Very beautiful apartment/hotel
I just love the view from your veranda and the rooms are very spacious and nice
The place is quite expensive but worth it

We really enjoyed our stay, from the breathtaking view at our room where the Dubai Eye can be seen. Great food and friendly staffs.
We feel safe as well with the precautions you are doing to prevent Covid-19.

Amazing space, a bit old though. Reception is slow and takes a while to fix whatever issue you might have. Security and concierge is incredibly nice and quick. Location is nice for first timers. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle you may want to chose another place.

It s a 2 stars hotel, I don t recommend it if you want to enjoy & relax in your vacation. Little bit dirty..

I came to this place with friends, I really enjoyed my stay, the appartment was spacious, clean rooms and toilets, furniture in excellent condition, great services and the location of the hotel was also great, on one side it has a view of the GBR and on the other side the Marina. Also there is a small mall bellow the hotel and outside the hotel is the Beach walk were you can roam around, meet people and have a bite with a large choices of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance of the hotel. A special mention to the lovely receptionist "Priyanka" who was such a great help with a beautiful smile that lights up the rest of your day, I wish all receptionists were like here, keep up the good work. I would definately come again and I strongly recommend staying here.

Neat and clean helpful staff and caring. The rooms and space is good, the outdoor view is amazing..

Their services this time is not acceptable at all. The room was dirty specially the tables in the room, all not cleaned, with COVID-19 situation, they supposed to clean the room well

Also, their front desk team services poor, they have only 1 person who is serving the entire hotel guests, they are not responding to the calls, Valet parking have inly 1 person, waiting time could reach to 40 minutes, bell boy only 1 in the hotels, better to take tour luggage with you during check in and check out rather than waiting for an hour

I have stayed in this Apartment complex 8 years ago when it was still under Al-Habtoor Management at the time we were pleased with the size of the Apartment and the convenience of the location which was close to everything.
This time our experience was less pleasant (and we rented 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments on the same floor) for the following reason:-
1) The first 3 bed Apartment we rented had a smell of sewage and couldn't be used. We therefor asked for a different apartment on the same floor as our other family members and were upgraded (at our own expense to a huge 4 bed apartment).
2) The second apartment (2 bed) had a half meter wild mold spot on the ceiling of the living, which resulted in a moldy and moist (fishy) smell through out the area.
3) 3 TV sets were not functional with channels not showing at all!
4) The balcony chain in the the 2 bed apartment was broken and had to be fixed, it was fixed promptly when we warned the reception that we had adventurous young children who might play in the balcony.
5) We tried to use our Chromecast and link it to the WIFI to entertain the young children but couldn't due to the network not allowing such a functionality.
6) The drier in the 3 bed apartment was not working but was repaired quickly.

All in all...
The problems were due to bad supervision and lack of checking by maintenence team who should check the Apartments regularly (with a check list) to ensure functionality and integrity of all parts of the property instead of waiting for tenants feedback to repair.
There also needs to be an upgrade of the Entertainment systems to meet the needs of post 2020 families requiring access to smart tvs and smart devices for entertainment (we dont require subscriptions to services but want to access our own services from anywhere on Apartment's TV).

Fantastic staff, super high quality, just overall great experience

The location is very good but the building was full of Russian tourists its not quite place there were slamming the door l couldn't sleep though for me only the location and the breakfast the rest NO.
