This was my first time purchasing a car and I must say Quintin did a wonderful job. He didn't just find any 'ol car, he found a car that was in my budget, rides nice, fits my personality and is gorgeous. I am grateful that I had this experience with such great people who actually listened to what I wanted and I left feeling overly satisfied. Thank you to all the staff at Sandy Sansing!! Q, Jay, and Timen are the best!!!

If it was possible, I would rate this dealership as a 0. NEW CAR BUYERS BEWARE. I have never bought a car before and didn't realize how much I was lied to and taken advantage of until I did more research for myself online. I was pushed towards a car I didn't want and lied to about the one I was interested in all so the guy could try to make a sale. I also asked SPECIFICALLY if by filling out some forms would it effect my credit and if the documents were important. I was rushed through signing a bunch of papers and was promised it was just to build a "profile" for myself in the system. I had my credit run twice and God knows what else. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP. Currently buying the exact same car from another dealership 45 minutes away.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a vehicle here. We traded in our car and got a littlenbit higher than KBB and our salesman Chris Fowler was probably hands down the best one there. He knew how to get the answers and prices for the vehicles that we wanted to look at and didn't BS us or drag feet trying to get there. He gave us the lowdown on all the vehicles and was honest if there was an issue with any of them that would make me question settling with a vehicle. I would go through that purchase experience every time I bought a car if possible.

It's a shame that I even have to give one star, on December 1,2015 I purchased a Lincoln MKX from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet Used cars. On December 10, 2015 I received a text from my salesperson telling me to return the vehicle because of a bad title. I was told the vehicle should have never been sold to me. I can't even get my $1000 down payment back. They completely broke the law . Think twice before you buy a vehicle from them.

I just traded in my 2014 Toyota Tundra to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet, which I bought from Taylor Lindley at University Toyota in North Alabama. I just traded it in for a brand new 2016 Camaro, and I have always had a fantastic experience with Taylor while doing business. He makes the buying process very enjoyable. He was great when I purchased my first vehicle from him in Alabama, but the experience at Sandy Sansing gave me not only the opportunity to work with a very honest and up front salesperson, but also a dealership where I felt welcome and at home. I'll definitely be back to do future business at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet.

We never felt pressured or rushed during the entire process. They really worked with us to get the best possible deal on my trade in as well accommodating my specifications for the new vehicle. My recent purchase at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet was the absolute easiest purchase I have ever made. I dealt with Mr. Joel Bender, and his help was the deciding factor in my moving forward with the purchase. The entire evolution took less than 2 hours, and the entire staff at the dealership was incredibly accommodating during my time there. I can not praise Mr. Bender enough, and I encourage anyone in the market to at least stop by and speak to him before making a final decision. Thank you again to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet & Mr. Bender,... the new Silverado 2500HD is incredible.

Having bought several car over my life, my experience with Bobby Hooper and Sandy Sansing is at very top of my car buying list. Met up with Bobby and he made what is usually a drudge a very comfortable experience. Bob and entire staff went out of their way to make sure all my questions were satisfied. I bought a car from them with cash but the salesman and i rushed into it. the car had not been thru inspection yet and it took 4-5 days before i could take it home. When i drove it home it was having a lot of problems, so i called them and took it back the next day there was more issues with the car. At this point i was getting pretty nerves about the car, but after we talked about it they took care of everything and we changed the car out for a much safer and nicer car, if you are going to buy a car soon go talk to mike he is the guy with the white sunglasses. he will make you leave with a smile

Tiffany Mason! Where do I start? She is absolutely amazing. Buying a vehicle is always stressful, time consuming, and sometimes frustrating but she was absolutely refreshing to work with. Her upbeat personality really kept things from getting tiresome and she actually listened to what I wanted and made it happen. There was never that normal "well I know you wanted leather but here are 5 options without it" type scenarios that you get at other places. I had a casual conversation with her and she read my personality and listened to the few things I listed off and found me something within minutes. I walked in with a vehicle that I didn't like and I walked out of there with an amazing vehicle that I absolutely love. She was almost more excited for me than I was and that is true customer service! I highly recommend her to everyone. I believe in repeat customers and I will definitely be going back if I ever need another vehicle.

I had went in for what may have been a window adjustment - turned out it just needed the lift to be cleaned. Tech informed me that my Silverado had a recall and scheduled me for the next day to get it taken care of. I was in and out in about 30 min. - Great bunch of people at Sandy's

At every turn they made paper work so easy and convenient for me. If you buy a car from anywhere else you are missing out! I have been waiting four hours and counting, and I watched at least 13 people watched every person that came in after me leave with their cars fixed. And just now I was told they can not fix it and they will have to order a part in 5 days.

Let me just take a moment to tell you about my most recent new truck purchase at Sandy Sansing Used Cars. On a whim, I contacted the dealership when I seen an ad at my tax office about purchasing a new vehicle. So very skeptical, I called the number on the ad. To my surprise, I was greeted by Mr. Justin "#JUSTIN_CASE" Mullins. He was quick to answer my questions and even faster calling me back with an APPROVAL. After several phone calls (within about 30 minutes) we scheduled an appointment to come see some vehicles. The moment I pulled into the dealership, Justin was there eagerly awaiting my arrival. After a rather quick greeting, I told him to immediately stop calling me sir. We laughed and then he hands me keys to a beautiful Chevrolet Corvette. Now I know what your thinking. But nope I didnt buy it. Instead Justin and his team got me "Options" to look at in the pickup arena. At first I wasn't sure what to expect or think. That's when our epic golf cart ride happened. Now imagine my poor wife sitting on the front seat with our new sales friend and me cracking jokes using some colorful language hanging off the back of my guided tour of their huge inventory. FINALLY, after we had exhausted our options of vehicles, not to mention it was closing time. I found the truck. One that apparently was meant to be mine. "Not. 6 Cylinder Camero" that Justin thought I would look cool in. After about an hour or so, a deal was reached and papers were signed and I was finally on the road home in my new 2015 F-150.

With all joking and funny comments aside, this was one of the best car buying experiences that I had ever had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Professional and courteous. Every situation is different and I was treated no different that someone buying a new $100,000.00 Corvette. I would send my mother to this dealership alone and not worry about her being taken advantage of.

So if your looking for a new or used car, stop in and ask for Justin. I did and I don't regret it. He is a hell of a guy and more than comical to keep you entertained. Ask him to see his new money clip. He is pretty proud of it....

I bought a 2017 Dodge Promaster Cargo Van for my b...

I bought a 2017 Dodge Promaster Cargo Van for my business on 11/10/17. Less than a week later and after driving my van twice the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle back to Sandy Sansing after some confusion on what they should do about me; I was asked to drive my van next door to Hill-Kelly Dodge. I was told that they would call and explain that I was sent over by Sandy Sansing. Nobody took the time to look at my van before sending me on my way.

When I arrived to Hill Kelly nobody had called them so I was left to explain why I was there. I was asked to come back on Monday Morning. I ended up not being able to work that weekend because of the issues my new van was having, which included violent shaking when hitting 40 mph, shutting off while driving, service engine light on, and was difficult to start the morning the issues started. I did drive the vehicle before purchase. It seemed to run high at this time. (it was discovered later that two heads in the engine needed to be replaced)

I mistakenly assumed because I was buying through a reputable car dealership my van would be in the condition described and had passed their inspection before selling to me. My van has been repaired my Hill-Kelly Dodge everything seems fine besides a large crack in the windshield which has grown from barely noticeable to windshield needing to be replaced even though I've only used the vehicle three times since purchase because it was being repaired for 3 weeks.

I am a business owner and understand that things happen, what I am really unhappy about is that I have reached out to Sandy Sangsing and left a detailed message about what was going on and no one took the time to call me back. I feel like I wasn't taken seriously or of any concern once I signed the paperwork I was on my own. I know that they are well aware the van they sold me had major issues less than a week after I purchased because I told multiple people in person when I brought the van back to them, as well as calling once I was told that two heads in the engine needed to be replaced. I haven t received a phone call back either time.

My first car payment is due, and I didn't drive the vehicle the entire month, next week I will have to come out of pocket with money to replace the windshield adds insult to injury. I will not purchase another used vehicle and assume what the sticker on the windshield says and the salesperson who did his best to convince me I was getting a great deal, just because I thought they are a reputable car dealership.

I just want to give a huge shout out and thank you doesn't even come close to expressing the kindness, no hassle, no smoke up the a$$, from more than a salesman unknown friend Michael Robertson. I reached out from Baton Rouge after loosing my home and both our vehicles from the flood. Spent 15 min give or take explaining situation, what I have to work with max , I love this truck and want it. I need it and can't cover anything but this. Mikes words I'm sorry to hear all this Rob give me a bit ill take care of it and call you back. Couple maybe less than 2 hours when you want to come pick your truck up man. It's waiting on you. Not only did he put me in the exact truck I wanted but for what I asked for as well as got me better financing than my credit union of 20 years could do. I'll be rolling out with my wife in one of the finest vehicles I've owned very shortly. The quickness ,no hesitation, simply get the stuff done has been surpassed by Mike Robertson and the team he works with at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. These guys brought some mighty bright light to some dark rough days. I will buy my next from here and suggest you do as well. We made an online appointment for service for my wife's car on Saturday. It was accepted and we received a confirmation number. Drove an hour from DeFuniak Springs, only to be told that all they do on Saturdays is oil changes. This should be advertised as such on their website. He didn't know anything of our appointment made through the website. He told us we could leave it until Monday, but that wasn't an option as we drove one car over, and she needed it for work. We ended up giving our business to Firestone in Pensacola so it wasn't a total waste.

We love this place! We just recently bought our second car from here. Raphael Lopez helped us out tremendously! We came in with a few tough requirements, and he was able to meet them all. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Even when my husband went back for a secondary key we agreed upon, Raphael took his time to sit down and talk with my husband. The experience was wonderful! I'd recommend this car dealership and staff over anywhere or anyone else. We could not have been happier with the car, the financial agreement, or the service we received.

On July 17, 2014 I was welcomed into the show room by a friendly receptionist who directed to me to my 09:15a appointment that was made on the Sandy Sansing website. There I met Justin and Abby which were friendly, polite and professional. Although I had a vehicle in mind Abby took the time to find out what extras or preferences I might have. After giving him the additional information he first showed me the vehicle I was interested in then took me to see other vehicles that had my preferences in mind. After making a choice from the wide variety of vehicles we took a test drive. The final decision was made and the purchase was smooth and easy all the way down to Randy the finance writer.

Reviewed the safety data with us and made sure we were staying within our budget. It was no small feat but he found her a great car! We had a hassle free car buying experience and my daughter is thrilled with her new (used) car!

I bought a used vehicle through Sandy Sansing a little over two years ago. Not having great credit, I was satisfied they were able to get me into a vehicle and find financing even if the rate was a little high. I received their standard little book with service coupons and referral incentives. I recently took my son to purchase his first financed vehicle. It was during one of their so-called special sales that said if you have a job you will be financed. First, the vehicle my son was interested in wasn't even in Florida. They did show him another in the price range he was looking at. He came in with $3000 cash to put down. They told him it was almost impossible to find anyone who would finance him due to his income and limited credit history. He had been with his job over 4 years and works full time. They ended up financing him through some place at 21% interest. He basically lost the whole down payment and then told me they took a loss getting him financed and therefore my referral bonus was no good. Thankfully this week we went to Central Credit Union where he got instantly approved for refinancing at 2.5% for almost half the time the first place wanted. I'm sorry I even took my son there and I sure will not be referring anyone else there.The only people who lost anything was my family.

Your response is a typical dodge from the reality ...

Your response is a typical dodge from the reality of what happened. In February I was overcharged $300--I had to fight that. Then it took months for your people to order the parts you said I needed and multiple trips to your site for nothing. You had me pay for parts in advance, then tell me that they are not the right parts and I have to fight to get a refund for the parts you said I needed but did not have the expertise to install. Next, you break things in my vehicle and try to buy me off rather than repair what you broke. Your service personnel, lie, overcharge, refuse to communicate, and have to be fought against for obvious refunds. Yes, you are predators. And yes, I stand by my warning to any veterans, elderly or disabled to spend their money elsewhere. It is clear that Sansing is in name only or surely he would not let these people sully his name the way they do.

They do not discriminate. They will rip off anyone, be they veterans, disabled, elderly. The Sansing service department should be investigated. And don't bother trying to talk to anyone--they just pass it on to the next person who does not return calls or emails for weeks or more. When they do respond they lie and refuse to make things right. Not to be trusted. If you are a vet, run far away and fast. If you are old or disabled, get on your powerchair and get away as fast as you can. Your money can definitely be better spent elsewhere!

Chris Fowler not only hung with us in our changing requests, but did so with much professionalism and patience. We felt like we were dealing with a new friend rom the beginning, and after 6 months, feel like we have a lifelong friend in Chris. Kudos to Chris, and to Sansing for such good taste in salesmen!

After Hurricane Sally, my insurance company wanted my truck inspected for damage and all the fluids changed just in case of water contamination. I was sent a video of someone telling me that he visually inspected the oil and transmission fluid and "didn't see no water". That's not the reason the truck was there. The insurance company had printed out a list of items to be completed. What I got was excuses for NOT doing the work. I still am not sure if the required work was done. The truck was not cleaned and detailed. I don't believe the bottom was cleaned. There was no window washer fluid at all. There was damage to the passenger side mirror and driver's side headlight that was not addressed. We had to debate everything whenever we talked to anyone. Very disappointed. We recently purchased the truck at Sandy Sansing but will never have it serviced there again.

Sam Light was a very friendly, helpful and not pushy salesman. He made our experience very enjoyable. We were not in need of a new vehicle, but were interested in downsizing, so he really worked hard to get us what we needed to fit our needs. The only complaint is that they would not work with us more on our trade-in vehicle; it was in excellent condition and had low miles.
Another bright spot was the finance guru; he found us refunds for previously purchased maintenance packages, that we were not informed of previously to meeting with him.
Both he and Sam were awesome!

My wife and I were on our way to drive a car 45 minutes away, when Thed Henderson called. He d just found a car that had been traded in the night before, that he thought matched our needs perfectly. We d met him the day before, in a frantic rush to replace our SUV before a long trip, when the dealership had no used SUV s that would work. We saw the car just as it had been traded and still fell in love. Thed was friendly and helpful but more than that, he is the consummate professional in his approach and managing the sale. Every part of the transaction was handled in such a way, that we had complete confidence in the outcome. We left dealer prep items to be completed on our return because of our confidence in Thed, and Sandy Sansing. Thed even tracked down the missing third row seats and headrest back to the previous owners! We couldn t be more satisfied.

Went to SS Chevrolet last week with my two year old and I couldn't have had a better experience. Mario Bultron helped me from the moment I walked onto the parking lot to the moment I drove off. He was very patient with me and my special needs two year old until grandma came to pick him up. He was patient while I took care of him and tried to talk to him at the same time. He not only was patient and understanding but he worked hard for me to be able to get the car I wanted at a good price. The building was very clean, organized and even the gentleman that cleaned the car and brought it to Mario made sure that I was satisfied with how the car was. I felt very welcome and relaxed. I could tell it was a good group of people working together that actually care about the guest, and not just being a salesman. A+ experience all across the board.

I would recommend any one looking for a car to see Bobby Hooper! Bobby it was a pleasure working with you in purchase of our car. My wife purposely went out looking at cars in the pouring rain a week before our purchase and Bobby was quick to greet her in the middle of the lot with his umbrella and "shrimpin" boots on. He worked really hard trying to find the right vehicle for us. When it came down to it my wife and i were torn between two vehicles, needless to say she won, and Bobby was nice enough to step out of the office and let us discuss it in private. I never felt pressured into anything and definitely not the experience i was expecting. I definitely will be back
