Savoy Dubai Review

Instead of breakfast buffet everything is good. Buy food from local restaurants just outside the hotel especially home cook food restaurant in front of the hotel.

Amazing hospitality. The rooms were emmaculate and housing keeping everyday made sure they remains so. All basic facilities available. The room I chose had a kitchen where I was able to cook food for my toddler. All utensils, bedding, toileteries, breakfast supplies etc were provided and promptly replenished upon request. I faced not one single problem during my stay. All the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. The poolside area is a treat. They also have sauna and steam.

Beautiful establishment with accommodation either for rental or in hotel formula with catering service located in a very commercial district. Very attentive staff and very available for any information and help.

Great customer service. The staffs are AMAZING. was given a birthday cake just because I was in there hotel on my birthday date. You should take a trip here. Great room also, and you have a great view from the roof top at the pool area.

Nice hotel apartments with a really good service. Hotel staff is friendly as well. All the food are halal. They have a swimming pool, a sauna area and a gym as well. In a room you find a kitchen, washing machine a fridge and cooking utensils as well. Natural hot water or the heated water is available in the bathroom.

The hotel is clean. But they dont provide basic items of necessity like tooth paste, water bottle. only one water bottle for complete duration of stay i.e i stayed for 5 days and they provided only one water bottle for all days. Other basic necessities to use washing machine are not provided. Even you won't get salt in the room. I would recommend to spend bit more and prefer other hotels than Savoy Central.

A super hotel !! Hygienic studios. We had clean towels every day and our room was cleaned every day! Top service! My brother had become ill, and the employees then brought a bowl of tea etc to our room. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! When I am in Dubai again I will definitely book this hotel!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. This hotel is in old Dubai and the street it's pretty noisy. I'd request a room near the rear of the hotel. The restaurant directly across the street serves good Indian food.

We stayed in this hotel for the first time. Own parking space was ideal if you drive the car yourself. In the street plenty of options to eat or possibly get groceries. Staff in the hotel also very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a very busy street with local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with a kitchenette. The bathroom, though, is very old and needs renovation. The AC works perfectly. The WiFi connection was stable and fast. The breakfast is worth the AED 35 it costs. It's 15 minutes away by foot from the Al Fahidi metro station.

A team of outstanding people who don't just treat you as a guest but as an important person whom they will make every effort to make comfortable. Especially the chef and the team who serve breakfat! Also housekeeping team who always say good morning or evening! Wonderful!

A good place in a neighborhood full of life and spirit, its price is very expensive, but the defect of the reception staff, and no one speaks a definitive Arabic in your mind. 3 Hotels, but the well-known teacher in the event that you ride with the taxi is to say that the hotel is next to the grocery store. It is known to the Indians and the grocery store.

A very nice Hotel with spacious complete rooms, reception is very pleasant and the service is top notch, an extensive breakfast every morning, the chef will prepare your omelet for you immediately. The location in the middle of the Old Town surrounded by many shops and restaurants is very convenient, everything within walking distance. Metro at the end of the street, as well as the bus station.

A great experience to discover Dubai from this hotel, we will definitely not be back, even though we are here for another two days

Perfect for hitchhiker's & Family / Couple stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Service from every department was responsive to our needs; WiFi didn t work and engineering was kind, fixing the problem immediately. Front desk staff was knowledgeable about the area and always knew the answers to our questions. Breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food from traditional American breakfast to ethnic foods I would consider to be dinner items. A cook-to-order chef was present every morning. Dinner is affordable and very good. We had access to the balcony from our guest room which had a good view of the streets and surrounding buildings. The tub/shower is small fitting inside a small bathroom, but is very nice. Pool was warm and well kept. The view from the rooftop is worth visiting. The Dubai tram and abra s to cross the creek are within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for an enjoyable, local, cultural experience.

Hotel is affordable and clean. Its near a 24/7 supermarket which is very convenient and merto is walkable distance. I cant ask more than that.

Cigarettes smell in the room and too much of noise coming from inside and outside the hotel, only at 1 am we could sleep, especially that we got a room on the 1st floor on the road side...disappointed! But to be honest the price is very fair! And rooms are big kind of a studio including kitchen and even a washing machine ! But for me good sleep comes first!

I booked my mother (aged 73) at Savoy while transiting Dubai. She just loved the hospitality and the comfort of the hotel. She was full of praise for all the people who took care of her during the stay. She has made a few friends and is looking forward to her next stay at Savoy soon:)

The hotel needs to renovate the best furniture in the hotel. The kitchen is semi-integrated, including an oven, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Difficulty falling asleep during the day from the inconvenience of the street
