Perfect nails by Sam! I have also had a great experience with Tab and Amanda. I would not hesitate to have my nails done at Sandals. It's always a great experience.

It is nice that they are open on the weekends, but unfortunately no one seems happy to be there. My daughter scheduled an appointment to repair 2 acrylic nails and specifically requested NO tips. The nail tech flat out told her that she didn't have time to do the acrylic and would only do the tips, which look terrible and are bendy, by the way. I think this will be the last time we try to do a "girls day out" and this salon. Very disappointing.

Olivia was my nail tech, she was super sweet and I was super tired so not in a chatty me but it was also my first time with her so I was testing waters. My appointment was over an hour for a balance but that was because the nail tech before olivia really screwed my nails up. My nails were lifting and I even had a nail come off after 1 week 6 days. If you get your nails done regularly you know it s ever 2 weeks. Anyways long story short she went and fixed all the shortcuts the previous nail tech tried to take. I told her I wanted spring colors and a glitter accent nail but I didn t get my accent nail which I m not upset about because I know I probably screwed up her appointments after me since it took longer to fix what I had before I came in. When I left I hated my shape because it wasn t what I normally got... well little did I know this woman knew what I wanted before I did!!! I am in love with how natural and amazing my nails look!! Honestly I would rather not see any other nail tech but Olivia!!! My step daughter (8 years old) had (Arria?) they gave her a pink princess looking pillow and gave her the 5star treatment! She was happy and arria listened to what she wanted and she was happy with her toes! I highly recommend this place!! Everyone is easy to communicate with and very friendly and inviting. The only thing that I disliked about the experience was checkout... cramped quarters but it was a fast checkout. Either way this is my new go to! Super happy!

I love Sandals! I ve been going here since I was in 7th grade and I graduated college now. Heather is the only person I will trust with my eyebrows and Courtney with my nails! Heather makes my eyebrows perfect every time and she s so sweet to talk to! Everyone that works here is very nice and they make everyone look and feel beautiful when they re done

I just love this place, I would highly recommend seeing Megan she s amazing at her job she did my nails for me today I chose to do a FS acrylic with gel polish and a design on one finger she did it free hand and it turned out amazing!

The atmosphere is super nice and they are really nice and professional.!

The owner is very nice, the facility is very pretty and clean, everyone there is nice and welcoming and they all do great work.

I drove all the way across town to come to this wonderful nail salon I called to tell them I was going to be late an they told me ok they would let the nail tech know so I get here an the receptionist tells me she can t take me because I was late an they have a 20 min policy which I was unaware of when I called to tell them I was going to be late to begin with as I m waiting for my friend to get her nails done a client called an canceled a 2 o clock as I m sitting in the salon now waiting for my friend it is 2 o clock I work in a hair salon an if she wants people to come back she should have offered to get me in for the appt that canceled the worst rude customer service I ve ever encountered this is the first an last time I will ever come back to this place

They are soo accommodating! Had a mix up with scheduling and they still fit us in! Everyone is so sweet and awesome! Tabby J was awesome and will definitely be making another appointment with her!

Today was my very first time in Sandals and now I will NEVER go to another nail salon! Tabitha was my nail technician and she was the BEST EVER! She was very precise and listened to exactly what I wanted! She made sure I liked the color and shape! And made sure multiple times that I REALLY LIKED what she did! We chatted the whole appointment! I was beyond impressed from her professionalism right down to her kindness! And the pricing is DEFINITELY reasonable! My new favorite nail place! Thank you, Tabitha for my making my first time at Sandals the BEST! I will definitely be back!!!

The only place I will go the nail techs are very friendly nails are always done in a timely fashion. My nails always look great to.

I've been going there for 13 years now and I enjoy going!! It's clean and everyone is very nice. I enjoy going to see my girl Heather! I also love the other girls as well!! I got my mom and my aunt going there now too. I've never had a problem and if I did they would fix it. It's a great place to go!!

My nail polish chipped within a week.went back for repair, the lady just put another layer on top,nail looks worse ,tried to tell her to remove the old polish and reapply..she said' ooh I was only given 15 min with you.' Never going back ever again

This place is amazing... it's much bigger than what I've thought. The ladies are so friendly and polite. As soon as I walk in the salon, I was greeting by two or three people. I told them that I have no appointment, and ask them if they have any opening (they looked pretty booked up for the day), but they managed to work around the schedule to make it happen. The pedicure was amazing... I feel like both of my feet are belong to a little baby. They were so smooth, and slippery afterward. I love it, and can't wait until my next pedicure appointment in 2 weeks... Yahhh! :))

It wasn't very clean IMO. My daughter (12) and I went to relax and to get our nails done for her birthday. Her nail tech was talking to her co workers about her baby daddy. The nail tech never engaged with my daughter one time. My nail tech was excellent. I usually go to Jonathon and Khoi in Maumee however my mother in law gets her nails done here and said to give it a try....I tried it and was not impressed. Very unprofessional.

Megan L. is so awesome and sweet! I had my eyebrows microbladed and Megan was so great about letting me know exactly what to expect during and after the process. She answered all of my questions and even told me I could text her anytime if I had questions. I also see Megan for manicures and pedicures, she is just the best! So talented! I love her!

I got acrylics done last Friday for homecoming, by Sunday night one had already fallen off and i had to go get it fixed, Although they did it for free, 2 hours after i got home another one had fallen off. Yesterday (Wednesday) of the following week 3 more of my nails fell off and I have homecoming again this weekend and last week my nails were $52, i definitely cannot afford to spend $52 more dollars in fear that my nails will just fall off again. I plan on calling later today when they open to see what they can do because this is not acceptable. Im walking around with 3 acrylics on each finger...not cute

Love this place!!! I come here for acrylics, pedis, massages and I had my eye liner tattooed. Everyone is friendly and professional. I wouldn t trust any other salon with my patronage.

I ve been going to Sandals for about a month and a half now. I was super satisfied with everything being done. I have a full set on and this past week I went to get a balance. The girl took extremely long to balance my nails and I wanted a French fade on my nails. They look awful and it took her almost two hours to do it. She didn t even get all the black polish off from my previous service. I have air bubbles all over, old polish, and there are small hairs stuck in my polish. Super disappointed.

I don t typically get pedicures/manicures regularly because of my job, but I had a pedicure with Joleen today, and it was my first time at Sandals salon. I drove 20 minutes due to the high ratings on google, and I am glad I did. Joleen asked for my input throughout the pedicure, and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. It is clean, and it appeared everyone getting their nails done at the same time were equally enjoying their experience (I like to people watch). I have already texted my girlfriend and plan to be back soon.

I LOVE Megan L! She recently microbladed my eyebrows and I could not be happier with the results! Megan walked me through what she was doing step by step and even through the healing process and made sure I was comfortable with everything. She is seriously the best! I also see her for my manicures and pedicures and she does a great job! She is so accommodating with scheduling and always makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. I highly recommend Megan @ Sandals!

I love this place. All the girls are so professional and courteous. I ve never had a bad experience. A few days ago Jolene did my nails. Gel over acrylic. I wanted something green for St. Patrick s Day so I chose a beautiful muted shade of green and as it turned out it was a magnetic nail polish. The results were fabulous! . I love my nails! Marissa is a fantastic nail tech. My nails looked amazing every time I left the salon. Here s the best part, I never had any issues with polish coming off unless I did something at work. If you are looking for a salon in Toledo/Sylvania, I highly recommend this one. I went there for ~3+ years.

Sandals...been here 4 diffrent times in over a 4 year span, the last time was 2 days before my wedding. I didn't want to go there but on short notice it was the only place that would me, my mom, and mother in law in at the same time. Sandals is just not a very relaxing place to get a pedicure or manicure for that matter. The 3x ive walked in here i feel like ive just walked into a DMV, I take my # and wait to be called. Than when I'm called I get a surly nail tech who you can tell hates her job. Now don't get me wrong I understand people had bad days, but when your in that line of business you have to leave it at the door!! Getting a manicure or pedicure is supposed to be relaxing but its just not the case at Sandals. It almost feels like if you're not a regular to the nail tech they just don't care about you!!

Sandals is the BEST! I get great service every time. The staffs are so nice and welcoming. The are clean and organized. The owner is very polite and always helpful with the appointment re-schedule, since I always keep changing my schedule all the time. You can book online with them anytime and theyre open 7 days a week, which is very convenient for me. I love it!

I have been going to Sandals for almost three years and I love it! The environment is very welcoming from the time you come in until you leave. As long as I live in the Toledo/Sylvania area, I will not go anywhere else. Marissa is a perfectionist, whether it s my nails she s doing, waxing my eye brows or I m getting a facial, I know I m in good hands with her! She will take her time to give you the best possible outcome, no matter the crazy design you bring in from Pinterest! I have also had very good experiences from Missy when getting my eye brows waxed and from Christy getting my nail done!

I sought out to find the best pedicure spot in the Toledo area. Sandals Nail Spa had decent reviews so I booked an appointment for Thursday evening after I got off work and I asked for the technician that gives the best pedicure. I received a call from Sandals Nail Spa on Wednesday asking me if I could reschedule because the best technician had called on sick, so I said ok I will be on on Friday evening. I arrived on time for my appointment anticipating this relaxing and pedicure...well I greeted and asked to pick my color. The technician Julia must have been brand new she didn't have the correct tools for toenail clipping instead she used nippers, when I asked why she didn't use toenail clippers she said she like them because they don't Crack the nail. Well the nippers don't cut a straight line! So I have crooked toenails. Now here is the best part...the leg and feet massage was terrible at best she barely rubbed the lotion in any then when went Julia went to get the hot towels for my legs the towels looked like they use them to wipe the floors...they were supposed to be white but were very, very dingey. And then she charged me $60.00!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY SANDALS NAIL SPA SUCKS!!!

I have gone to this nail salon for over a year. They are normally prompt and on time, but the last time I went I waited because my nail tech had a flat tire so I was placed with another tech way later than I expected (which made me late for another appointment). Then, I schedule an appointment this week explaining it was for my daughters birthday. I promised to take her since she has been begging to go with me. The same nail tech that got a flat tire ended up calling off for my appointment on my daughter's birthday. Additionally, I also had an appointment for myself that day and removed my gel polish the day before so they would be fresh for my daughter's party (they said they would not have time to remove my gel but could paint bare nails). They had no plan to make the situation right other than rescheduling for another day. They do great work here, but I feel like they don't have respectable customer service. Their recent unreliability is why I will not be returning.

Today was my first time visiting. I LOVE the atmosphere everyone was extremely nice. I think the nail tech that did my nails was Alex or Alexis. I found my new nail salon. I am beyond happy with my nails. I will be going back and will be referring all my friends

I just got my toes and nails done an hour ago and my toe polish is already chipped . I loved the people and environment and everything was fine, but now my toe polish that was costly, is ruined . Very disappointed:(

Alex is an artist who knows the most efficient and clever ways to make your nails shine. When I first came to her, my nails were brittle and damaged, and now they grow much stronger and healthier! All of the artists at Sandals are experienced, polite, and follow the safety protocol. I recommend people from all over to visit Sandals.

Joleen did my nails and I was very happy with the experience I receive. Not only did my nails look excellent but I received several compliments after they were done. However I think the prices are a little high compared to other locations. But the atmosphere there was very soothing.

The best pedis, I love the products they use, my feet are always so soft after, plus easy convenient online booking even if you want multiple services! Very annoyed with the manicure and pedicure I received at this location. First my hot towel was laid over my legs instead of wrapping around each leg.

My NATURAL finger nails were extremely overfiled to the point that it hurt. It has only been 4 days and my gel polish is chipped beyond belief, and I haven t done anything that would have chipped them!

I was in a rush so I didn t have time to check my nails before I left the shop or I would not have paid for the product I received!

I do not reccmand this place! My natural nails are completely ruined, so I can t even go go this corrected until my nails grow out.

First time I ever had the money or time to go get my nails done. Waited for 30 min / 15 min after my apoappointm time till I got fed up and left. Would not recommend to anyone with literally anything else to do that day. There are plenty of nail salons in my area of town so ollI be going to one of them instead of wasting my gas.

So the first time I ever came here I was skeptical only because I don t trust just anyone to do my nails but my lil sister took me to get my nails done and this is the place that she like to go so this is where we went too and I absolutely loved it I haven t gone back to the other salon that I was going too since because I love it here so much the people are extremely kind and they listen to what I want and the thing that I love most about it is that they take their time and they don t rush also their very well priced! I Would definitely recommend! Yes, and they are open 7 days a week too.

I have used Amanda at Sandals Spa and Nails twice I made my third appointment in the next three weeks. Amanda is cordial, professional, and friendly. She made me feel welcome and ask if she could do anything else for me. She does an excellent job with her manicure paying attention to detail.

The salon itself is professionally done. When you arrive you check in outside due to COVID-19 restrictions. Social distancing protocol is utilized.

The spa offers several services and will be relocating to a new building projected for April 2021. I enjoyed coming to Sandals and I will return again. All staff makes you feel welcome.

Always an amazing experience with people who take their time to make sure you re taken care of and your nails look great! This is the only nail place I ve been where they actually take the time to massage your feet and legs.

Will NEVER go back. Played nice and said my nails looked good. Not the length I wanted. Not the shape I wanted. After I left, I noticed... MY ENTIRE LEFT HAND WAS CROOKED!!! By the manager no less!!! Had a pedicure the week before (first one ever)... Not impressed. Like I said, I will never go back. Felt like I paid waaay too much for the service I received.
