Very good place to go out with young kids in the family but spare good time if you want to see all the things inside. And if you are a teacher your entry is free, actually my wife is teacher so I saved money which was enough to enjoy a dinner out with family. Most 9f the activities are indoor so weather shouldn't effect the program of outing. Don't miss the Imax theater and Pixar experience. Only thing you need lot of time to make best of the money spent on tickets.
More for children. The atmosphere is like an indoor playground
Excellent outing for you and the kids during rainy days...lots of interactive exhibits to engage the curiosity of young and old.
Children and parents love it, especially during spring break!
I went here once on a school field trip. Always a informative and fun stop on the mainland to an islander.
Great place for science and to have a great time for kids and adults as well. Check the main expo before go, but most of them are usually pretty nice. Just checked the Science Behind Pixar and it was great.
Friendly staff and not busy at all on Mother's Day. We used our museum/science passes from our home town, and got in free. See if your city is on there list of accepted places. They have a new VR experience that allows you to feel what it's like to be a bird in New York. No nausea or dizzyness. It was a nice time.
Great place for kids to run around and expel some energy.
Great for kids, great for parents! Lots of stuff to see and do.
This place is awesome to spend time with kids. They are having a lot of fun while learning something. I will definitely come again, just bought a family annual pass.
Tonnes of fun, great place to spend a family day with when kids big or small
Had a great time. Love the 0 to 5 area it was perfect to stimulate, teach and tired out little people. Really like the touch, feel and see.
Great I had the same or more fun that the son can spend many hours without leaving some sections, very interesting
Good location to bring kids to esp during bad weather
Interesting exhibits, lots of hands on learning activities.
Such an amazing place! Our two and four year old had such a fantastic time. There are activities and attractions for all age ranges and the adults in our party had just as much fun. The staff are superb and the organised science shows were entertaining and informative. It's a must visit in Vancouver!
Absolutely amazing place for both kids and adults. Plan to spend at least a few hours. We could've spent all day with 3 & 5 year olds with us
Very impressive. Must see to better understand telecommunications science
Science World after dark is a perfect date night idea!
It's ok to go with children, other than that I would not return as an adult
My son absolutely loves this place and drags his feet when it is closing time. We watched the Pandas movie. He now wants to join a jujitsu class because of it.
There is so much to do here! I found it fascinating and so did my children, lots of demonstrations and very helpful staff. The different areas were full of lots of different activities and very interactive. With so much to do it is worth planning your day to make sure you can fit everything in, with some events running at specific times.
Great time with the kids. So many different things to do and learn.
Meh, wasn't what I expected. I remember when I was a kid it was a lot more interesting.
Top Must see place to see in Vancouver! Don't leave Vancouver until you see this place!
Amazing interactive museum, especially for children and families. Lots to see and do with additional amenities such as gift shop and restaurant.
I went when I had inspiration pass from the library
I love the exhibits. I ve been to two of the adult nights, worth going once! There s always something to learn. It s beautiful outside. A must see when visiting. Easy to get to by transit and close to other attractions. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well. Views of False Creek are always breathtaking.
Amazing place for children and grownups to learn and experiment!
Great way to spend half of the day . Lots to do with rotating exibits.
Probably is one of the best science museum I have ever seen. I spent all the day with my kids that tried all the experiments. Un buonissimo museo situato in un'ottimo luogo, raggiungibile con sky train.
The best place for little kid to have fun on a rainy day
Is there a playground area outside, in front of the science center?
Took my nephew for his first time. He loved it. Spent two very full hours there.
Beautiful structure with Led light pattern. Simply amazing
Great for kids and adults. Beautiful location. Easy parking or skytrain access. Great food all around.
Lots of fun! I have brought my children here from 2 years old and they both still love it, even the regular exhibits! Great day for the family!
A well maintained science world to relish the rich experience of science all around you. Lots of activities for kids of all ages who love to explore the science world. Must visit if you're in Vancouver BC. #scienceforall
Great place to go with kids. Lots of hands on activities.
My son loves this place. Lots to see and do. The hands-on approach to science is great. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. Figure in the cost of transit and/or parking, plus lunch and you're well over $100 for a family of 3.
You can t force children to wear face masks. We will never support science world again!
Someplace to take family of raining....expensive though and bring down food....pricey
A perfect tourist destination for families!
I don't know what kind of events are held in places like science education and science museums in Japan these days, but the way children are entertained here is quite interesting to watch, and I think that hands-on education is wonderful. I will.
[Caution] I have met many people near here who say, "I'm in trouble because my car is broken and I need money" or "I really need money to park." They are friendly, introducing themselves and asking for a handshake, but these are usually lies. I saw the same person many times. Please be careful!
The new wonder place for toddlers is amazing! My 3yo daughter loved discovering the various interactive activities. Her favourite is the mini sand pit, bright lights pin board, fire truck, water play area, and the climbing area. That's almost the whole thing. We also looked around Sarah's corner and Eureka's. Toddlers could spend hours exploring and learning. We got the membership and will definitely return in the near future. Totally worth it especially when it's too cold and rainy in the winter time!
Fun for whole family, you can spend at least half a day there.
Lots of activites for children of all ages. A bit on the pricier side of activities in the city but you can easily spend an entire day while learning a new thing or two.
What more needs to be said about this iconic Vancouver attraction. Always seems to have something new. Once had a party in here for a conference. It was great venue, and gave the place another vibe.
Went with two other adults and had so much fun! These museums are not just for kids!
Lots of interesting, interactive things for kids to do/touch/play with. The talk and show in the middle is educational and entertaining for kids and adults. Staffs are friendly.
The best part about the science world location is the beautiful walkway all around the building. Right before sunset the whole false creek is beautiful to walk around
Really fun for the kids, can easily spend all day there! The triple o's with the view is awesome as well!
Great outing with the kids.. not too big so you can easily cover the whole museum in one visit. Very educational, interactive and fun for all ages
Great science center. Free entry with reciprocity is very nice. They were showing Pixar movies during our visit and that was a nice surprise.
Great place to learn and relax. Great staff and clean. We love going there
Amazing place for kids and family outing, photo from my cell phone !!
A great place of learning and fun for the whole family.
Amazing experience with my 2 years old toddler! She had so much fun!
Who knew I would have my best ever time at Science World during COVID when you could have the whole facility to yourself!
Great place to take the kids or a date. Lots of fun stuff for all ages.
Lots of fun. My 2.5 years old just couldn't have enough. My husband and myself enjoyed it as well. If I live here, definitely get an anual pass.
Fantastic. Definitely would recommend. Telus doesn't suck completely.
Going to Science World is fun as a family. Over time, however, it can get boring. The attractions and activities are repetitive, and barely anything new happens over time. I give Science World a 3 star because of the lack of new content.
Such a great place to take kids. The staff is amazing.
