They had to reschedule my original appointment for my routine checkup on my furnace. They called me early in the day and were very apologetic and explained why they had to reschedule. We rescheduled for this morning between 9-11. They called at 8:30 to see if I was home before sending the techician. The tech was super nice and professional. He pointed out some things with my furnace but didnt insist that it needed replaced/fixed right now. I will be using Schaal from now on. Much better customer service than who Ive used the last 4-5 yrs (Lenz Heatingand cooling).
