Pity transport service in the Van Vip, and Delphi....

Pity transport service in the Van Vip, and Delphi. Transvip did not want to take me to go to Vitacura. There was no case of convincing them of the route. They also do not leave on time and people wait more than 15 minutes in these van.
The people who organized the service, is frankly unpleasant. I had to take a taxi even though it was only 10.30 at night.
How will it be for foreigners?
Do you have them waiting half an hour before leaving? They would have to start by educating carriers because their ways leave a lot to be desired.
