Thanks to Matt Bailey for the great service today! Very friendly and informative. Also Josh Kurtz was heroic this week when my furnace went out. I called at 630PM and he was here at 730, managed to get a part from Lennox and repaired furnace by 9PM on the coldest night this year. Appreciate Matt's advice on this repair also. 5 stars to all!
