops and shops.

Worst airport I have been to. Badly organized, unfriendly people, almost impossible to find help

Reduced facilities and lack of proactive attention to the traveler. They are in expansion works at this time, I hope it is the opportunity for improvements.

I have traveled extensively in Latin America.. Santiago Airport is by far the best! Clean, efficient, not too big so is easy to move around.. Great options of restaurants & duty free. Always pleasant to arrive in Santiago!

Wifi free, if you use taxi, use only the registered, doubt, ask a police officer for help.

Very small, they are always repairing it. Very poor attention from the staff working on it. Both in airlines, local and transportation services. Terrible image for tourists.

An airport shame, there is no security, they steal even in the waiting lines for the tkts, parking is an odyssey, the taxi drivers look like piranhas at the exit door and many of them pirates, I have seen many foreigners scammed and there are no no control of that

4th generation airport. .Without Wi-Fi ... something essential at this time for travelers ... are one of the few airports in South America that does not have such service.

I've travelled around south America and went through airports of ALL sizes. There is no service as bad as Chile's airport. Everything is expensive, people are rude and the bureaucracy is excessive. Today is the fourth time I was here and It was no exception to the rule.

It is a relatively comfortable airport for waiting no more than three hours, assuming it is an airport and not a hotel.
The indications are clear and the best is the friendliness of the staff in general.
