I have used this shop for several years without ever having had to change the item purchased but the first requirement (as a failed article) was treated in a very unprofessional, unworthy and, unfortunately, extremely rude and at the limit of 'offense.
To my plausible request to exchange the goods, even buying another item and paying the biggest difference in price, I was verbally assaulted by the store manager.
I have been accused of requesting the change after using the garment, bought and given to me three days before. Accused then to "try", to "be clever" because the manager felt a little 'perfume in the neck ..
I tried to stay calm explaining that the sweatshirt had been bought three days before (receipt in hand) and that it had actually been worn by me the same morning, but removed immediately because the writing on the sleeve was completely unglued, the reason for my request of exchange of goods.
Nothing to do, humiliated in front of the rest of the shop's clientele threw me the money I had spent as a beggar.
I've been a customer for years, treated well when everything goes well, to fish in the face of the first request to exchange goods with invented excuses, offensive and discrediting allegations.
This does not want to be a criticism of the store but the manager who with his attitude will surely lose other customers in addition to me.
