Better than Scala, you can finally enjoy good music again. I've been missing that for a long time

Beethoven's "Symphony No. 9 4th Movement" became famous in this theater.

For us Dresdeners, the Semperoper still has something special, which unfortunately one cannot afford that often, but quality has its price. This means that every performance is remembered. We have already tried everything and have always been thrilled. I especially from ballet. There are now and then the tickets for Dresdeners to get cheaper and then can
even sit in the parquet. During the breaks, a walk through the house or a view of the Theaterplatz with the castle and the court church is recommended. Maybe with a glass of champagne or ... just beautiful.

The opera is a remarkable building!

However, we had concerns about visiting it from the inside due to the corona, some people were already there.

I think the entrance fee would have been 11 per adult, but definitely 3 if you want to take photos inside with your mobile phone

We saw "Abduction from the Serail", Mozart opera. A successful presentation, excellent stage design. However unusual for us: you clapped after each longer aria ... Disadvantage: too few toilets in the house ...

A real old opera that has charmed me a bit. The magic flute was really good.

A visit is always worthwhile. If you want to learn something about the history of the house, you should book the guided tour offered before an event. You can hear and see very well from most places in the upper ranks. Sometimes you have to bend a little - especially on the sides. If you sit higher up, an opera glass is an advantage. And don't forget to reserve the drinks for the break before the start, this saves having to queue during the break.

Unfortunately didn't have time to go inside. But nice to look at from the outside.

Simply impressive. A lot has been done here. Beautiful and every step brings new discoveries. Guided tour is recommended. Listen and be amazed. Simply beautiful and you should have seen it.

When we visited Dresden, we bought tickets for a performance at short notice. We didn't particularly like the piece, but the building inside and out is awesome !!!!

It was our first time in an opera and it was overwhelming. Not only the opera La Boheme but also the whole atmosphere was very impressive.

Its a very beautiful classic architecture, and they said they are one of the best one in germany. I think for yong peapole will be little boring.

Definitely book a tour if you are interested in architecture. Fascinating interior. Very nice guide who explained everything in detail. The additional entry for photography is definitely worth it. (otherwise photography prohibited)
