Great hotel! Very good location, everything nearby. Charming and very helpful staff, the hotel is very clean and housekeeping is done every day. We spent ten pleasant and unforgettable days the most it is the swimming pool Thank you to all the staff for their patience and kindness. I hope to see them again very soon

Great offer for reasonable money. Very good location, free parking, close to many shops. Comfortable and clean rooms, daily cleaning, professional and friendly staff. There is a fitness room, heated swimming pool on the roof. We stop the second time.

Rooms are small but clean and totally suitable. Front desk staff are excellent

Really a fantastic hotel not far from downtown with everything else walking distance. The price is fantastic and amenities more than enough including a breakfast buffet that was great! The room has ample space and everything looked in great order. Staff friendly and very willing to help in any way possible.

Pretty decent hotel in Bur Dubai. Very good for families. Staff is very professional and very helpful. These are studio rooms where you have even washing machines. Staff can guide you on usage as well if you are not used to that kind of machines. Toiletries provided are decent. Ask for street facing rooms, if you want to spend sometime in balcony. Views are not great though. Breakfast is fine.

Excellent place to stay ! The staff are very accomodating especially the two Filipino receptionist lady. The room was big and clean.

Great hotel, excellent cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. We booked 2 connecting apartments and the staff was so attentive to fulfill our every request. One of our friends had a birthday and the team awaited our return, late at night, to celebrate together. I MUST say it was all great. I recommend and if I were to return to Dubai I would choose Savoy Central A again.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming when we arrived and this friendliness continued throughout our stay from all the staff. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed linens and bathroom towels were a good standard & the room was serviced every day. The daily shuttle facilities to the beach & outlet mall were a bonus. We would definitely recommend this hotel a d happily stay again.

Good hotel, but the location is in old Dubai. Very crammed and dirty neighbourhood. Long walking diatance from the nearest metro or bus stop. Courteous staff and well maintained rooms. The hotel is just standard, not really a place to consider for luxury. Plain view outside the window. It is overpriced though. For the same price you can get better. One funny thing I noticed is that the staff tend to market booking.com more than their own company website. When you ask how to book online, they say booking.com but never mention their hotel website.

We had a great stay and enjoyed their breakfast, comfortable affordable rooms, we were a family of six and our budget was not strained. We loved our stay. The staff very helpful and polite.

A great stay, everything at superlative. The person who deals with, cleaning is very attentive and leave the room moon. Many supermarkets close to the hotel. The staff is 10 very friendly and helpful when you need. I find a solution for anything. The pool is very nice and accessible for children and adults. The terrace is very beautiful and has a variety of sophisticated drinks + cocktail. The metro is very close to about 5 minutes walk but the taxis are very cheap. From the hotel you can I was in the capital with this hotel and it was a great excursion.If you want to have a nice stay I recommend you all the heart of this hotel.On the occasion of my birthday I received a free cake. The bus to the beach leaves every day at 10.15 and returns at 14.15. It gives you the mat and the towel. It would be honestly a 5 star rating.

Hospitality business primarily runs on how well your service staff treats their guests. Mr usman sadekar was extremely courteous and helpful since day 1 in making all the arrangements. Agnes , mahesh and shubam were very cordial and hospitable with my family. The hotel amenities are good. The location is even better.

There are few more Savoy in Dubai so when you tell taxi driver specify location. It's satisfactory hotel. Closest metro station is Al Fahidi

Excellent hotel! We stayed for eight days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Outside the main touristy part of Dubai, it's close to the Al Fahidi metro station and offers a free shuttle to and from the beautiful Le Meer beach. There's a pool on the roof where you can also admire the downtown skyline.

Location is great. Rooms are very comfy but breakfast is not included, it's no biggie because you have local places literally next to it.

I stayed in this Hotel for 11 days and it was a very nice experience, the room service is amazing thanks to ishwar singh who cleaned my room every day and made sure when i return to my room it's always neet and clean, the complimentary breakfast was also nice, but i would like them to add more items to the menu,the whole experience was amazing.
