First-rate co-location and technology incubator. They're out in front of the pack when it comes to biotech-leaning data infrastructure and lab facilities. One-of-a-kind, but other people are eventually going to adopt their model.

ScaleMatrix came through with an excellent price and their facilities are second to none. They are also the ONLY colocation facility in San Diego that offers SHARED cabinet space and does not require you to purchase a 1/3 or 1/2 cabinet. Riley, Chris and the rest of the group handled my questions and concerns with professionalism and did everything they could to ensure that I was able to make an educated decision about where to collocate my servers. Kudos to ScaleMatrix!

Excellent facility and employees but, their management leaves something to be desired when trying work out issues.
