I had both my nail guns go out at the same time. I took them in on a Monday and had them back in two days. Reliable and friendly service, also very reasonable. Five star review for sure!

This is the tool repair service we have all been looking for. Steve repairs with the customer in mind. I have used them three times for nine nailers and will continue to bring them all my business.

Dropped off a Paslode nail gun for repair and was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time. Very friendly company to do business with!! Great Customer Service that is well worth leaving a review for!!

Here it is, 2:10 in the afternoon, just dropped off our pneumatic nail / staple gun. Very friendly staff asked what she could do for me, told her the problem with the nail gun. Gentleman came into the room, looked at it, took it into the back room. 5min later came back, all fixed. Just amazing how friendly they are, and not one of those, drop it off, we will call ya. Thank you Tool Service Company. You are #1. Oh the problem with the nail gun, 2 staples broke inside the exit track.

Walked in with my framing gun, very friendly people, asked if I wanted to wait? That usually doesn't happen, walked out in 5 minutes with my framing gun! I couldn't be happier. Thanks!

I dropped my jack hammer off August 14th, 2018 and was told it would take 3 to 5 days to repair the broken handle. It's now September 18th and still no jack hammer. I'll be going somewhere else.

It's darn near impossible to find someone who has the "smarts" to work on such a broad range of tools and brands...but these guys do. Just as important, their approach to working with me as a prospective customer and then as a customer was straightforward and respectful. They set a price to do the work; did the work very well; and charged exactly what they said it would cost. No nonsense...just good, honest work and results.

Tool service co. Is a great place to get your best tools fix by highly skilled and talented tradesmen. Owner Steve (Tool Wisperer),and his assistant Billy, are also a treat to talk to.... all of my spray equipment can also be serviced here! I never knew this place existed, word of mouth got me here and now I'm a customer for life!! Great expert service!!
