We gave Darrell (an impossible) 15 minutes to check their inventory, "knowing" there was no way he could convince us to stay longer. We went in knowing our situation and exactly what we wanted, and to our surprise, he made it happen -- and on a newer truck than we thought even possible. As a matter of fact, although we were in the market for a newer vehicle, we didn't even plan on buying a car that specific day! We decided it was "magic"! Thanks to Scott Drown for spending so much time reviewing my options and finding the best possible deal for us, and to Carlos for playing hard ball with us and not saying we were crazy (out loud lol). Love our new truck, and our daughter loved the hotdogs :) You guys have an awesome staff, who were all very understanding and helpful while I tried to tend to my newborn. The lady in parts, the woman who sits in front of Scott's office, and the woman I never met, but borrowed her office - ya'll are the best! I had a bad experience here a long long time ago and haven't been back since. Consider me a revived believer!
