Good people really, I visited there for business and talked to them, they are very cooperative and supportive, in addition the building has an direct exit to MBZ road, it s easy to go to Dubai and Sharjah , it has an access from Abu Dhabi while coming in Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and from Al Ain as well, From Sharjah you have to go to Dubai Al Ain Road for around one kilometer and return back

withholding people's ID at reception is illegal. No police station in the area to report it so... it's goverment owned so... who are you ganna complain to? Really!

DSO authority still providing business services and managing the area In the HQ building there are lots of offices, international companies in addtion to banks, restaurants on the ground floor External parking provided and most of internal paid In general the community is planned well so far and there as still a lot to come The service start is much easier than services cancellation, I would suggest to evaluate and audit services cancellation as currently it has huge amout of termination charges .. for rent reached over 30,000 AED I would suggest to listen more to residents in the community

It's quite and sweet and has everything you need from gyms to bikes to restaurants to schools

It's also known as DSO head quarters. It has a beautiful architecture. The park near it has a beautiful landscape, and good for walk, jog or small picnics. Our parrots's insta is bur.pepper
