The inadequacy, to say the least, of Mrs. Donatella (women's department) convinced that she is the first lady and that she has decision-making power over everything and everyone by treating orders as if they were needed is shameful.
As for the shop, everything is perfect, stocked and with all the trendy brands. As a customer, I can't stand hearing and seeing someone who treats the orders badly who do their job more than admirably. You can't always work like this under pressure. By chance I happened to see him often because I am a customer. Very bad attitude.
