service was slow and there was a long line at the drive through. We ate inside. Not a very big seating area and they seem to focus on the drive through customers first.

Very poor experience at this establishment. Waited for 28 minutes with just two cars in front of me and as I got to the window the clerk reached out for the money but when I asked if the order was ready the window was closed while they took yet another order that they were ill prepared to service so after nearly thirty minutes waiting, I drove off and had to go somewhere else to pick up dinner. Such a lack of courtesy for wasting people's time, never again. I only gave one star because I couldn't post this otherwise.

Typical scholtzskys fare when ordering but if going through the drive way expect a good long wait. At least you know what you're getting is fresh.

Love the franchise. This particular location has a manager who has no idea how to allow the use of gift cards. Poor management. Great food. A little pricey.

Wow, had amazing customer service from the lady here. Such a great experience I'm writing this in the restaurant so I don't forget to. I recommend this place if she's here

The wait at the window is ridiculous. Every time I order it takes 10 minutes no matter what the time of day.

They got my order wrong just now and are not answering the phone.

Had a horrible experience today. The lady taking my order via drive thru was incredibly rude. I asked her for the pick 2 and she asked what I wanted for the soup I said tomato basil and her response was ok. Then she said and you wanted the pick 2? I said yes for the sandwich I'd like...but she cut me off to say "I need the soup order first mam" to which I said "ok, I said tomato basil" she responded with a very rude "well ok I'm sorry I couldn't hear you mam I was trying to help another customer" she did not say that nicely in any way...I continued to order, ignoring her. Then when I got to the window to pay she made me show my ID with my credit card to pay...I understand some places do this to prevent card ID theft but this was at a store I visit regularly and never get asked to show ID. I felt discriminated against. Not to mention it took 15 minutes waiting in line for my order when there was only one car at the window in front of me the entire time. I will never be visiting this location again. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I can't exactly report her to the store.

Really good sandwiches, way better than subway. More like an actual deli style.

This is the worst Schlotzsky's anywhere. Every time I have been here the order is wrong, and the food is sloppily made. Missing cheese, wrong sandwiches, half a sandwich when you order whole. I have given them 6 or 7 chances now because I ordinarily love Schlotzsky's but they have disappointed every single time. Do not go here.

Terrible service. Slow and unapologetic for their incompetence. Dirty kitchen visible to all. Order was wrong again. Love schlotzskys, never coming back to this location though.

It's okay the wait here is always super long. Way to expensive for the quality. I feel like schlotzsky's bread has went down hill over the years.

These sandwiches just always hit the spot. I just wish they would sell their bread. It's so spongy and delicious.

Love schlotzskys, this location is bad, and the Pick two deal was not clearly advertised, says "pick any two for 10$" including sandwiches, which seems like a great deal, but it does not clearly advertise the portions are only halves, so instead of getting a great deal and picking two sandwiches for 10$ I got ripped off and got two half sandwiches for 10$ and even if I got two full sandwichs it would come with a pickle and still would be less then getting two of the "deals" and thr service was the slowest I have ever seen, 5 staff working when I went in and it still took10 minutes to take my order and another 15 minutes for them to actually start making the order with only one person in front of me, I have never been so disappointed in schlotzskys before, and from what I saw while there and read from the reviews, this location is not great and needs a redesign and a lot of work on staff.
Highly suggest you avoid this location, it's small and doesn't look clean, every other store I have been to looked and felt very clean and had that distinct "schlotzskys" look, this location looked like a generic sandwich shop.

Had to redo my decision on the establishment. I have been here 3 times since then and they have given me a 15-20 min wait on the drive thru and have messed up my order all 3 times so I have had to wait to get my food about 15 more min on top of the time waited in the drive thru. Not at all satisfied. Will not even considered coming to this location for food anymore. I have been to 3 different locations and have never been this unsatisfied with what I have to deal with at this place. Also I got my order again now and it was still incorrect. And I am on my lunch so can't wait for them to fix it .Just spent $14 on a meal I am not even going to eat again!!!!

Valerie had outstanding customer service!!!! The food was delish and our order was correct!!!! The wait time was long and we almost dropped our food off the table twice cause it was not screwed to the legs.

Food was not good and service was terrible. 10/10 would NOT recommend

Sandwiches were made fresh and they were good ,the price was just right.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at Schlotzsky's I went in and ordered $55 worth of food for my family and waited 45 minutes. Management didn't seem to care one bit they messed my order up three times. They also put for five people's orders in front of mine. I will never return to the Schlotzsky's again I've been going there for 20 years now

The best sandwiches I ordered a the deluxe Sandwich it was toast perfect and still hot it was awesome!!!!

I haven't been to any Schlotzsky's locations in a long time, can't afford it, although now am craving a large sandwich, mayo & mustard, bacon, cheese slices (surprise me),
black olives, lettuce, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, pickle spear on the side, chips, & drink please & Thank you. Breakfast time here & already got my taste buds going & arteries shutting down. Cuaaa. Delivery??

Awesome food! Yes the way can be sometimes be long, but on the door it's explains they are training a new team.
I go there a lot and the cashier name Tom always is super nice! The whole staff is nice.

Old lettuce, can't return sandwich because I threw it away.

The food is usually fine. But this is the schlowest Schlotzsky s ever. Don t say I didn t warn you.

Love Schlotzsky's, but not the William Cannon and S. Congress location. They Never get the order right the first time, but I always look at it before I leave the store and I usually forget about the kids drink and they always forget to put it in.

The service we received was terrible and rude. The guy that took our order was aggressive and disrespectful to us. The next customer also complained to the female manager and her response was "I'm sorry sir he's usually great with customers, would you like to fill out a customer complaint?" I don't think the Thomas family supports this type of behavior in their restaurant.

I love your food,, but at this specific location lt was too much smoke coming out of the kitchen,, waiting time I think is too much,, 15 mins to prepare two salds, and it was not busy at all you can see in the picture that post,,

Clean restaurant and great sandwiches....there's a size for any appetite. Food was fresh and decent size menu. A bit pricey but worth every bite.

The person taking the older was mad and had a attitude so food is good but service sucks

Have been here 3x now and this will be the last time. Service is sub par. Workers always seem miserable. The drive thru takes over 20minutes. I am here currently and was at the intercom for 6min and no one answered me when I was asking for help. Pulled to window and had to order. Was told to pull around and wait in the front. Have been here for 23minutes now.

Got the new avocado sandwich. Zero avocado. This store never ever gets any order of mine right.

I agree, I live about 1 mile away but it is faster for me to drive to the Brodie location than to wait for their incredibly slow service, plus the staff are not friendly at all.

One person in the register on the phone, 7 people in line.
Think about it.
Not even acknowledge the presence.
Waiting in line time: 16 minutes behind 3 people.

I like this place because they have pastrami and Swiss. No other place have it like here. The waiting... well it could be better.

Good Sandwich but rip you off on the meat and price.

Worst location in Austin. They use cheaper ingredients but dont lower the prices. I got a veggie avocado smoke cheesy which is supposed to come with spring mix and a good amount of avocado since it has no meat. I got a sandwich with almost no avocado and regular iceberg lettuce. Basically just bread and cheese. If theyre going skimp on ingredients maybe dont list speciality sandwiches or lower prices at this location.

Edit- got a reply from the owner. No offer of a refund or coupon or anything. Oh well, not returning.

Came after 5pm and was pretty quiet so fast an friendly service all good

This Schlotzsky's is very shady. They do not provide military discount.

Wait time today took a long while for a drive thru. I just took my phone and checked emails while 4 cars behind me had to wait. They ran out of jalepeno bread for sandwiches. I got a wrap and the tortilla just crumbled. I was not aware they toasted them. The drive thru employee just gave us our food with no sorry for the wait or have a nice day.

Food was great but the service was slow. Part of it is the age of the restaurant. The staff were working hard but the layout is not conducive to efficiency. The place looks like it caters to hoarders. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a sandwich.

This is the closest Schlotskys to me. As a 25 year Austinite I am familiar with the quality and service from this business. Sadly this location consistently doesnt live up to the standards I've come to expect. The line at the drive thru consistently takes too long. And the food quality is never consistent. The last visit the food prep was terrible. Sadly the last visit will be my last one to this location. I am wondering is there NO district manager monitoring this location? Come on Schlotskys. Austin has loved and supported you for so long. Where is upper management at to help this location ?

Idk if I'm just unlucky, or something is wrong with this location's soda machine because every time I drive thru my drink is always either flat or has a weird taste.

They advertise a sandwich for $5. So you walk in and order it. Then they ask you what size. I said medium thinking they would increase the sandwich price by $1. I ordered a small juice. Total price- $10 plus tax. Now its no longer that great a deal.

Excellent fast service with a smile. Very clean and the sandwhich was prepared as I requested. Highly recommend.

There were FLIES everywhere as I waited for my to-go order. If I wanted to eat inside I would have had to share it with the flies that were in the seating area........no telling what's flying in the kitchen!! Several employees were on the clock, none of them were bothered by the obvious fly swarm. My husband killed 3 while we waited for our order. Not sure if I want my sandwich now. Definitely not going back to that location.

to have the BEST Raspberry Tea, now at all of them it tastes like water you can barely taste any raspberry in it. Please fix it, PLEASE!!!

Go to the location on Brodie in Sunset Valley. This location does not live up to brand standard.

Slowest schloyzsky's I've ever been to, took them 5 minutes to login, paid 9 dollars for a sandwich that was completely smashed and had more mustard than anyone would want cosume

20+ minutes waiting at the drive-thru on a Monday night. Had to add my own things from my refrigerator at home to make the sandwiches ok. Will not be attempting to eat here again.
