I am simply trying to find a family doctor, I am new to the area and do not have insurance. I am waiting on medicaid but also have found a job so by time medicaid finishes my application I will no longer be eligible. I am on several medications for bi polar disorder and most psychiatrists are booked out 6 months or so and my medications are 600$. As suggested by the pharmacist, finding a family doctor and going over my medication options is my best bet.

When I called this office, before I could even explain any thing, she asked if I had insurance, I said no I was waiting on medicaid but would do self pay, before I could say "because I will not be eligible for medicaid by time it comes through" she accused me of insurance fraud, kept interrupting me and after talking to me like I was a piece of garbage puts me on hold to get the manager. A few moments later she comes back and says there is nothing they can do for me and what I'm trying to do.

Thank you for the awesome customer service. Even more, thank you for offering me any sort of suggestions as to what I could do in my situation since I am simply TRYING TO FIND A FAMILY DOCTOR and this office apparently can't help some one in that situation.
