We like it me and my kids ... clean and comfortable place

The crew is fantastic and the breakfasts are delicious but the rooms are old and complain of faults especially the bathroom

The room I stayed was a studio w/ balcony. Room size is small and the closet was too small. Every three four days, the door lock would not work so I had to call the reception. The appliances in the rooms are not standard. Some are new, some are very old. Room cleanness, especially the bathroom is poor.
Reception staff does not bother to follow up on your requests and come back with an answer unless you ask on and on again.
Stayed there almost a month, but will not do so unless I really have to.
The street is a very busy one, and some nights I could not sleep because of horns blown.
Not too bad for sure, but not good either.
You may prefer Savoy Suites, which is close by, and is definitely better.

It truly became a 2nd home when i stayed in dubai for 3 months.Good food,facility & services.Memories!!!!

We stayed here though a Groupon and all in all enjoyed our stay. Our room had a cigarette smell when we arrived but it didn't really bother us. It was at least clean. We were in a room facing the street so we heard a lot of traffic noise (brakes and honking) during the day which was a little annoying when we tried to nap from being so jet lagged. The breakfast in the morning was awesome. They serve traditional food and have a person who will make you a fresh, made to order omlette. The staff was very helpful and courteous as well. It is located in Bur Dubai which is the older part of town. I read some other reviews that said it was trashy on the streets but I didn't think so. I saw people walking around picking up trash almost everywhere. There is a fried chicken restaurant next door (SFC) that serves American southern fried chicken that we enjoyed late night. For such a great deal though Groupon it was perfectly fine.

I loved the place. The appartment was stylish, cozy and comfortable, the staff were incredibly helpful. I had a very pleasant stay. The location is maybe not the best, but for that price and quality of room, you ca not expect more.

Good enough if you're in Dubai and trying to save money since you won't be in the hotel much. The breakfast was good. The rooms need upgrading and the hot water is like warm unfortunately.

Good hotel with nice rooms. We even had washing machine and micro in the room. Small but perfectly okay bathroom. Wi-Fi worked completely without comment since it was plugged in, which took almost an hour. Good breakfast with everything you could wish for in a Muslim country.

Good value for money. Nice rooms, good bed and plenty of pillows. Quite neighborhood but it is not exactly a tourist area.

I have been a frequent visitor to Savoy central whenever i visit Dubai for my official trips. It is located in one of the busiest place in Dubai, Bur Dubai.

All amenities are nearby as below.

- Lot of restaurants nearby in walkable distance to try different Indian cuisines.
- Options for Pizza and burger also available
- Metro station Al Faihidi is within 1 km from the hotel.
- Basic amenities like swimming pool & gym are available. Rooftop swimming pool at 7th floor is good hangout plcae.
- Staffs are friendly
- On weekends shuttle service available to beach
- Anything you want to buy you have options on the Rolla street.
- There are 2 24 hr supermarket to buy basic items at anytime.
- Rooms have Sofa that can converted into Bed for guests

In short, by far i know this is one of best place to stay @Dubai...

Good internet and rooms. Enjoyed the service. Staff has been very accommodating, generous and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. I got the flu and they brought me a nice care package.

Very good value for money hotel. The employees are extremely kind. Hearty breakfast, I did not expect so many diversities.Located in a popular district where nations rub shoulders with respect. Several restaurants and supermarkets. 15/20 min from the airport and the heart of Dubai with its buildings. We will come back with pleasure.

Good place to shop for grocery and caters to Indian needs, price are reasonable and good quality.

Bad soundproofing, you hear the horns all night long

Hotel after renovation. But the repair is not capital, it is noticeable in the furniture, bathroom. District - India.

I had a wonderful experience at Savoy central. Excellent staff, well mannered and very helpful. Clean rooms too. If you need a home away from home then go no further. I had an amazing time at the beach... free transportation (to and fro) offered by the hotel daily. Also booked a Safari tour through the hotel. Other tours available as well, just remember to give a 24hour notice for your bookings. The intercontinental breakfast offered daily was quite good . Enjoyed the waffles and pancakes with some sausages... buffet style .

We took 13 nights 72000 breakfast dinner two adults children under 12 Free of charge and accommodation and meals !!! It is important not all sites have this information

There are two supermarkets and on the right and on the left 50 meters the store is on the right. It seemed to me that the fish department is better, the Indians are always spinning, everything is fresh
There and they clean it, it remains only to fry at home
10 types of fish tasted for sure
They don't sell this kind in Moscow
Big shrimps (king) for 30 dirhams a kilogram!

Below 10 mins will go down to the bay, equipment is sold for every taste, prices are below Moscow and even below Ali Express
If you turn left and left, the Indians hold a small cafe
tea (bomb) costs 1 dirham
Give me a switch, you say tea
They immediately pour it ready-made with milk and sugar,
large juices are made for 10 dirhams (I recommend mango and watermelon)
We didn't take the metro to go somewhere and then go back, although they wanted to ,,,

Then they found out that in the first (the observation car is not allowed only on the golden (map) metro and in general
then it turns out that ,,,
In the center of dubai mall aka fountain aka burj khalifa taxi was 24-27 maximum
Two adults and two children on the metro about the same plus or minus 5 dirhams
The bus drives to the beach from 10.15 to 14.15
Time Tin ,,, heat is not comfortable
We left already 12 by taxi to the hotel to go 16-18 dirham after lunch on the roof went to the fables it is not a big but cozy place
It happened four times!
Until we decided to turn around, first the pool lunch and at 15.40 on the beach to the left it is wider and more is a completely different story
The beach takes on a different look, cafes open closer to 18 people come who for what, everyone walks
Music (everything is very decent)

The worldview about the beach has changed by 90 degrees

The conclusion is, come by taxi by 15-16, sunbathe and do not survive under the sun
(you will understand what I mean)
And you will be happy
Have a nice rest and good impressions

Nice place to stay - clean, modern, well-equipped rooms, friendly staff. Also I liked their interior design so much (compared to other hotels around) - bright and restrained. Somebody did a good job picking pleasant colors in every detail of rooms and lobby.

The room was ok although the hallway always smelling like an ash tray. The windows need serious work to reduce the noise from the street. Feels like I was sleeping on a highway. The shower is all corroded and rusting. Some of the amenity kits they provide were empty boxes which indicates that they didn't even bother to check them between customers....

We can book this apartment through online easily.

The reception people are very kindly approaching and do all the adjustments in our favour. For me they gave me 6 hours early check in and 3 hours late check out . Really great people .

Rooms are very well maintained. All the furnitures are in very best condition. My family ,especially my children enjoyed very well in that stay.

The main place in Rhola street. And also more 24 hours super markets available in walkable distance from this hotel. More indian hotels available in the nearby area.

The top side swimming pool is very good for taking a bath and swimming. Less depth small pool also available for children. The view from there is very good. Can see most of the highest buildings in dubai, Like Burj Khalifa....

And also the most of the dubai restaurants have very well know this location to deliver food. So if we order food to any dubai restaurants and tell savoy apartment hotel and room number and rhola street, They easily recognize the address and deliver food with out delay.

Walkable distance to Dubai bus stand and Al Fahidi metro is additional advantage for this location.

More safest stay also. Everytime the food delivery person come to the hotel for food delivery, somebody from reception call us and confirm our food order and allow them to come to our room. And also one room service person will come along with the food delivery person to our room. So more safest apartments i feel.

I forget to say about the wifi internet. The unlimited high speed internet provided by the hotel for my unlimited devices, i cannot forget it. Really wonderfull.....

Next time i will prefer the same place to stay.

I stayed in Room no. 207. Service is good and staff support was excellent. House keeping and cleaning is very good. Very energetic, active and polite service by Ali Noor is worth mention.

We had a very good stay at Savoy Central, it is ideally placed, there is 1 metro station nearby within walking distance (Al Fahidi, red and green line), very close to DXB airport (15 min) , many supermarkets and a medium-sized mall are nearby (Burjuman center).
The hotel is located in the Al Rafaa district, you will have no trouble eating, shopping, buying souvenirs at prices defying all competition (DaytoDay, Mercado ...)
The rooms are very spacious, equipped with a kitchen and all the amenities are present. The breakfast is excellent and very varied. The hotel is very well equipped with a large rooftop swimming pool, a gym, a free shuttle to the beach ...
The service is exceptional, the staff is very attentive and responds to the slightest request

Plush looking and clean rooms with all amenities. Great to stay during long vacation. The staff are friendly and respond promptly. Food is excellent and is situated in a prime location. Lots of supermarkets and shopping options, restaurants, hospitals and pharmacies are within walkable distances. Very near to Al Fahidi Metro as well. Overall a pleasant and relaxed stay.

My first time Dubai but did not feel away from Mumbai at Savoy Central

Had been at this place and it is worth staying.. Comfortable and clean rooms, 24 hrs Internet, and in the heart of the city. Must visit.

Relatively good experience for an average income person

Service - 4+, Rooms - 2+ on a 5-point scale. The rooms are old, old furniture, old household appliances in the majority. In the toilet sometimes fungus and smells foul. Numbers change, if something is wrong. Service is good, persanal tries. Breakfast is normal, there is fruit -diny, watermelon, pineapple. Bus to the beach at 9:45, mats for the beach. If you do not pay attention to outdated rooms, pretty well. Internet wireless everywhere, there are network connectors in the rooms under the table - wired Internet. The knives are sharp, the dishes are a little tired .... but there is everything.

I have been coming to Savoy for years. The quality is always the same. Friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, efficient and fast services. Good value for money. I really appreciate the kitchen area with stove and fridge. The Internet is very fast and I have access to television channels in several languages including French and English. The staff is qualified and experienced. It's all about management knowing that service is what makes the difference.

Great hotel if you get it at the right price point. Breakfast spread is really good. Staff are excellent. Rooms are big and well maintained. Good location as everything is available as soon as you step out.

Clean with all day room service, car parking Are available but small for large vehicles, walls are thin where you can hear room next to you, I prefer to reserve back alley room to be away from noisy street traffic, nicely location around supermarket restoration and barbershop

Rooms had all the amenities incl washer and dryer which helped in the process of having clothes washed with ease.

Being a returning guest, would definitely helped if the rooms could include breakfast. The glass windows seperating the room and the balcony could be better if they were sound proof or double walled glass as it is facing the main road which could be rather noisy towards morning when the traffic starts to build up.

Nevertheless all went well and the staff were superb, not only friendly but knowledgeable.

Wished we had more time to stay longer in the hotel to experience the other facilities within.

Good apartments. The inly thing is very congusted Bathroom. Area of room is good for 2+2. Kitchen is well maintained. Washing machine is available.

Professional and very punctual staff. Good condition of the rooms, cool and very clean. There is a pool and a rooftop sauna. Breakfasts are tasty and decent enough. The hotel did not take any collateral. Gave NOL cards for the metro for free (if you book more than 7 nights).
