I was a passenger in a third-party vehicle when we were hit by an uninsured driver (but insured car) running a red light. It didn't cross my mind to hire a lawyer until I realized just how complicated it was going to be to take on the fight by myself with the multiple insurance agencies involved. Ali Sieben came recommended by coworkers and friends, and I'm so happy that Ali was my lawyer. Her/her team were extremely responsive during the two years it took for my case. Ali was professional, kind, and made me feel like a priority. I had a great experience as a client of hers.

My attorney, Courtney Lawrence, was an incredible advocate for me as I recovered from a bad car accident. It was a tremendous relief to have her help as I navigated health insurance, motor vehicle insurance, as well as settling my lawsuit. She was incredibly responsive, responding to emails or calls almost immediately. She genuinely cares about her clients and I always felt that she had my best interest at heart. I am so unbelievably happy that I was referred to Ali. I was hit by a drunk driver while sitting at a red light and my car was totaled. I of course also had injuries.
At first, I did not think I needed assistance as I was thankful to not have major issues. That quickly changed as I started to get extremely frustrated with MY insurance company. I did not realize that they did not care about me. I was going through a lot of stress and trauma and realized that no one but me had my back which prompted me to ask a coworker about his recent accident. Enter in Ali!!!
I would give Ali 10 stars if I could as she is beyond impressive, so professional and yet very kick a$$ (in a good way). I immediately felt better knowing that there was now someone on my side and I did not have to worry about anything but getting better.

Where can I start. I am very thankful for Jennifer Olson she was amazing through out the whole process. Always received updates about my case and always fought and recommended the best strategy. That was not it, she called me before and after my surgery to see how I am feeling. Heather was also amazing and she always responded to me promptly. I can not thank them both enough thank you!

Cody scharpf was unbelievable.. I was involved in a work comp claim due to a vehicle accident. She took care of me in every possible way, checked on me frequently. I highly recommend her and this company if you ever need somebody to be on your side this is the way to go. She never stopped fighting even when others told her that we weren't going to get that amount.
