Your response is a typical dodge from the reality of what happened. In February I was overcharged $300--I had to fight that. Then it took months for your people to order the parts you said I needed and multiple trips to your site for nothing. You had me pay for parts in advance, then tell me that they are not the right parts and I have to fight to get a refund for the parts you said I needed but did not have the expertise to install. Next, you break things in my vehicle and try to buy me off rather than repair what you broke. Your service personnel, lie, overcharge, refuse to communicate, and have to be fought against for obvious refunds. Yes, you are predators. And yes, I stand by my warning to any veterans, elderly or disabled to spend their money elsewhere. It is clear that Sansing is in name only or surely he would not let these people sully his name the way they do.

They do not discriminate. They will rip off anyone, be they veterans, disabled, elderly. The Sansing service department should be investigated. And don't bother trying to talk to anyone--they just pass it on to the next person who does not return calls or emails for weeks or more. When they do respond they lie and refuse to make things right. Not to be trusted. If you are a vet, run far away and fast. If you are old or disabled, get on your powerchair and get away as fast as you can. Your money can definitely be better spent elsewhere!
