Good hotel, the swimming pool is clean very nice. the room is large and clean. But unfortunately the breakfast experience not good enough. The taste is so so. I think you need improve your quality of breakfast.
One of the most recommended hotel in Malang. The are 6 types of the room. The presidential and family room are nice,comfy, and classy. There are also 2 restaurants in the hotel. The foods are delicious too,especially the chicken steak! The hotel maids are so friendly and do their work properly.

Nice place to stay in. If u bring your family and friends, u can choose a room that has 3 bed, 1 king size bed, and 2 single bed. The room separated into two floors so u can still have privacy.
In the hotel, they have a pool, massage services, and a gym.
The hospitality is really good, the clean of the room is super. U can get a shower with hot water every time, no matter day or night.
The air in Malang is so refreshing. I always want to go back in here because of the hospitality and the environment.
They serve a lot of kinds of food for breakfast and the taste is quite good for me.
For me, stay and traveling in Malang is an enjoyment that has another meaning.

Such the best hotel service ever.. I stayed for one night here.. that was an incident so I lost the toothbrush, called staff at 1am just to ask the new one and the staff gave the good response and delivered the toothbrush quickly (I don't know your name but thanks so much)
The room was pretty clean with pool view from the balcony.. even the aircon was too cold in the night
And there was lot of menu for breakfast..
Came 10:30P to check in and find out they automatically cancelled our reservation. They said they tried to contact us multiple times but I checked my email and they only did it once at 11:30A (11 hours before I arrived) and cancelled it at 9:30P (1 hour before I arrived). This hotel was fully booked and no compensation or anything from the staff when I was doing my best to find another accommodation. Very unprofessional! Will not be back at all. Very upset with this bad customer service!
Plus things:
- strategic location near culinary and souvenirs shop
- clean and big room, we stayed in family room which very big and has two floors/story
- bbq menu is great
Negative things:
- old hotel
- breakfast menu does not have many varieties
- the staff tolerates many guests that do not wear mask
