buenisimo, todo rapido, tiene buen acondicionamiento de temperatura ya que no es como otros aeropuertos, que se llenan de personas y mas encima hace calor, si no que esta el aire a una temperatura agradable, con aire fresco, no se hace agotadora la espera.



lo unico que falta es que mejoren los parlantes por los que avisan los vuelos ya que se entiende muy poco y es dificil saber si anunciaron el despegue de tu vuelo o no y al final hay que mirar desde otro medio para saber si es o no es
ahora todo es mas rapido desde que lo ampliaron
siempre que voy a este aeropuerto se me vienen buenos recuerdos de viajes.

The guidance display is not easy to understand.

The cheapest way to get to the city is by bus.

Pity transport service in the Van Vip, and Delphi. Transvip did not want to take me to go to Vitacura. There was no case of convincing them of the route. They also do not leave on time and people wait more than 15 minutes in these van.
The people who organized the service, is frankly unpleasant. I had to take a taxi even though it was only 10.30 at night.

Feb 13 was perhaps the worst travel experience we have had with an airline - LATAM. We arrived 4 hours in advance for flight 434 from SCL to MDZ and the ticketing agent would not check us in and told us the flight was overbooked. She said we were supposed to check in 48 hours early. I have never had to do this with any other airline. In addition, she offered no alternative arrangement and said we would need to wait for 30 min before our flight to try and check in. This was ludicrous as we had already reserved our seats well in advance. No one at the counter was able to effectively address our problem, and I called LATAM customer service (call center based in Columbia) and they also were able to do nothing. Fortunately LATAM corrected their error at the very last minute and we had to rush to make the flight with out 1 year old child in tow. Customer service was horrible and extremely unprofessional all the way through the management. This was an absolute nightmare.

Being first time in Chile and trusting, we took a taxi from one of the guys wearing white long sleeve shirt who approach you for taxi outside the arrival hall. Thinking we would save some money as he offered a lower rate. Going to the taxi, we found it unusual that this guy rode with us and the 3 of us sitting at the back, we were kind of tired after a long flight that we didn't really care at that point. Arrived at the hotel and paid using my AU credit card the agreed amount of 20k peso which is around $40aud. Driver took my card, swiped it on his machine and asked for the pin which my wife inputted while we were unloading the bags. After which the other guy had us sign like a job order receipt for 20k peso but we didn't bother to get a copy which was a mistake. A few hours later while having food, I checked my account and saw that I was charged $400 instead of $40. We believe that the driver may have accidentally or not keyed in 200k peso instead of 20k. Lesson learned for us.

Please be extra careful when dealing with those taxi operators outside of the arrival hall. Whilst you might save a few bucks, better use the companies operating inside the arrival hall as they do the payment before getting on the taxi. And always ask for a receipt.
