Service is good but its not a 4 star hotel in my personal opinion

Its a good place and a messag center are held in marco polo but may be no body know about that there is a messag center because the messag center girls can contact with boys and meet with them and no deal in opeb

Very bad hotel. Bad staff not professional. Bad service. Dirty and old bath, no iron no towels no service.

It's a good hotel easy access to the metro union and walkable

Bombay to mumbai cafe there is very good and amazing taste of the food

Disappointed. BEWARE AND BE READY

I was disappointed and saddened by the service and facilities of this iconic hotel.

1.) Defective AC and hot room. I woke up several times with sweat because the AC is not properly working. I informed reception and maintenance but they did not fix and did not solve the issue.

2. Defective, not working automatic door knob and lock. We waited for a long time outside our room because because the door knob is not working. We cannot use our card key.. We told them that we will go outside for 2 hours. I hope when we come back it is fixed already.. After 2 hours outside. The door knob is still not fixed and we cannot go inside. They told us in the reception that it is already fixed and good. They lied. The maintenance arrive very very late. SAD.

3. Bring your own spoon. We want to drink coffee in our room. The room has a glass mug, water and coffee. But no spoon. how will we mix the coffee in our cup without the spoon. I called the reception then the canteen and they say they will charge 10 AED for the spoon!!!! This made me angry

4. No slippers provided in the room. You need to call and wait.

5. The shower curtain does not smell good. It was awful.

6. The female reception at night always have the "sigh" sound when she speaks to us. Like she is tired and she don't want to talk to us. Because of our complaints. Sounds like... "haaaaaaaaauuiii"""

7. The pool is very super cold. They say it has a heater.. But it is not functioning well

8. Their is no pool attendant. We want to connect to their Wifi but we cannot because nobody is there. We want to ask questions.

This is a 4 star hotel. I expected more.

Best and reasonable prices !! Restaurant inside the hotel was quite expensive.

can't image it is a four-star hotel. The room small,facility old.Like a two star hotel.

Staff memebers are nice. Room space is just fine. it is also quiet. It is located in a, somewhat, popular area. Furnature and internal design are old and outdated. it need renovations. Internet service is not stable, sometimes the speed is very high some other times, it is absolutely lost.
However, it good from the value for money prospect.

It was a really good hotel. The facilities were great for the money we paid, which means almost 100,000 tomans a night. It was really good. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and the reception was good. It was a ten minute taxi ride

Big parking area, Customer friendly staff, and very clean room. Lot's of Pakistani and Indian restaurant near to the hotel. Just 10 minutes walking distance from Abu Bakar Siddue metro station.

Service is excellent. The interior spaces of the hotel all appear to be clean and well managed.

Marcopolo Hotel Dubai, Muteena Road, is centrally situated and well equipped. I am staying in this hotel since September 07, 2020 and I am satisfied with the hotel services and the housekeeping.

My room number is 406 and Mr. Romiz-ul-Islam is my room keeper and very hard working and honest person.

For the reception area, Ms. Irene is very hard worker and always resolve the minor issues of the guests in the hotel.

Good hotel with state of the art room amenities.

Worst hoteling experience ever. There is a night club which continues till 4am and never let's you sleep due to noise. Food is very so so and expensive too. Definitely not for family.

I was travelling for work and really couldn't sleep at all.

Staff not very helpful except one lady at reception.

Too much noise from the bar.. could feel the vibrations in the room. Not recommended for anyone

Good Services in general , very near to the airport, good band in Philippines night, poor refrigerator, poor Arabic night club, bad area.

It's bad experience room was not cleaned dust every where not change the blanket I will not repeat booking in this hotel

A nice hotel at a very prime location. Easily accessible by public transport. Very close to all amenities. Tariff is reasonable, but check for bargain deals. Earlier it was much better but now also it's decent enough. Staff are okay and food is also okay. Has a night club and few goodplaces for night entertainment. Also has a rooftop seesha bar. Rooms are small but cozy. Room Wi-Fi service is poor and unsecured. Give it a try.

The network system is very poor. Always having wifi connecting problem. The accessories provided in the room also only for sayings. Tv channels are also local. No additional native channels. Only good for max 3 day stay.

It's a nice hotel, the good thing is that I could access every part of Dubai from there as it is close to the metro

The rooms are very small
Most of the inmates from our Indian brothers are annoyed, and respect is zero
The breakfast is very, very bad, the organization is bad, the food is bare, and they do not admit the guests with the spoons they take and return with their hands
the Internet is very slow

Its price is very reasonable
Room service is excellent and once helpful
The air conditioning is excellent

Finally, I do not recommend it at all

Few staff member are not ready accept their duty and big lie to customer in term of take advantage of government, even govt didn't define any policy. I remember one short punjabi lady said many lies to me and I did work by own self although it's duty of hotel staff.

Room was okay but outside glass window have lots of bird pigeon feces. Its obvious not cleaned for a long time. Indian receptionist was rude. I requested for mini bar fridge almost 2 hours not delivered the fridge. When i follow up she said "All our fridge not available and may tomorrow will available. How come we only 1 day stays at hotel. The following days our check out it useless. When i complaint to their supervisor in a few moments the fridge arrive. So why cant wait to complaint before to give the request. It so akward when i always your regular guests.

The rooms are small and less in clean I don't see any thing good on it
