Be kind to others in there trying to do things. Be respectful and remember you are not the only person in there. To the staff, close office doors that have sharp dangerous objects in there. Fun place though.

Went with some visiting adult friends and had a blast playing like the kids. The visiting Pixar exhibit was interesting and well presented and the rest of the displays were engaging and informative.

This place was pretty cool, but a little expensive in my opinion for what it offers. There is plenty for the kids to do and learn, including a great outdoor play area. They only have small area for parking, so keep that in mind, because it is downtown. There are multiple levels. There is a snack bar for food onsite. There are lockers available. It's a cool place but I wouldn't say it's a "must" see when visiting Vancouver.

Educational! Teaching the next generation about science and exploration is so important! Glad we have a solid place in the lower mainland that engages our students for a better tomorrow.

Great for children and families. It's like a huge fun playground for them. However, not recommended for adult learning. It's too noisy and rowdy kids running around all over the place. I was rather disappointed as I expected a science museum like the one in London, which is breathtaking, full of exhibitions of academic and high scientific quality, and FREE. Unlike this one.

Went here with my wife to waste some time before we could check into our hotel. We were there for 3 hours and didn't even see the whole place! We had a blast as adults in science world, I could only imagine how much fun kids would have here. I think it cost about 30 bucks each with a 45 minute Imax include in that price.

Of the best museums I have visited, he is very father, fun and innovative. It is a museum for all ages.

I recommend you enter the mega screen type 360 *, the schedule is not so wide so I recommend you attend as early as possible so you can enjoy all areas!

Haven't been here since when we were kids. Took my little one (1.5yo) here for the first time here and he enjoyed it, and surprisingly, so did the adults. They have lots of different games and things to do for all ages. Truly a family friendly place to be

My daughter (7) and I (>7) loved this place. Lots of exhibits, lots of staff and many, many things to do. We had a blast and it was difficult to get her to leave. It's always great for kids to have such a great time while learning about science. Well done to all involved in designing and implementing this science center.

It is very interesting here. A lot of things for children. And for adults as well. Exhibitions. Games. All from a scientific point of view. The exhibition "Body wotk" shows how all the systems of our body work. Great movie theater. The place is just super.

Always a great time going here with my family. My daughter loves the exhibits and they change then up with often. Weekends are pretty busy but there's enough going on that you can get a turn on everything. Go for the annual membership and have fun!

Went here all the time as a kid. The staff is kind, courteous and well informed. I watched Dunkirk in omnimax and it was a great viewing experience. They gave free popcorn. The only issue I had was that we had to take an elevator to get to the auditorium as the stairs were off limits as another function was taking place. This resulted in a really long line which totally sucked. Also, parking I. The parking lot will set you back significantly.

Wow! This place is fun for young and old alike! There are so many places to explore. I especially liked the bits of trivia on all the bathroom stalls. During our visit, we watched the Panda IMAX and also paid for the Science behind Pixar exhibit. All the exhibits were well maintained and thought provoking, but the Pixar o e was outstanding! There are plenty of hands-on technology related activities to keep the whole family occupied.

This is by far one of the best science museums we have been too. So much to explore and most of it is hand on experience. Went with my 6 and 3 year old and they enjoyed it but also suitable for bigger kids. It is a bit pricey but you could easily spend all day there.

Worst experience ever! Online ticket purchase requires you to open an account and show id at front counter! Why?! So slow. Counter purchase is no faster!

For a place that is about Science, Technology and Innovation, there is none of that at the front entrance counter or on the online ticket purchase software!

Movie Theatres, Hotels, Retailers, Airports, are all light years ahead of Science World in the above 3 areas. Has Science World heard of ticket kiosks? Please hire someone with tech savvy education to re-design ticket purchase methodology.

Postage stamp size parking lot for a tourist attraction another joke!

While there are some good exhibits within the complex, I have to wonder how much science the kids leave with. It mostly seemed like an extremely noisy kids play centre. I would venture to say they may learn just as much about physics, memory, and hand/eye coordination at Castle Fun Park in Abbotsford.

There should be free ear plugs or ear muffs handed out or for purhase at the front entrance! Has anyone taken a sound meter and measured the sound levels in the complex on a busy day? Wow!

From the morning until the deadline, the children did not know how time goes by and they played crazy ^^ There were many interesting things. There were also quite a few things that adults would love. 4d The movie seems to be popular too, but we did not see it this time because it was short on time. I'll see you next time. There are many good science museums in Korea, but it was another experience. The atmosphere around the museum is also good. Everyone riding a bicycle ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have a triple-b hamburger shop in the science hall, so I can solve simple meals ^ ^

Fantastic place to take kiddos. We took the Sky train in and that was a great addition to the adventure for the day. The displays are geared toward kids of all ages and many types of interests.

This place makes you feel like a kid again and everything is interactive, it was so much fun!

We also went to the Omnimax theatre inside the building and it was an excellent experience, well worth the money.

For the movie it is best to sit as high up as you can for the best experience.

Not your usual, boring Science Museum. Lots of interactive displays, kids will love it!
One star off for: the food, there is nothing but Triple Os in there, and it gets packed fast! I suggest walking to the nearby McDonalds instead, less busy and more space to sit. Also parking is limited and a nightmare. The easiest way with kids is taking the skytrain to Mainstreet Science World Station and walking 1min to Science World.

Good place for kids, not that great for adults. There's nothing specifically wrong with the place, but it was unclear how kid focused the exhibits were by the website. There were some interesting things for sure, but we felt overcharged for a mildly interesting science center.

I hadn't been to Science World since I was a child. Now I had the opportunity to take my kids. This place is a must for all ages. Everyone had a fantastic time. There was a Ripley's exhibit on at the time and the kids enjoyed it. We also had a chance to experience the Imax. Come early and enjoy the entire day here. Finding parking can be frustrating.

Must be a great place for kids and families! Not really interesting for adults though, so after a few minutes we got back to the entrance and told them the museum wasn't how we expected it to be and we got our money back without any problem - very good service! We don't recommend it for adults without kids.

Good for a full day out with the kids. The young and rowdy ones, not the old ones! ;) Tickets are pricey, but if money isn't a biggie then this is the place to go. When we went (during the weekday, mind you) it was absolutely PACKED. Kids everywhere! Our young ones did not appreciate the sights with the rush, and the old one was looking for a particular, I quote, "SUPER COOL SHARK MOVIE THING WHERE YOU'RE ALMOST LYING DOWN IN A SEAT AND THE SHARK COMES AT YOU LIKE ITS GOING TO EAT YOU! I SAW IT 7 YRS AGO!" kid was crestfallen when he was told that the attraction had been removed a long time ago.
On that note, i've never seen our older one THAT excited to show us something he had seen (and loved) a long time ago on a school fieldtrip. It made me disappointed too (haha).

We left after approximately an hour... No good food options for us vegetarians so I took them to a nice restaurant to try and make up for their disappointment.

Great and interesting place to visit during your stay in Vancouver. It is amazing for kids, and even though it can be a little bit crowded, it is worth it.
Experience all types of exhibits for all types of people, with interactive experiments that I personally love!
