I ordered sandwich and vegetables were not fresh. Coffee is terrible. Service is good and fast but food is awful.

Fantastic catered Passover meal that my family and I very much enjoyed. Everything from the matzo ball soup, chicken in dried fruits and brisket with gravy were amazing. Even the drunk Harosset was great.

If the top quality espresso doesn t get you going in the morning then Jeffrey s smiling face sure will! The desserts are to die for - Saquella Cookie I m looking at you. Chef Dave goes harder in that kitchen that Drake did on God s Plan. Seriously that man deserves at least three Michelin stars. You want pecan crusted chicken, well he ll see you and raise you apple fennel slaw with pomegranate and an apple cider reduction!! Don t even get me started on the 6 hour short rib...The man is a legend, hands down. Now on the other hand, the gm is a little stale, both in personality and wardrobe. He does have that Cartier drip though! They used to have a really great waiter named Richard..I wonder what happened to that guy.

Slow service with little decorum. Look. You re a cafe. Coffee should come out quick not in 15 minutes. Refills should be at hand not in 10 minutes. Don t offer me bread 2 minutes before my food comes out. Another 10 minutes to bring my check? Cmon. And then one of the servers walked past our table and lifelines his arm above my head so that it was like I went beneath his armpit. That s service 101 man. Disappointed at where this place has gone. Breakfast fail.

The only place in town that delivers every time. The staff are very good at making you feel a part of the experience. Deserts are made on premises and the croissants are top shelf. My compass steers me to saquella. My only critique is there's no caviar omelette to go with the Italian coffee. Kudos to the manager for his exceptional details.

Everyone was super friendly. Jean was an amazing server. The atmosphere was great and the food was even better. I recommend the South Beach Benedict!!

My wife and I frequent Saquella regularly. We love the gourmet menu with both healthful and decadent options. She is gluten and dairy free, so the kitchen handles her needs with care, and is still refreshingly creative with their options. They have gluten free bread and baked goods. They also handle our yoga teacher training groups of 10 - 12 quite well. A top notch neighborhood find!

Would rate higher but over the past years it has changed .. music loud changed...staff downgraded, food still tastes good. Coffee good . Our waitress was pitiful, poor effort but the place was busy. Will still go there but wish it was like it use to be.

Walked in, asked the girl behind the counter if I should seat myself. I was told I could sit anywhere. Sat, waited 10 minutes. Four tables received menus and drink orders before I was told "Joe will be with you shortly".

Another 5-10 minutes passed before Joe or anyone else could drop off a menu or even make it to my table. Good job, Joe. Decided to leave.

To be clear, it was not busy. I was sitting right by a door ( no way to miss me ) and I made my presence known. No excuse really.

Update: Went down the road, ordered, and received my food in the time it took to get a menu here.

Had dinner here on Saturday night and I was very impressed. Setting was so warming, food was ridiculously good, and service was amazing. Met Tommy and he was a pleasure, he came out after preparing our dinner to check on us which I thought was a nice touch. I highly recommend this place for a date night.

Love this place especially on a Saturday morning. The only bad thing is everyone else wants to go here on Saturday mornings.

Frequent this restaurant and the past couple of times service is improving. Today I was very impressed by the new manager Tommy who visited our table several times as he literally ran the floor very professionally. He was very well dressed kind and attentive. I hope this trend continues!!

I ve been here twice. The first time I picked up some pastries they had, specifically the chocolate chip cookie, the gluten free brownie, and the double chocolate chip cookie. The second time, I actually had a full breakfast, with eggs and veggies as well some croissants. The baked goods at this place are fresh and wonderful, truly 5/5. They are fairly large and priced in a way that is comparable to their size, so before coming here, keep in mind that splitting the cost and sharing a pastry is a way to maximize frugality and the eating experience. The brownie is dense and chocolatey, with a dry to touch exterior and a soft chewy, almost truffle like interior. The chocolate chip had a principle guiding its texture, with cripsy and crunchy edges, but a soft, chewy center. My favorite part was how every bite included chocolate chips! Usually, the chocolate chip eating experience involves searching for the chips, and luckily that wasn t this case. The chocolate and almond croissants were delicious, and clearly the brainchild if someone who cares deeply about ratios of ingredients. The filling is thick and fresh and the croissants themselves are light and fluffy and reasonably sized. Combined, the properties of the croissant and the filling resulted in a balanced and impressive pastry. As for the warm breakfast had, it was below mediocre. I had an omelette. And it was unreasonably sized, enough most likely to feed four people. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. In any case, this is why I am giving them 4/5. The service was great and the waiters and waitresses were very hospitable and eager to help customers and even strangers.

As good as it gets for breakfast and the Monday through Friday dinner specials are a treat. Burger night, with the best quality beef and Chef, not "fry cook" prepared fare got it on my "A" list.

Food was good. But as always service was sketchy. Sat near 10 to 12 min without being spoken after the menu delivered. Then it was better. I also see they have a manager on the floor now and it was helpful after the initial wait. I will always come back like most everyone I know until they make me madder.

Great little place at Royal Palm in Boca. I had breakfast there. It was good. Prices were reasonable, service was decent. I ll definitely go again.

Been coming for a little while and I always have a great experience here. Tommi does a fantastic job. Place is run tightly. Staff is fun and knowledgeable. Food always good and they are taking all proper precautions since the beginning of the pandemic. Thank you Saquella! Keep up the amazing job.

What is going on with your staff. Half of the employees are wearing mask below their noses and another waitress is wearing a sequence lace mask. I certainly was not comfortable with her serving my food. We are still in the middle of pandemic please get it together.

i loved it. food great. vibe great. all of the staff was super nice except my server who gave me attitude. i m a type one diabetic and have to eat gluten-free due to allergy (the place promotes the fact that they re allergy friendly) yet when i went to make a substitution prefacing with the fact that i m willing to pay an up charge, she gave me attitude and wouldn t let me not get a certain food item. like i m pretty sure that doesn t have to be there because i was willing to pay for it i just can t eat it. but no. so yeah, other than that, great.

Amazing food and location. Didn t give 5 because they only had 1 waiter taking care of all the outside area. Had to constantly ask to get refills.

They take a long time to serve, the waiters are rude and there is a lack of organization.

Waited 15 minutes for a server. Choccochino is nothing good. It's just milk with chocolate syrup and ice. Not good service. Would not recommend.

Lovely place. Covid procedures in place. Outdoor (and indoor) seating. Nice ambiance, great playlist, friendly waitstaff, and good food. The charcuterie board was enormous.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Egg prosciutto cheese yum. We always get it to go on weekends.

Real coffee-nerds. Very focused on dripping coffee as the name suggests. We ate a breakfast which was very good. However, I feel that being fished and what is not coffee could be a bit sharper for the overall experience to be perfect.

Disappointing.. My wife and I come here quite a bit for breakfast and lunch and for the most part we generally enjoy the atmosphere and food and would rate them between a four and five..The servers are always very joyful, courteous, competent and professional. Esp. Victoria, Nicole and Emily...However,as of late though, the breakfast (primarily the eggs) has been very disappointing if one of these three aren't there to ensure that the order is prepared with the high degree of quality and standard that we have become accustomed to at this establishment...Now, with that said, for breakfast I have on numerous occasions ordered eggs over medium only to have the eggs presented to me looking as though they have been cooked at some greasy spoon diner in some red light district where they just slap it on the grill and then slap it on your plate and serve it to you....

I keep getting this picture of some short order cook with tattoos hovering over a hot grill packed with breakfast meats, potatoes and eggs, a cigarette dangling from his mouth, sweat dripping from his brow getting the orders out as fast as possible with no concern for presentation or quality. Here ya go sir.
On our last visit I had to send them back to be redone only to have the same issue again!!!. I mean, how difficult is it to prepare eggs esp. when most of the other meals are done so well?
I noticed that the server showed them to Paul the Mgr. who was dismissive and never once approached our table to inquire about the problem.. So, a couple of cups of coffee, two disappointing plates and an uneaten breakfast (by my wife) later, we decided to just pay and leave as the experience and lack of concern on Paul's part was completely inexcusable and unprofessional..( Not to mention that I was very hungry). On the way out we expressed to the server that this was not a reflection on her but on the management..
When we were outside, we passed Paul and he said that he was sorry and this is the way they cook their eggs. (REALLY)? I told him that the eggs weren't always cooked this way and also that sorry does not correct the issue which he needed to address...Hey, just tell me that you don't really give a hoot because basically that is what sorry and your attitude says to me.
As I stated, we have been frequenting this establishment for some time and I have to say that under the old management with Christina, this would never have happened due to the high standard she set and her attention to customer satisfaction always!!!!

Consistency Paul...Everything flows from the top down so if management's standards begins to slack well so will the rest eventually!!

We eat here few times a month. Best food, service and location. Good portions for very fair cost. Very clean place. Love the breakfast for 2. feels like Europe.

Good breakfast. Eggs seemed small for what I ordered (6 scrambled), bacon never came out (ordered 6 pieces), and when I asked, only 2 pieces were brought.

The food tasted good, but, my order was wrong.

Dinner on Saturday night was amazing. Our second time this past week, and we drove up from Miami purposely because the first time was so good. We had the Mediterranean chicken and ribeye, both perfectly prepared, honestly one of the best I've had. I loved the fact that the chef came around and spoke to the tables and asked personally how everything was, kind and personable. Great job !!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and returned a second time, but the service remained less than a zero. Management and staff totally not responsive. Food quality is okay but if you go, allow a lot of time to wait for your food; you cannot be in a hurry.

I used to love to eat here. Big mistake changing the dinner menu.we almost left but stayed anyway.in my opinion the meatloaf was not good..there was no manager his ability.we were very dissapointed.other table noticed the change and two tables left to eat somewhere else..i will not be back

First time here, I was very disappointed with the quality of service that they had at this place. I had the open face nova, which was good but nothing to rave about.

A must go for breakfast or brunch. Delicious food and don t even get me started on the coffee (I had an iced caramel latte that was truly the best I ve ever had). However, it used to serve this delicious pesto dip with its bread basket, I miss that, but the current offering is still good.

I had wanted to try this cafe for a while and was severely disappointed. I m not sure if the waitress was new, but she was very unknowledgeable. I ordered a pressed panini and was given a cold sandwich. When I brought it up to the waitress she dismissed my complaint. Sadly I would not recommend.

Loved the food, drinks, coffee, ambience and service. Basically this is the place for a great Sunday brunch. They are Italian, so you know you are getting amazing coffee, mozzarella and prosecco!

It was unique experience. I never saw a host drenched in sweat head to toe who was incredibly rude at the same time. He ruined both my appetite and mood and overall experience. I left with my wife. Just be ready if you want to go to this place. Sunday June 2nd 2019

Despite being very packed, we were served very quickly and customer service was prompt and kind. The food was very good and seemed fairly authentic. Their breads and coffee were especially well made. Definitely would recommend.

Saquella has earned us back. Nancy was an exceptional server, remembered all our particulars, and attended to us regularly. The bus staff was polite and efficient. We have stayed away for months. This is a nice change from our previous experience here.

Excellent food , great service. Coffee and gelato superb. Angus Roast beef sandwhich my favorite. Dont miss any flavor iced teas and the fresh breads...

Love the food. Love the European cafe feel. Hate the dirty silverware and manic unorganized service. They just need to get the basics right. Still our favorite breakfast place, but I always leave saying the same thing good thing the food is good .

I wasn't expecting much for dinner but the food was very good. It's a cafe type place more for breakfast coffee and dessert. The service was OK and the prices were a bit high for this type of restaurant. There's not much to the dining area but its a good place to go if you're in the area.

Great inexpensive non-ihop restaurant experience. This is a feature Boca Raton Restaurant that has been around thr family nucleus for decades.

Let me start by saying their coffee is amazing. I have been coming here for years and love this place. I went there recently and the food was a bit disappointing. I got the south beach on a croissant. The croissant was doughy and undercooked, they added pickled onions, the avocado wasn t fresh and it was a bit funky. I love this place and will probably try again but the new changes they have made are not for the better.

Great breakfast place with great vibes. I wasn t crazy about the dogs people bring with them to breakfast. I love dogs...don t get me wrong but I don t believe in making others eat with my dog just because I love my dog. Food and service was great.
