Staff are very friendly , efficient and helpful. Would like to see if there is any more selection in food selection in later stay for the quarantin period.

Cleanliness - Excellent
Staff - Very polite and welcoming
Amenities - Standard presetted and anything additional is available on request
Room View - Good view (My room was on the 10th floor)
Comfort - The bed was very comfortable however you tend to hear the traffic noise in the room facing the road side.
Gym/Pool/Spa - Closed currently due to Covid-19
Additional Info - The hotel also shares a common entry/exit with the Tangerang Mall which is a great convenience.

Overall definately worth a stay.

One of the best hotels i visited in asia, staff are in a higher professional level, room with a nice view, not on the beach unfortunately but still the view is relaxing, clean and wide rooms, comfortable bed, swimming pool and restaurant inside are the best thing in the hotel, a must to try, don't forget to try nasi goreng with lamb, so tasty, high hygiene standards all over the hotel, plastic gloves and social distancing are maintained all the time, and hotel staff are the best. Thank you for the journey in this tough time.

I stayed at the hotel for my COVID quarantine for 5 nights. So i wasn t allowed to leave the room at any time. I travelled with a group of 4 other creator, athletes an artist. So the thing is we are very strict with our nutrition and the hotel managed that very well. We got a direct person to contact it was the one and only Maria. She did everything for us. Our Producer had some problems with his power cables and Maria organised some new cables for him. We got tailor made food for us and the list goes on and on. Overall I m very happy with the stay and would recommend it to you guys at any time.

Very friendly staff with an amazing service. I woke up past breakfast time by one hour and I asked if I can get some breakfast so I ordered muesli and coffee, but I was surprised they were really nice to give me an orange juice, waffle and hot chocolate at no additional cost in an addition to my order. I m always happy to stay here. See you soon :)

M still here as of this post and will be for another 3 days god willingly... This is genuine hospitality... PEOPLE OF THE WORLD please take note... if you think you have experienced it, come here and it's on a whole new level

The windows haven't been cleaned for... At least several years.
Due to covid, they bring you the food in the room. I asked break fast at 9. They never managed to do it in 5 days! They once woke me up at 5:40 to bring me breakfast!
And diner at 5:20 come on! Even lule this when I asked several times and called the lobby. Not professional at all.
They keep their 2nd star because the food was good.

Hotel is attached to shopping mall with lots of restaurants and various venues around. Staff if very friendly and courteous.
