We love the product and we would use it forever, but horrible company, specially in its response to Covid-19 lockdowns. We understand the obligation in a contract, we are not asking to break it, we are simply asking you to pause it until businesses reopen. We are in contracts with a lot of other vendors, all of them have been fair and sympathetic in understanding the situation / their clients, ScentAir however wants us to pay to aromatize an empty space! Offered us a meaningless 20% break for just 1 month in May, thanks but no thanks, please be reasonable and let your clients defer their contracts! The hard-hit hospitality industry is the majority of your client-base, and judging from the other reviews, you guys just want to shove the contract in our faces to gouge money, instead of understanding your clients. Sad!

We are an upscale furniture consignment store and it is very important that our customers have a great experience when they visit our store. ScentAir is an important part of that experience. People love the smell when they walk in the door and they want to stay and shop longer. ScentAir has become part of the ConsignDesign experience.

Todd Keller helped us out at Pet Check Urgent Care. Once in touch with him, he gave me his cell phone number and from that point, helped us step by step pick the right fragrance for our new establishment. Service couldn't be better. Todd was awesome!

**Update response to their response** We honored the contract. It was a one year contract and I was told would be month to month after that. Not only did your salesman not tell us it renewed yearly, you raised the pricing from the original contract without ever contacting me or getting a new contract signed. You just raised the price.

Also... we have had to be flexible with the pandemic. We worked with our clients, and other service providers worked with us to make it through a completely unpredictable and unprecedented pandemic. You've chosen to focus on this year and our tiny little contract and lost any chance of us ever doing business again. We will survive this, but we will not be using your services ever again. We will continue to work with companies that don't hide behind fine print and dishonest sales tactics.

This company is terrible to deal with. The salesman who sold us said it was a 1-year contract and then month to month after that. I tried to cancel 18 months in and they told me it renews yearly. I wanted to switch fragrance about 7 months in, they told me it was 45-day and would cost hundreds of dollars to do (we only have one machine). Sales never told us that either, and sold us on the service based on all the different fragrances we could try. Wouldn't even give us a Christmas smell for the holiday season. Each cartridge doesn't even last an entire month. Our business was closed due to COVID and they will not work with us at all. So I'm just supposed to spend hundreds of dollars a month smelling up an empty building? I asked for a 90-day pause on our account, they said 30 days was all they'd offer. I'm canceling the account, will never do business with them again. Ever.

We started a relationship for 2 locations with Scentair in June 2020. Immediately, there were delays of install for our first location. When the person showed up, he did not know he was setting up a system and was simply there to replace the scent. To his credit, he pivoted and got it done. For our second location, it was still under construction, and there had been delays. We received a phone call from one of the customer service reps to remind us that even though the unit had not been installed we were still going to be responsible for the payments for it. When the install date was finally set, we were there all morning and no one showed. We called and were told that someone would be there the next day. No show again. We called and they connected us with the installer. He stated that he would not be there till the end of the week, and that he was in Michigan. We are in South Central Indiana. We decided to cancel at that point. Fast forward 2 months later. We just received a call that turned heavy handed that said that no matter how poor their service has been we are responsible for the contract and that we could "Buy Out" of the contract. This is horrible customer service and I would never recommend any service type business in this day and age using these types of tactics. The funny part is my wife and I were open to keeping it until they showed their true colors. Good riddance and buyer beware!!!!

Worst customer service, they don't return phone calls or emails. After cancelling service, I have been waiting for a refund for over 8 months for the accidental overpayment, and they just keep giving me run arounds. Stay away!

Dishonest sales people. Told me about the 2 year contract, but said I could cancel at any time after that. Then when I tried to cancel 3.5 years in, I was told I have to wait until the anniversary date of when I signed up because the contract states that I automatically get locked into one year contracts on the anniversary of my sign up date. They don't care what their sales people say in order to garner business. They try to say that cell phone and cable companies do the same thing with respect to contracts but that's not true. After my 2 year contracts with At&t and Verizon, I was free to cancel at any time. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is non existent.
