Away from the main city. A serene place. Good shopping facility around. A place to roam around in the evening for enjoying small mobile eateries. Inhabitants consists of employees of the IT Park. Connected with a six lane Road. Airport is situated only a few kilometers away. A very clean area. Transportation facility is excellent.

TechnoPark, Trivandrum: One of the best and well maintained software IT park in Kerala. campus is spread in almost 10 Acre, and around15 multistory building. Around 65000 people works in this Campus. This Campus is equipped with all facilities like Swimming Pool, Rastaurants, Gim, Play school etc..

Technopark is an autonomous organisation fully owned by government of kerala registered under the travancore-cochin literary, scientific and charitable societies registration act, 1955. This is a cmmi level 4, iso 9001:2008, iso 14001:2004 and oshas 18001:2007 certified technology park. Being one of india's largest it parks, it is one of world's greenest technopolis as well. Technopark came into existence in 1990 at kerala state capital. Technopark companies employ more than 53000 it professionals. Spread across 760 acres of land with 9.33 million sq.ft built up space ( completed ) & 3.5 million sq.ft ( work in progress ) and over 350 companies operational at present.

Nice place to work. Good ambiance and well maintained.
Need to improve on arrangements for parking also the authorities should have a closer watch of food served by food courts in technopark. Quality and price never match.

Great place. You see umpteen number of IT companies, outsourcing establishments and so on within the Technopark campus. Thousands of computer professionals are employed here and they work round the clock, 24 x 7.
