Hamburgers and french fries REAL GOOD! What a nice tiki bar WOW !! Full of trees and lush real nice and trendy. Drinks are good Service was slow that night but my friends said sitting at the bar is best and the service is usually good. I'll be back !!!

Excellent cocktails and talented mixologists unafraid to experiment with old favorites. Fantastic food, I recommend the burger and the chickpeas. The tiramasu martini and a paper plane are cocktails pictured. The lounge is beautiful. Will definitely return.

This is probably one of my favorite bars in South Florida. I love the cozy lounge vibe, and the drinks are always delicious with unique ingredients. The food is nothing to sneeze at either...I have dreams about their espresso lavender cheese. Service is on point, definitely make this place a stop if you're walking down the Ave!

Death or Glory is a must if you are in Delray. The decor, drinks, food, and staff are all unique. Great vibes and energy! Plus, they change the decor theme every few months. Right now, you feel like you walked into the 80 s!

Great bar in Delray right off the Atlantic Ave strip. Makes great drinks and can be a good place to meet up with friends. Can get a bit crowded and hard to maneuver if that is the case

Food was very mediocre if not salty and tasted like food they microwaved. Not worth the price . Waitress was impatient, not friendly. .requiring us to ask another waiter to ask for her to come back to our table to place our order, after a very long time. Only thing nice, was the decorations .

Fantastic cocktails! Very clever and delicious menu! Great service from Megan and the co-owner, April! The kitchen staff were quick to deliver high quality, decadent food items. Warm and relaxed environment and a new gem to the Delray food and drink scene! I truly hope they have great success and continue on the path they are on. Do yourselves a favor and go here, I highly recommend it!!!!

Did not care for this place one bit. Hardly a tiki bar in my opinion. Ambiance was pretentious and too hipsterish. I had a Singapore sling, which tasted like 7up....not sure who thought lemon lime soda could pass as a Singapore sling, but it was awful!

Great staff and the place has a lot if character. VAst selection of rum + great food.

Exactly what your local place should look, feel and sound like. Add to this a great cocktail menu, with a female bar chef with a great palate and it is definitely worth a re-visit.

This bar is a VIBE. The outside bar is truly amazing and inside is also quite the experience. Amazingly friendly staff and awesome happy hour menu. Would definitely come back!

My new favorite dog friendly spot in downtown Delray Beach. The outside is covered and they have dual fans on the patio area with the lawn furniture. Staff is super friendly and drinks are excellent!!!

Never heard of this place but went out there for happy hour. Glad I did, they have an awesome funky atmosphere. Their spicy chickpea appetizer is mind boggling, highly recommended. Only downside, they don t offer parking and this is right off Atlantic Avenue and parking on the side streets can be a hassle.

I loved this place until they started blasting heavy metal from 1990 every night. Food is still good but just make sure you get takeout so you don't end up slitting your wrists.

Not worth the money. Service was just ok, food not good and overpriced. That s what annoys me the most. If it was good then I don t have a hard time paying. Fan blowing over us like a hurricane that they couldn t/wouldn t turn off for half an hour till we just did. Never going back. Spent 480 for 6 of us and would have been happier at a number of other places on the Ave.

Death or Glory is an AMAZING place. It s the best holiday pop up bar that should really be there all year. They have great food and great servers like Kelly. Not to mention the owner, Annie, went around to everyone in the restaurant to make sure they were enjoying themselves. The perfect experience. A must go in Delray!

Beautiful place but the music drove me crazy on a Tuesday night. Another thing, came at 10:55 and wanted some spaghetti and meatballs and the waiter said kitchen was not cooking it. Asked if he can ask, he took it upon himself to say no. Sucked. I was so hungry. Oh well

My husband and I went here with a couple of friends and we loved the atmosphere! It was decked out in Halloween decor, and the specialty drinks matched the theme perfectly. We sat out at the Tiki bar. Mike was our bartender; he was super friendly, had great recommendations, and made the best drinks! We had the crispy chickpeas, pan roasted cauliflower, and bedeviled burger. Everything was delicious!! For drinks we had an old fashioned, till death do us part, buddy of christ, witch please, and premature burial...all of the drinks were so good and not too sweet! Perfect presentation!! We will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a fun and interesting night in Delray Beach, then you will be lucky if you find the Death or Glory Bar. We arrived for a late dinner on an early October evening to find the whole place heavily decorated for Halloween! For a fun twist, they rename the bar, "Death or Gory" for the month and they change the food and bar menus to match the season. We chose to eat outside this October evening. The tiki torches with skulls were lighting up as we ate. The food was fresh and served hot by a friendly and helpful staff. Every dish on the menu had a gourmet twist so don't be surprised to order food with pub food names and gourmet restaurant ingredients. I strongly recommend the signature margarita. I am very selective with my margaritas, I don't like them excessively sweet. Death or Gory served a wickedly balanced margarita with just the right amount of tart. Have a great time lingering at the bar and enjoying the atmosphere. TheBillo313

I was here last night for my daughters birthday. Everything was excellent! The food was great and the Halloween pop up was definitely a plus since it's my daughters favorite holiday! Our server, Ashley, was so nice and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended we get a communal blood bag Halloween themed drink which I thought was so unique I have never seen such a thing! Thanks so much Ashley and everyone else at Death or Glory!! We will be coming back again.

I ve been to Death or Glory a bunch of times since moving down here about two years ago, and it totally blew my mind that I was able to find cocktails on par with (if not better than, especially due to the fresh seasonal garnishes and such!) the high-end NYC cocktail bars I d come to love and thought I d miss greatly when moving to FL. Not only is the ambience super chill but fun and can provide a different vibe, depending on what area in which you choose to sit, but this Miracle Christmas theme just takes the cake!!! Don t get me wrong, I DEFINITELY DON T miss shoveling snow and cold weather WHATSOEVER, but the over-the-top theme always keeps me laughing with my friends and actually makes it FEEL like Christmas (something I d come to miss a bit). And the Christmas cocktail menu is filled with one delicious surprise after another! Service is huge with me as well...I worked in hospitality for many years while in NYC, as well as did some mystery shopping for restaurants separately while up there, and each different server I ve had there has consistently gone above and beyond without being invasive. Having that timing spot on and ability to get a sense of what the customer needs is not only a skill but is anticipatory, which is rare to find simultaneously in just one server, never mind in each one assigned to my table. Same goes for the bartenders. In reading some other reviews, I noticed some customers aggravated by timing issues (which I haven t experienced) but I d think most people would understand during a very busy time of year. Bottom line: never have I once seen any employee just hangin out. They re always hustling. I m not the type to write glowing reviews; I m always eager to provide constructive criticism when I think it can help an establishment improve. And also share a negative experience to make other potential visitors aware of what they may want to potentially avoid! But quite frankly, hats off to these folks. It s a great time each time I visit, and the seasonal menus offer welcome surprises done both uniquely and deliciously each time it changes. Bravo on consistency, running a well-oiled machine, and bringing the Christmas spirit exactly when we need it, right off the main drag. You guys rock.

We came here for the Christmas-themed Miracle bar and Death or Glory did a great job with the Christmas theming from the drinks to the decor. Everything was spectacular and we had a lot of fun here. The drinks were very good (though a tad expensive) and so were the fries. Service was great too and I look forward to coming back!

New chef . Happy hour is bad. Food is sub par . As of March 2019 this place has changed . Food and service was good now it s over cooked and small portions. It s a shame this restaurant is ripping off people now. Shame on you death and glory.

pretty freaking good! very cool ambience and good drinks. love the vegan and vegetarian options. I wish the Brussels sprouts were less shaved/shredded as a personal preference but that's just me. definitely worth a try!

The place is decorated for Holloween now. They went all out to make it a fun place to eat. The menu has clever names for every dish. I was told that they decorate even more for Christmas. I can't wait to go back and see what they do.

Death or Glory Bar is a fun atmosphere! We stopped in for their Holiday Miracle Pop-Up, and there wasn t one square inch without decorations. They go above and beyond with decorating, and make all of their drinks Holiday themed . Their jackfruit was especially impressive.

Death or Glory > Dada's. Similar atmosphere but with a way better menu. Their vegan burger is AMAZING and made in house! They don't have vegan cheese but their herb aioli definitely made up for that. They actually have quite a few vegan options that I'll have to try next time I come. Alex (I think) was very knowledgeable of the menu and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Death or Glory for all the vegan options! I'll be sure to take pics of the food next time I come.

The wife and I stumbled upon this awesome bar one random Saturday night, and easily found our new favorite spot. Can t believe we didn t know this was here before! Such great throwback music from the 80 s it s hard to not be in a great mood. VERY different vibe than the normal Ave . Our bartender Alex was such a pleasure! We ll be back as soon as we can!

Really enjoyed it. Location just off the main strip, but worth the walk. Trendy and can get very busy. Appeals to a younger crowd, but suitable to all. Had very impressive decorations for the holidays! Memorable stop...

Drinks are top notch and the food is pretty good. The only reason I give 3 stars is to have the great food and drinks you have to get past this hipster vibe that the staff puts off. It s a good spot if you can deal with everyone else clearly being cooler than you lol. Edited my review for stellar replies from ownership. You are awesome.

We took our office staff (7 people) for the pop-up Christmas bar and it was really a disappointing experience. We tried to make a reservation for after 10pm since we were hosting and we wanted our group to be able to sit together and they wouldn't take a reservation. The drink menu was very limited and the service was outright AWFUL. The waitress would disappear for endless periods of time. We would have spent double had the waitress actually been available. Several times we actually went inside and ordered from the bar. To add insult to injury, at the end she tacked on a 20% gratuity for herself on our bill. This wasn't a large party dinner, it was late night cocktails for a small group of people that walked in and found a corner to sit in outside. The service was terrible. The drinks and the churro was just ok. We froze as we huddled around a patio heater outside. We won't be back. When this bar first opened we had taken a whiskey cocktail making class with the owner. It was a totally different experience. It seems a lot has changed since then.

Such an interesting aesthetic! Crafted cocktails are one of a kind and perfectly balanced with unique ingredients. I still talk about the "Rose Tattoo" cocktail.... vodka, rose, cucumber, prosecco. I enjoyed every bite of all the plates my girlfriends and I ordered. Tuna was delicious! I was scared to try the okra with a maple glaze and I'm glad did because it was amazing, and rosemary French fries are my new obsession! One of the best places I got to eat at during my trip to del ray

the waitress s service was bad. she took a wrong order and never asked if everything was okay. I needed salt and pepper for my eggs (that arrived after everyone at my table il ready finished to eat only because by chance I stopped her at another table). Unfortunately the tip was already included otherwise I would never have given her a 20%

Really great local spot that my friends took us to while visiting south Florida. The food and drinks were amazing.

The service to me was very disappointing, first time we came here. 8 of us with a mandatory 20% for poor service is what s most disturbing it s like she knew she was getting the tip so she didn t try. The food was ok. We are a group of friends that go our often and do not complain unless it was well deserved. So sad we came for the holiday drinks and not for poor service.

I was not entirely happy with my visit. We sat in the back patio area and of the three young people working none of them came over to our area. I had to go to the bar three times to get someone to take our food order. Two sandwiches and 3 drinks came out to $65. The food we received did not seem to indicate the extremely gourmet pricing we saw. If that's the way it's going to go then there's other places to be. I realized it's supposed to be an upscale area but the service and food did not match that.

I honestly don't get the hype. Good vegan selection, but the prices are high but the food isn't worth the price e tag.

This place off of Atlantic has a chill hip vibe. The seasonal menu makes it a fun place to go year around. This place also has a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. Completely by accident, my entire table ordered burgers at this place. They came out fantastic. The vegan patty had this delicious char. Top of the list of things to try is their Watermelon Salad. Ripened watermelon, plethora of tomatoes, a fresh summer vinaigrette, and a cream sauce to die for. It was refreshing, delectable, and addicting. I will go back for the salad alone. The wait staff was very attentive. This place is incredibly pet friendly.
