This place is ridiculous. EVERY time I go to this location I have to wait at least 20 minutes even if there is no one there. Last night I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 3 car ahead of me. They locked the doors early. Today I call to place an order for pickup so I dont have to wait, she sets the phone down for a minute then hangs up on me! I call back no answer. I go into the store and it is just horrible. Everyone is angry and sending complaints due to the wait time! I would give 0 stars if it let me.

I also noticed schloztskys only has a comment to the people with good reviews. Dont you think you should step up.your customer service and apologize or try to make the customers with bad experiences better.

I will preface this by saying that I have never left a review for any business before but my experience here was so poor I felt the need to.

I ordered a tuscan sandwhich and chips and it took 30 minutes to receive my order when there weren't many other people waiting for their food inside. I'm guessing they were prioritizing the drive through. Then when I finally got my sandwhich it had no turkey and one strip of bacon. Not quite a "speciality" sandwhich. By far the worst $10 I've ever spent and the worst Schlotzsky's I've visited. I will not be returning to this location.

The employees were kind enough but the food was severely lacking.

This store was pleasant and didn't mind that my wife took her time ordering in the drive thru. But being a regular for this chain I noticed that the sandwiches were quite a bit lighter than others of this chain. When I asked for extra pickles the attendant looked at me as if I was robbing the place.

Horrible customer service. The people in the drive thru weren't remotely friendly. I received chilli soup that was cold, like not even remotely warm. I called to speak with the manager to get refunded on the soup and she said they're unable to provide me a refund unless a physically come back to the store. Having worked at a fast food restaurant, you can 100% provide a refund over the phone/electronically so that's total BS. It sucks because I love schlotzkys sandwiches, but my experiences at this location have been consistently poor, with today taking the cake.

We love Scholzsky's but the experience at this restaurant was horrible. We waited forever for the food and after about 25 minutes went back up to the counter. They said they forgot to put the order in. We got a profuse apology but then they took way too long to get the order. After waiting about 35 total minutes, they brought the food and didn't make the sandwiches properly. We are what we got because of hunger and left.

After the line inside didn't move for 15 minutes, I went through the drive-through. After ordering and waiting an additional 20 minutes to get to the window and pay, they wouldn't give me a receipt. They literally told me "no receipts right now". This was for a company lunch, and I don't get reimbursed without a receipt. This was at 2 in the afternoon. Also the cashier was chewing gum, which is a health code violation.

After reading reviews and visiting this location I am convinced the person that responds to posts is either delusional or in denial. The good --food is usually good. Employees are friendly and do appear to be doing their jobs but are overwhelmed and prone to errors. Bad not enough employees (4 total including manager)to complete orders in a reasonable time frame. I waited 25 min tonight for a soup and sandwich. My girlfriend ordered at same time. My food came out hers did not . Wait longer and nada. Finally, I went and talked to them and 5min later her food came out a salad. Whomever responds to these reviews stop trying to make excuses and make changes. We don't spend time reviewing places to be called liars...

Walked in behind four other customer, but took 15 minutes just to place my order!!!

Several people had to wait and wait while people who had been behind them got food.

Many employees, most just milling around.

The inside is about as dismal as the trash-strewn plantless landscaping outside.

Incredible service by a lady with a foreign (Swedish?) accent? I can't remember her name but she was on top of everything. With that said the food is okay. I ordered quite a few things and while everything was fresh, most of the flavors just didn't do it for me.

The food is all right but if you go through the drive-through at takes you forever. Best bet is to go inside and Order and take it to go, or just sit and eat it there. It seems they move a little faster if they see you standing there waiting for it.

Left without eating here. Everyone in the store was waiting for their food. Three people running the store. 1 took orders and did nothing else. 1 employee made sandwiches and put them on the conveyor oven. Other worker was slammed at the end of the conveyor oven, food getting pushed together and almost squeezed off conveyor, receiving no help from other workers. Paper sign, handwritten on the door reads please excuse our slow service during training. PROBLEM: Sign has been on the door for 3 weeks. Left message with corporate office and got no response.

Horrible service. I came to get some sandwiches and apparently they were out of large bread. So I asked if I could get 2 mediums in place of that. The young woman straight up told me no. Really? I've been to another location where they did that without me asking. And also, I did call ahead of time to see if I could get it and was told yes. Idk who runs this place but I guess they know nothing about customer service.

I have changed my review after being here numerous times and seeing how the female manager here talks to customers. Every day there are orders that take entirely too long and people get mad, only to be further infuriated by the sarcastic woman who runs this place. I welcome a call from Corporate as I will tell exactly what I have witnessed over a period of 10 visits. Her attitude should not be tolerated if you care about the Schlotzsky name. I have exercise so much patience here thinking they were just having a rough day but now I see where the problem lies.

Schlotzsky's always has good food, no matter which one you go to.
This location has slow service, employees had excuses of why we didn't get great serve. Dirty tables, they forgot our pickles. Fly in the restaurant, on our table. You can see the kitchen when ordering and it looked very messy. This is an overall dirty location. Could be because they are short staffed.

On Thursday Dec.26th 2013, we bought a try of sandwiches from this store and it was 15 of us and we all got food poisoning, few of us had to go to emergency room. I called the store and repored it to the manager in duty, Janet. Hopefully they do something about it. It ruined our holidays.

Ordered sliders, apparently a new thing here. Took 20 minutes to receive them, and they were cold, bread was soggy yet burnt (not sure how that's possible, it is apparently.) Main issue here was how long it took.. while we waited, we watched the kitchen staff stand around and talk, not really doing anything. And when you get late, cold food, it's tough to feel good about the experience.

I've only had positive experiences at other Schlotzsky's locations. Don't know whats up with this location. Incredibly disorganized. The cashier constantly went to the kitchen to help while everyone waited in line. After waiting 10 minutes (we were in a time crunch so we were already annoyed having to wait that long just to order), the cashier went back to the kitchen after already taking our order but before we could pay for it. We just left. This had literally never happened to me at any restaurant I was at ever- local or chain. I didn't appreciate how rude the manager seemed to be treating the employees that didn't speak English. A poorly run restaurant probably due to poor management and poor training.

Funny name, expensive sandwich. How do these guys get away with charging $15 for a decent, but not great sammich? Not sure, but for this price go to G's deli on south 1st & Oltorf. You wont regret the decision.

I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes after ordering a caprese sandwich and tomato soup. That's it! No modifications or special requests. When I received my order the soup was ice cold (like out of a cooler) and what was supposed to be a caprese sandwich was just bread with mayonnaise, onions, and tomatoes. What the heck? No cheese, pesto, or spinach/lettuce or anything. Schlotzsky's is too pricey to produce such poor quality meals. I paid over $18 for those two items plus a medium drink.

Really wanted the Tuscan so I came to this location and because it was slow I stayed. Kevin the manager couldn't work the computer, lost a sale as a customer left then when it was my turn he proceeded to trash talk the customer who left because the card reader wasn't working properly. Kevin you are an incompetent manager and don't deserve to run this restaurant. Doesn't give Kevin the right to trash talk customers!
