These guys are rude , charge way too much for the service you get. The CPA lied to my face and has caused me tons of trouble with the IRS. The front office staff is however great , friendly and seem to really want to help. IMHO avoid this place at all cost.
I came in to interview this group to determine whether I'd like to use them for my taxes. While I was talking to one of the accountants the head of the firm came in and introduced himself, informing me that he'd be reviewing her work when she was done. I asked what his rate was, because I didn't want to pay two people for one job. He named an hourly rate that was about twice hers as I remember. So I asked for my documents and left. Then I received a bill later for $375 even though they did literally no work for me.
I highly recommend them. The customer service is top notch. I love the service that my accountant Michael Bolger has given me for my two companies. I also have gained immense knowledge from him, and I love that he always has amazing positive energy, even during tax season.
Best Accountant I've worked with. I've been through 5 other accountants in my career, and by far BNG Accountancy is the best! They do a great job, I'm so happy I found them. They were referred by my Entertainment Lawyer!
One of the greatest places ever. Michael Bolger is amazing and have had the greatest experience with this place.
Stay away! They charge more than what they promise and try to put you on extension intentionally to charge more. Even take a longer time to finish the returns than what promised. CPA is very rude on the phone.
