They did a very nice job, checking and cleaning our system. Wish a new filter for free would have been part of the service but you can purchase one from them. Thank you for the work that was done. They were very courteous and kind, even when my 5 year old wouldn't leave them alone.
Riley did a good job. He was able to clean the blower and replace the inducer assembly.
The reasons for the work was explained clearly and physically shown to me.
Our overall experience with Schaal Plumbing, Heating and Cooling has been above and beyond our expectations. Since installing new units two years ago, they have done an outstanding job servicing, communicating, and staying on top of our equipment and service jobs!

We couldn't be happier with Schaal. We called them to service our furnace and they alerted us to a gas issue we didn't even know we had. When it came time to replace our furnace and air conditioner we met with Ryan Renfro one evening at our home. He was very knowledgeable and not a high pressure salesperson at all. The next day our units were installed. We had some issues connecting our thermostat to the internet and they sent out a really nice guy at 7:30pm one night who worked until he got it figured out. Great customer service all around!

My experience with David Hulling was both pleasant and professional, he was very detailed on pricing and explaining the difference in each unit of both a furnace and the air conditioner unit, then explained the extra options I could have added to the unit. He left all decisions up to me according to my needs and didn't pressure me into taking anything I didn't want. I'm sure I will get the same quality in the workmanship of installing the new equipment which was set up in a minimal time frame.
Todd Christensen and Cory Brown showed up on the scheduled time and after we went over what was to be installed and the contract, they both got started and worked in a very professional manner. After the install was completed Todd explained what they had done and how to operate the new equipment. I was very pleased as the work completed in minimal down time and they cleaned up and removed all old equipment. There was a third helper who showed up and helped but I didn't remember his name. I was told if I had any questions on anything I could call the office. Thank you and I would recommend your service If I find anyone in need of a furnace or air conditioner unit.

Had a little hick up on the drain hose but Todd Christensen came out and corrected the problem with a quick response after notifying the office.
Logan Black-Marchand came to do a 1 year Heating Maintenance, he went thru the whole furnace to make sure everything was working properly and explained their service agreement for which I purchased. He answered all my questions and was very polite. I have received good service from all the service reps from Schaal's and would recommend their service if I were asked.

A team from Schaal Plumbing, Heating and Cooling installed a new Furnace and A/C a week ago. We got a brand new Honeywell T6 Lyric thermostat also. The A/C worked fine, but we had trouble with the thermostat. We called Schaal today and their technician, Matt Bailey, came out right away and was very helpful. He figured out why the thermostat went Offline every night and corrected the issue. (It was a problem on the unit in the basement). He also got a second account set up for us so that we are both able to access the thermostat from our mobile phones.
A call to a heating and cooling tech usually is a worrisome experience, but Schaal made it easy. We set up an appointment with a convenient window and Pete, the tech, showed up right when they said he would. I received a few reminders the day before and the day-of that the tech was on his way. Great communication. Pete was professional, courteous and respectful of all the new standards that have come with COVID-19. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and walked me through everything step-by-step. Completely unlike experiences I've had with HVAC techs from other companies in the past. Quality work at affordable rates, made even easier with their maintenance program.
Received new AC and Furnace in August of this year. Recently turned on furnace and turned on humidifier. Humidifier was running with furnace to push moist air. Chaz discovered humidifier sensor was rubbing on side of ductwork. Moved sensor more in center of duct and fixed ductwork. Works much better now. Thanks Chaz. Great job!

Pete did a great job inspecting everything and quickly found the leak in the AC, and was clear on what the issue was, and my options. I had a home warranty and he was patient in dealing with them as well to give them the quotes. Excellent service! - had a follow up with Joe to size and get a new system, they had everything set up so it was easy to see the full cost of getting it replaced, tax and everything. And they had the rebates from MidAmerican ready to go to cut about 500 off the price, wound up being cheaper to get new than to fix the old system, and they patched the old system for free to keep it limping along until the install can happen! Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend

Schaal, in business since the 60's, had competitive prices, and their rep, Jeffrey and the first tech who visited, Dave C, were very helpful without being pushy. More importantly to me, Schaal is well regarded by the friends and neighbors I asked, and I see why: my techs who did the installs, Nate and Dylan, were on time, worked hard, and paid attention to details, like leveling of the furnace. They had a fully-stocked truck and did custom sheet-metal work on the spot that fit exactly. It's this sort of care that makes the difference between a good job and one that will be problematic down the road. This is a good company!

They had to reschedule my original appointment for my routine checkup on my furnace. They called me early in the day and were very apologetic and explained why they had to reschedule. We rescheduled for this morning between 9-11. They called at 8:30 to see if I was home before sending the techician. The tech was super nice and professional. He pointed out some things with my furnace but didnt insist that it needed replaced/fixed right now. I will be using Schaal from now on. Much better customer service than who Ive used the last 4-5 yrs (Lenz Heatingand cooling).
