The greenest IT park. But not the best place if you have a car. You.ll have to drive around to get the parking place unless if you have a dedicated parking or if you work in early morning shift.

This is maintaining by the government of kerala, named as technopark which will be having multiple it companies. There are three Gates available, Front gate which is accessible by bypass Road, back gate and side gate. Front and back gates are the main entries where we can go by vehicles but side gate vehicles are not allowed.

Amazing place. Many IT firms are here. A lot of employment opportunities available here. We need to get a pass from security counter to enter here. It is spread over many acers of land.

Greenest IT park. It is continuously expanding and houses 300+ large and small companies. Phase 1 has building built with traditional kerala and modern architecture. Good amenities and lots of food courts, hospital, child day care, 24X7 police security etc are available. More space is getting acquired in phase 2 campus by large firms and the focus is on automotive R&D.
