My car buying experience was largely influenced by my individual experience with the dealership's salesman. Luckily my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Brett Pommerenck. He slowly earned our trust when we realized we were buying from a salesmen with integrity.

Brett knew the features of the 2014 Toyota 4runner we purchased backward and forward. He patiently explained the benefits of the APP suite and hands free phone capability that came with our 4runner. But he did not stop there instead he went above and beyond when he voluntarily worked until after 9:00 on a Wednesday evening downloading the APP package for us and connecting my cell phone adding my contacts.

Brett understands selling cars is about relationships. He knows today's consumers know market prices and expect a fair price. He gave us a great deal upfront so we did not have to deal with all of the stress that comes with going back and forth negotiating price. My husband and I left the dealership that evening feeling excited about our new purchase and had piece of mind knowing we bought a quality product for a good value.
