I had the best experience today at Scanlon Acura! I have driven the same car for 14 years and was nervous to buy a new car. My sales rep Zoran made the experience better than I could have hoped for. He made it possible for me to get the exact car I wanted and for the price I needed. He was very knowledgable and never pushy. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this dealership and working with Zoran.

What an Amazing refreshing experience I had leasing my car at Scanlon Acura in Fort Myers Florida. I spoke to Jeff the sales Manager on my first call to this dealer. Jeff was very pleasant & gave me the detailed information I asked for on the car I was interested in right away with no games. He arranged a test drive that day with Mike Messina who was fantastic, a very nice man, very honest & he really knows the Acura Products. I drove the 2020 TLX Sedan & that was it!! I Loved the ride & all the equipment. Mike & his finance team got the car ready for me & I picked it up the next day. This dealer knows how to treat people & they really want their customers to be happy. Go see them before you waste time anywhere else.

If I could give more stars I would!! I had been eyeballing two cars that they had and I always go by reviews when going out of town to purchase a vehicle. I called to see if these two vehicles were still available. Spoke with Sam five minutes before closing and made an appointment for the next day. I got there and test drove both cars and decided on one. Both vehicles were immaculate and in GREAT condition. No aggressive sales and answered all the questions I had. Detailed the car and filled up the gas tank before leaving the dealership. Great customer service and I definitely will be back. You will not be disappointed. Big thanks to Sam and Carlos for the great buying experience!!!!!

Purchasing a vehicle is never easy. After weeks of searching for the exact model I wanted, I came across a great deal at Scanlon Acura. From the second we walked in the door and were greeted by the manager Rico, we knew we were making the right choice. Sam, the salesman was prompt and genuine. He facilitated the process and provided me with all the information I requested within minutes. I was in and out the door with my dream car in about an hour. Mark the finance manager was also extremely diligent and genuine. Thank you everyone at Scanlon Acura for such great customer service, you made driving 3 hours for a vehicle work every minute.

Sam is an extremely dishonest salesperson. In November 2017 Sam reached out to share a great deal to get me into another lease with Scanlon Acura. Sam advised they would forgive ALL excess mileage on my old Acura lease and remaining months. I went to the dealership and again Sam discussed the terms he previously discussed (remove all excess mileage and pay remaining 4 months). My wife called in during the signing and Sam repeated to my wife that they would forgive all the excess miles.

Months later received a letter from Acura Financial stating I owed money for the excess mileage. I called Sam, he stated he remembered me and advised him of letter. He stated he would fix it and I wouldn't need to worry about it. I checked the Acura Financial account and only seen a loyalty 7, 500 mile waiver applied. I called Sam again about the mileage and to my surprise he was singing a totally new tune. Sam stated we discussed numerous times during signing I would be responsible for excess Mileage. I was shocked!!! I asked to speak to management and their response was there was no where stating that.

In addition, my wife and I drove to Scanlon Acura and the General Manager refused to even talk to us in person regarding the matter. Extremely disappointing to treat a customer that bought two cars in the past from Scanlon Acura.

During purchase of vehicle, Sam stressed numerous times to give him an excellent score on the Acura Corporate Survey. I will definitely reach out to Acura corporate regarding this matter. Lost a customer for life and hopefully others that read this stay away from Scanlon Acura too.

The Scanlon Acura service department is Awesome! ...

The Scanlon Acura service department is Awesome! Nicholas gave me great customer service and answered all of my questions to keep my car in tip top condition. I got an oil change and tire rotation, and, of course, Scanlon's multi-point inspection. The price was fair and my appointment took less than an hour. I even got a complimentary car wash!
While I waited for my car, I was invited to enjoy the customer lounge, which is complete with wi-fi, work cubicles, and charging stations. It was perfect for me to stay productive, charge my phone and laptop, and do my homework. The fancy coffee and snacks are a nice perk, too.
Thank you Scanlon (and Shaun and Nicholas), for making my routine car maintenance a convenient and enjoyable experience. See you next time!

Ask for Sam - you won't be disappointed! I drove 2 hours to specifically work with Scanlon, even though there are 3 other Acura dealerships much closer to me. I never thought I'd say this about buying a car, but it was a truly enjoyable process. I called Scanlon and specifically asked for Sam after reading the rave reviews by his previous customers. After visits to several dealerships, Sam was the first salesperson who truly listened to me and evaluated what I actually needed/wanted while assisting me in finding the perfect vehicle. His knowledge-base and experience in the car industry is vast, enabling him to adeptly compare/contrast all makes and models. He's a true professional who doesn't play games. It was quite refreshing to work with a salesperson who wasn't at all aggressive, but instead remained a trusted resource throughout the process. Carlos, in the financing office, was also very easy to work with when it came to the paperwork and closing the deal. I've purchased many vehicles over the years and this was, by far, the smoothest transaction I've experienced with the best outcome. I'm grateful to Scanlon Acura and I absolutely LOVE my new MDX!!

I have had just two experiences at Scanlon Acura with regards the service and both have left me extremely frustrated. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get your car serviced at Scandal Acura.
My first appointment on October 7, 2020 was to have a host of things completed (broken door handle, backup camera not working, brakes replaced, transmission flush, etc...) and since it had been about a year since the oil had been changed on the car I asked if they could also change the oil - which of course they said they would. Then when I went to pick it up I noticed that the oil life was still at 30% (not reset to 100), so I brought it back and asked if they forgot to reset the oil life. They admitted they forgot to change the oil (even though it was on the service request paperwork).
My second appointment on Dec 3, 2020 was to have the oil changed that they forgot to change on Oct 7. They tried to sell me a $120 B1 service - but I told them that I only needed the oil change. I instructed them not to wash the car (I'm very particular about the car and do not go through automatic car washes). The oil change was completed in about 90 minutes and when I returned to the car, I noticed that it had been washed. Upon further inspection there is paint missing in both the front and rear bumpers because of the automatic car wash that they use.
I will not be going back to Scandal Acura, EVER. And I am making it a personal mission of mine to steer anyone and everyone I can away from the Scandal brand.

Not one salesperson came out to greet or assist us. All the sales staff were inside hanging out and on their mobile phones. We had to come inside an request assistance. The salesperson was not very interested in working with us. It was pretty much a take it or leave it attitude with him. We will buy a car but never with Scanlon Acura. I guess they had all made their comissions for the month. Or maybe our being black and working class we were just not worth the effort to them.

Purchased a new Acura RDX and on final inspection a paint flaw was discovered on the hood.(vehicle was very dirty prior) Scanlon Acura sent it out for wet sanding but detailer stopped before doing damage and we were given an option to have the hood repainted. We were asked to think about it and let them know....A month later we decided we did not want them to repaint a new car and could live with the flawed paint rather that deal with repaint of a factory finish. Scanlon, specifically sales manager Mr Clifford is not interested in helping. We asked if they would put on ceramic coating to prevent further damage and were told no can only touch up. Touch up a new factory paint on a luxury vehicle. Not acceptable. Learn from my mistake NEVER purchase from Scanlon Acura and NEVER purchase a vehicle before final inspection. Mr Clifford sir you are an unethical used car salesmen!

Sam is very knowledgeable and knows how to make his clients leave happy with their purchase. I recommend Sam if you are in the market looking for a new car! He is your guy.

Clay my service writer was fast, followed up, and clearly communicated costs of repairs, and delivered my car back as promised. All the staff are happy and extremely professional.

Came in for my complimentary oil change, was later told I had a nail puncture in my tire which they would replace with a patch. I was told after 5 attempts to repair the tire with a patch they realized it was a run-flat tire (which you cant patch) and now my tire was deemed useless. I was also told the only way that I could receive a loaner car was if I agreed to have my tire replaced for $267. Then I'm sent the work order where they say I received a complimentary car wash, that didn't happen either. Also after reading my work order I was confused by one part of the work order saying the tire was patchable and the other work order saying it was non patchable. As Triple A was picking my car up the tow truck driver alerted me to two grease hand print stains on my leather.

Clay and the rest of the team provided great support throughout our experience. We have both a 2013 RDX and a 2012 TL which were both slightly out of warranty for a problem with the transmission. After discussion and escalation, both cars were well taken care of.

I was hesitant, as most first time car buyers are, when I walked into the dealership for my appointment. However after meeting my salesperson Hector, I instantly felt at ease. Hector was knowledgeable, kind, and super funny. His ability to find common ground with his customers makes him an obvious choice for a sales position and it shows! The car I purchased was beyond my expectations, and it was pretty much a steal! I was terrified that my credit would land me some hard payments or require much more down, but again I was completely surprised.

There are so many more things I could say about my experience, but I m sure there s a character limit so I ll end it with this:

This dealership offers great deals, with outstanding customer service! Combine those traits with knowledgeable employees and a clean and well kept facility, and it s a recipe for an amazing car buying experience!! Can t thank you guys over at Scanlon Acura enough!

I spoke to John Gallman on the phone before I went to the dealership and he quoted me a price for a 2019 RDX which I felt was fair. When i arrived at the dealership they honored the price and there was no high pressure sales for extra's that you get at many dealerships.. There also was no nonsense extra's in the price that was quoted originally. I had already been to two other dealerships looking at other cars and left because of the extra's . Best car buying experience I have had in many years.

I bought a gorgeous used car from Bob. He was patient and helpful the entire time. When we got home, we discovered the sunroof was leaking. I called, and they had me bring it in right away. They replaced the entire sunroof and detailed the car top to bottom at no charge, even though I didn t have a warranty. They provided me with a loaner vehicle in the meantime, and Sal called to update me every day on the status of the repair. I can t rave enough about the excellent quality of service from Scanlon Acura!

I believe when you have a great experience you should share it and let that individual know how much they helped you and how much you appreciated their help.

Well, that individual was Phillip Ursillo and this guy was very cool, calm, and collected with so much patience and knowledge of vehicles and just overall a real genuine person to talk with. I really forgot that I was sitting in a room with a sales consultant, it felt more like a good friend that had my best interest throughout the whole process and with no pressure to purchase!
I am one that likes to do alot of research before I make a purchase so I am always bringing questions to the table. I had many questions on different vehicles and Phil was very receptive in answering to the best of his knowledge, and if there was something he didn't know he would ask the team at the dealership. This shows true Teamwork! We found the perfect and most ideal car, and shall I say it is a beauty!! I had a car to trade in as well and this team gave me the best trade in value towards my 2015 ES350 Lexus. Starting out with Phil in sales, then onto the value for my car with Jeff, next was Mark in finances and Robin with his help showing me how to set up the nav/stereo, these guys are the best and I would highly recommend this group! Also, I stopped back in since I had a question with how the stereo/navigation worked and Robin was very helpful on showing me some of the short cuts on using the system. I wanted to make sure I mentioned everyone and Nicole with the warm and friendly greeting every time I would call and ask for Phil :)
I know for the future we will only being working with this dealership and it will be a life long relationship, they won us over and carry the best vehicles and prices!!

I wanted to take a moment today to share our recent experience at Scanlon Acura. Last week, we purchased a pre-owned Acura MDX, our 5th Acura, and our 3rd from Scanlon. We were treated exceptionally well during the entire buying experience by everyone we engaged with while we were at the dealership (Charlie, Rico, Sam, Mark and Andrew). After we purchased the vehicle, we came across a small issue that wasn't present during the test drive. The sales team and service adviser, Andrew, were quick to correct the issue even though the vehicle wasn't under warranty. We couldn't be any happier with our experience from the team at Scanlon. We will return. Buy with confidence!!

I had an amazing experience here! Everyone was very friendly and said hello- even when they weren t the one helping you. When you get there no one comes hounding you, but instead offer assistance and listen to you 100%. I got the opportunity to work with Samuel on getting me a car. Outstanding service and just an over all 5 star experience. He and one of the other very kind workers (idk his name sorry) worked for me extremely hard on keeping the payments in my range. They fight for you there. Samuel gave me time to think. He answered every question I had without judging me. The people who work here really are on YOUR side! They go above and beyond to get you the car that will make you happy. They go above and beyond to make sure you re comfortable there. Great job everyone! The biggest thank you to Samuel as well!!

Great experience! Josh Funez helped me yesterday with the Acura RDX. The test drive was great and drove very smoothly! Bypassing other employees, I was greated nicely and was given multiple offers for coffee, water and snacks. Josh was very kind a informative, telling me about each and every feature in the RDX and how to work them. After buying the RDX Josh made sure I was completely set up with the features to my custom settings and left no question unanswered. Jason in the finance department was also very welcoming. Making me feel very comfortable with talking to him and explained the paperwork in a way I understood. I was very impressed with my whole experience with Scanlon Acura. I was able to get the right deal for me, thanks to the additional consult with the sales manager Dan. I love my new Acura RDX and I be will be referring other to this location. I went in to get my 2014 RDX for service,for the first time since I bought it, ( I bought it used in Clearwater,Fl in June) on Friday and I have to say this is the BEST customer service I have ever experienced.(I used to work for Saturn and they were known for their customer service also, so I know what great service is.) Matt was my service writer and he was awesome! He explained everything very well and even walked me to my SUV at the end to make sure I didn't have any other questions. He also showed me around the whole dealership when I first got there and kept me informed through the whole process of the inspection and service. Overall, I have to say I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know, even if they do not own an Acura. I cannot wait until I have to come back for another maintenance.

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I purchased a car from Dan and Sam remotely through a series of phone calls. I believe it's table stakes for a simple transaction to go smoothly. However, when a complex transaction, such as this, goes smoothly that shows a level of professionalism and general empathy that most people don't have. These guys have it. Not only were they, as a group, still cordial AFTER I had bought the car, but Sam stayed with me for over an hour to make sure the service center at another dealership was treating me fairly since I needed a few things completed on the car. This dealership is 2.5 hours away from me, if I ever need an Acura I will be driving the 2.5 hours to purchase it from them. That's how strongly I feel about the quality of service I got here.

Since you are a local large company, I didn't expect the need to crawl under vehicle to find the rotting frame it had or I could have alerted the auction to dispute the sale, my mistake there! Your reputation is in the gutter as far as I'm concerned, we will never again buy a vehicle at auction that is coming from a Scanlon Dealership...

Looking for an end of year deal on a Honda Accord, I decided to look at Acura as an alternative.
Scanlon Acura and Salesman Sam Oris de Road put us in a TLX WITH A V6 at a better price than 2 honda dealers and another acura dealer. Sam was excellent in returning my messages as we negotiated over 2 days. Delivery was very smooth as Sam showed us several features. Driving it back north in a few days. They even registered the car in NY so no lines at DMV for us. 5 stars all the way

We went in for recall on the fuel pump. Had an appointment for 11am. We arrived early and was out in 40 minutes. They reprogrammed the software. The waiting area in nice with coffee, water, lemonade & iced tea.m along with assorted pastries.

Just wow. These people are TYPICAL CAR SALESMEN...I had discussed a particular car with Jesse Sellers. We negotiated and agree on a price We made a deal. I made the appointment to come and pick up the vehicle. Just 2 days before my appointment I find out that they went ahead and sold the vehicle out from under me. I just wonder if I didn't make contact with him prior to my appointment, would he have even told me it was sold? Clearly their word is no good. Like I said...TYPICAL CAR SALESMEN. IMO, they can't be trusted. I would NEVER even think of doing business with these people.

I have had Cadillacs at Val Ward and they were good as well....But Scanlon is alot better. Clay Kvetko has been our service advisor...very friendly and also quite professional.

I recently purchased a 2013 Acura certified MDX from Scanlon Acura of Fort Meyers Florida. I wanted an MDX with black paint and an ebony color interior and found it in Florida. I live in Mississippi and did not want to go to Florida to purchase it. So, I called the dealership and worked with a saleman by the name of Sam Ortis de Roa. Great guy who took care of all of my questions/needs and kept in continuious communication. I told him I was going to purchase this car site unseen and asked him to be my eyes and to look around the car. He took the time to be my eyes and ears and explained even the tinyest of blemishes. I knew the car was sound mechanically because it was Acura certified, he went over what the inspection found while making it Acura certified. I remember last year when I purchased a 2015 Honda civic, my wife and I spent 5 hours each in the dealership doing the dance if you will hagling over the final price. My experience with Scanlon Acura was nothing more than the complete opposite. I told them what I was willing to pay and he met me half way with a very fair price for both of us and that was it, I did not have to spend my precious time sitting in a chair at the dealership playing a waiting "hold out" game over price. My experience was simply painless, the staff and management (Joe Ferrigano) was very professional and courtious. I never met any of them in person, all transactions were done over the phone over 700 miles away. They did not take advantage of me, the did the job and made my experience painless and so easy, that is what a customer is looking for and Scanlon Acura did that. Great job to everyone there at the dealership. They mailed me the finance papers overnight with all the instrucitons and marked places to sign. They arranged a top notch carrier to deliver the car to me in a resonalble time. So, if your purchasing a vehicle from them out-of-state feel confortable that they will not take advantage of you just because they have never met you in person. Doing business like they did makes sense for anyone who's time is precious. Call them I bet you will get the same service. A shout out at the saleman Sam. If you ask for him, I can guarantee he be your eyes and ears and constantly communicate with you as to what is going on with your car at every stage. He even asked the manager to fill the tank. What a great ballance he played to satisify the customer and to satasify his employer. If you ask for him you will get a very courtious young man who will do what it takes to get and keep your business. Scanlon Acura can expect me to do business with them again because of how pleasant the experience was. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best I would give them a 11.

This comment is directed at the general manager Frank Leslie and that the reason he said I needed a sales person to accompany me to my mechanic shop was because of insurance reasons. That reason holds no weight due to the fact if a accident would occur in the potential car that I was going to buy my insurance would have covered me in your car . And I might add that when one of your Acura customers brings their car in for service you sometimes provide him with a courtesy car or a loaner and I m quite sure that there not a employee accompany this person while their car is being service . Philp Ursillo your buffoon general manager Frank Leslie or Robin Francis owes you an apology for losing your sale .

Yes bringing your car to the dealer may be a little bit more expensive but for expert mechanics and Service reps that provide an exemplary experience, its worth it.
